Be realized

Every moment is a stage of a journey into a perpetual self-discovery. Notice whether you are true to what you feel in the heart. Notice how you view or filter the world through your beliefs and perceptions. This is what limits your awareness of reality.  Its not all that is.

When the inner judge is active, you resist listening to the heart.  Notice which emotions drive you.  Notice whether you believe you must do something to become better than you are.  This restless state of mind resists the obvious. The mind thinks everything you do is a necessary step toward achieving or earning self-acceptance. What if this is misguided?

As you accept who you are, whatever happens is the best case scenario. How does it feel to be authentic? Well, as you feel the way here, and all life choices are stepping stones.  Emotion no longer controls you.  Intuition is trusted inner guidance.  Suddenly, balance, wholeness, vitality, clarity, peace and contentment are here. The seeker is the finder here and now.

If you ponder the path, yoga is empowering.  It is more than physical stretching and poses.  It is also a way of seeing the world through the clarity of a calm mind and lens of an open heart.  Through regular practice, yoga expands awareness of physical and psychological states.  This enables you to step back, observe your reactions and coping mechanisms.  As yoga practice becomes effortless, second nature, infinite being is reached.  You master self.

accept all exceptions and inception begins

Yoga is like a means of getting our attention to what we have been doing over and over again so as to relax into a state of being where one learns to discern tension in its infinite guises, where lock downs and contractions can be noticed so that such billings can be remedied, taken down, and erased from cellular and energetic memory. That which has been posted in the past or the future is removed because signs have no more fashioning or fascist power. However, as one moves into the origins of friction and pain in any form or context, one no longer sees confinement, but can implement a new vision of flexibility and potential outcome. With discipline and revaluation, pain is mastered and vanishes to reveal the revelation of new poses and positions that have never been cataloged or repeated for its content.

Bern, one perspective of healing is that it is the state where we meet with the true self. To love and accept oneself fully is to sense all is well (nothing requires healing). To focus on this state is to be the neutral energy in and of everything, to sense no parameters. Yoga is like a process of clarification. To listen deeply to the body is to know it as a spiritual tool. The body has its own consciousness and power to know at a cell level. This inner knowing reveals itself in stages. It adjusts itself like your eyes do because they cannot take too much light at once. Every physical pose has an emotional counter-part. Physical flexibility reflects other kinds of flexibility. Lack of physical flexibility draws attention to emotional and other blocks that invite attention and letting go. To show compassion to the physical body is to open the door of acceptance and reveal more light.

Hilary, your concern is your mental world. Yoga and meditation invite you to put your body away for a while. Imagine being stress and worry free. Rest, relaxation and peace gently bring the mind into the present moment. This is where life is actually happening. this is not an image. Its is the real thing. Real life is only that which is happening now. Feel alive. Hhere there is no pain, suffering or complaining, only allowing, loving and embracing. Sharing compassion keeps focus on the presetn moment where all is always well.
