How to make something out of nothing?

Science says nothing preceeded the spark of light that preceded the universe.  They argue it cannot be traced, repeated or proven in modern, Scientific terms. 

Mystics say God preceded the spark of light, that God motivated the spark to ignite into matter, that God is a giant consciousness that cannot be measured or even conceived because it is, for all intents and purposes, everything. They claim this someting defies words or any human explanation.

Still other individuals perceive the universe is energy in space you do not see is expanding constantly and communicating in more languages than are currently understood or decipherable.

Regardless of whether any of these perspectives resonate with you, you may have ideas about how the universe emerges 'out of nothing.' What is your view about something out of nothing? Are energy forms and formless states combining with purpose?

One way to look at it would be to see that the Universe is a program. At first there is nothing but emptiness. Perhaps it is a container that can be filled with beliefs, rules, or language that defines particular parameters. Therefore, if we add a few ingredients or vibrations to the pot, it could be stirred up to create a moment to experience. Ingredients can be further added or taken out to produce a new story or way of interacting within the soup.

Perhaps the Universe empties its self when it rotates its self back to where it began, and then it rebuilds its self, and then it empties its self, like a person breathing in and out, or like a heart valve opening or closing.

Perhaps DNA is like a code that holds our very beginnings and helps to unfold the future into the present.

Also, perhaps every possible combination is here at once but only manifests when we place our attention or focal point upon it. The more people that give their attention towards a manifestation, the heavier it becomes and the more solid and long lasting it endures. As something gets old or outdated or mundane with passing moments or generations, it begins to fade and dissappear and decompose. If objects are loved over perceived time, they become rejuvenated or stay excited for the world to see or feel or interact with. "Where our attention goes, energy flows".

Hi Liara,

I agree with the mystics. God is immeasurable and cannot be contained within the finite mind of the scientists. A scientist may be able to measure a light as far as amps and wattage, but they cannot measure how it illuminates our soul. That is an individual experience. How can our eternal energy ever be measured?

I think it is very possible to have something out of nothing and that yes there is purpose to the all. But not a fixed, strict purpose, but an evolving one.

I don't know if I can explain it fully in words, but I feel it, believe it and know it within me.

Definitely what resonates with me here the most is the mystical view. I think we cannot even begin to grasp fully what God is - but even when there was nothing, there was God.

I think God has always been something.
And that it is only us that have not yet been able to recognize him that see it as nothing - and when we begin to know him, then that Light behind and part of all things begins to make sense, becomes something out of nothing.

Hi Liara .. I have no idea .. I think about it occasionally, but for interest rather than understanding. I just do not know.

I've always, when I die, what to rise up and see what's happening, understand what's gone before, see the world open up in front of me .. I don't like not knowing, not understanding is something different - eg a radio .. it works and I understand that, so I know .. and therefore don't need to know more .. but the universe, or why things happened is another story: I hope I get to know.

I have a memory of being birthed as a spark of light. As though my spark birthed out of a bigger universe of light, I was no different, just a unique spark on my own. It feels as though that was my original unique birth. So before that spark there was more energy. That is all I can relate to, I do not find myself curious of more.

Tammie, whatever your impressions, the mind, body spirit and other parts of you have reasons for that perspective. You can choose to question it, explore it or, accept it and just be present. If you sense everything is fundamentally made of layers of energy, then you may slowly dissolve ingrained belief systems that do not resonate with soul. It only identifies with pure love and light. To sense orbs or particles of light is to view the self as deeply connected with universal, timeless, almost imponderable oneness. At a base level, every being arises from light particles. One could view the self choosing to separate from the Source and gradually finding a way home via soul-awakening.

As a mystic, I also believe that God preceded the spark of light and that He is everything.

You ask "What is your view about something out of nothing?" well, my view is that there isn't "nothing". "Nothing" is apparently nothing to us; but in reality it is something (know what I mean?). What is the purpose of the apparently void? That purpose is what makes the "nothing" something.

"Are energy forms and formless states combining with purpose?" - Yes, absolutely. There is a purpose for absolutely everything...thus I think energy forms and formless states "unite" for a given reason (whichever it may be; since only God knows it).
I have a question: by formless states, do you mean "spirits"?

Tammie, as you begin to view everything as energy, you also sense that fundamentally, everything is comprised of particles. How they interact creates vibrations. When your vibrations drop, you may see no physical reason for this, but internal mechanisms tell you it is far from nothing. As your vibrations increase and stabilize part of you realizes this is based on something, but description escapes you. That is because what you experience can be beyond the realm of human sensroy perception and understanding.

Max, energy in formless states means off the typical human radar screen or, outside what is presumed to be ordinary perception. Depending on yor level of self-awareness and energy vibration, what you percieve will differ from what other people perceive. Spirit energy vibrates at a different level than dense energy of the physical plane. Your view of "formless" depends on a point of reference you define based on your consciousness.

hmmm... something out of nothing? what do we consider nothing? who's to say that there was nothing before the universe evolved to what it is today? Really, this topic will only be resolved when technology gets better, but until then, our opinions is all we can go by.

I don't think there was "nothing" before the universe was created. Big Bang Theory says a spark blew up and all the contents of planets, galaxies, etc. expanded in all directions. Let's go backwards in time...if all the planets, galaxies, etc. where to move back to one point, say, the origin of the universe, and colide together, what do you think will happen? I bet the same thing as when a star dies out. A black hole. We all know black holes have such strong gravity, that not even light itself can escape. This is because how incrediblely dense black holes are. The more it sucks in, the more it has inside, and the more dense it becomes. What can we say about dense materials? They are highly pressurized inside and have higher internal temperatures than less dense materials. Therefore, this black hole that we are talking about (the one that contains all planets and galaxies), must be extremely dense, pressurized, and hot. It is also concentrated on almost one single point in space. When one pressurizes something, say a black hole, and heats it up, both at accelerating almost infinite rates, that something will eventually implode. Since it is considered a single point, that implosion will seem like an explosion because all of the contents will float outwards.

Now, remember we were moving backwards in time. Let's now go forward, we will consider the start of the universe at T=0s. Therefore, we are now at T minus a few planck times. The planets move inwards (like how black holes normally do) creating a point super dense, with extreme pressure and temerature. At T = 0s, that single point implodes/explodes, releasing outwards all planets, galaxies, etc. It expands infinitly until another dark hole, strong enough can pull it back in and create another universe. I think it is just a chain continuously happening over and over.

But that's just what I think. Let me know if you find any flaws please ;)
