As you evolve to be willing to learn more about how the physical word works, you are also willing to begin letting go of actions that no longer serve you.  This is being willing to raise awareness about your thoughts and feelings and to experience the power of observing.

During initial stages of life, you are fed information by people who believe they know why you exist and what you are best-suited to do with your life. Only you know who you are. Early conditioning causes you to forget what the heart knows. You choose to engage in relationships based on a sense of ego and perceived separation unless you see everyone as equal. Notice how certain ideas are falling away.

At this moment, you are open to letting go of ideas you come to believe about yourself. You realize you adopted what other people told you without listening to your own heart. Now you sense there is more to you. The more you let go, the more you allow to reveal itself.

1) Focus on the breath. This shifts attention from the mind to the rising and falling of the chest and evolves to focus on the rising and falling of the diaphrahm.

2) Notice the mind grows quiet and thoughts cease without holding your attention.

3) Be aware that as you close the eyes(or pinch off other external senses) other senses are magnified. Be attentive to the sensations on the skin, through emotions and more.
