How to take responsibility for what you avoid

Human beings are responsible for what they think.  Behaviour emerges from thoughts.  The two are not separate.  In other words, what you do results from what you believe.

Change can only truly happen at the level of the thinking process.   Altering your behavior alone does not correct the thinking behind it.  For example, you could choose to quit smoking cold turkey, but completely ignore or resist healing what motivated you to start smoking in the first place. Any change you make does not mean you grasp the motivation.

It is common for people to resist taking responsibility for what they avoid.  Fear is like feeling responsible for an incorrect choice without admitting it.  Fear is a sign you resist sensing energy imbalance or  hesitate to do what it takes to re-align at soul level. 

If you wonder what this really means, then remind yourself choices always relate back to your thought processes.  One perspective of fear is that this is what happnes when you abdicate responsibility for your thoughts.  To evoke fear inside is a sign you have made a choice that does not serve you. The result matters less than the underlying reasons.

How you behave right now is a symptom of what you think.  You are invited to take responsibility, to recognize and dissolve fear.  To hope to eliminate fear from your perception or to ask to be released is to ignore the conditions that created the fear. 

Imagine how effective it would be to treat only the symptoms manifest of an illness.  The result would not heal the cause of the illness.  This would be like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound and ignoring the bullet embedded in and infecting the underlying tissues.

Rest assured, it is possible to evolve where you realize you have nothing to hide.  You can also evolve to where you no longer choose to withold anything.  Deception nurtures fear.  Your authentic self knows fear when you resist dissolving your own illusions.

What are energy vibrations telling you?

People are often unaware they are bombarded with messages. You may have wondered where they come from and why certain ones seem directed to you at a given moment.

Everyone and everything is energy.  Imagine infinite balls of light moving in different directions at different speeds.   You are like one of these balls of light.  You interact consciously and unconsciously with many others, passing through some unaffected, colliding with or bouncing off some, and not even registering the existence of others.

Based on this perspective, your feelings determine where you discern energy vibrations.  According to how you feel, you may have asked, what are energy vibrations telling me? What do I need to know or feel right now? Does thinking about vibrations matter at all?

Revelations are very personal. They happen at any moment, defy words, and maybe even human explanation. This is a process of raising awareness. You realize what makes sense to you now and may not feel compelled to expnd. You only ever perceive and grasp things based on your sense of experience. This is your own invisible, ethereal timeline.

Take the example of a white butterfly. That you are aware of this creature appearing and disappearing near you can be significant. What connection do you sense with the location of the encounter, duration and other details? Did it land on you, linger or fly by?

You may see it as a freak occurrence on a sunny day. You may view it as a symbol of your own ongoing transformation. You may view it as a symbol of reincarnation, a trigger for a particular song or, suddenly think of a relationship from your past and how you moved on.  Any, all or none of this may resonate with you.  You may sense no meaningful message.

Your level of conscious awareness is a choice. You decide if you will find meaning in what is happening. You decide what you will notice or ignore.  You decide if you will discern and follow a thread or connect any apparent dots. This is your life story. You are in charge. You decide what you are willing to accept .  Which messages do you choose to detect now?

Shift gradually and feel encouraged

Many people are unaware that the entrapment of their own feelings keeps them from experiencing new kinds of success.  You can learn to shift gradually and feel encouraged. Maybe you wonder what this would mean. What could you do now? How to get on with it?

One way to understand success is to equate it with levels of energy vibration.  You do not have to see it visually to sense it, feel it, know it. When you feel good, then this is a level of success.  When you feel something else,  then you do not feel as successful.

Another way to view success is to ask for something and work toward achieving it.  Yet, whenever you are thinking about what you do not have, you are reinforcing the energy vibration and manifesting physical circumstances you do not want. This is not helpful.

Instead, you can evolve to believe you are already where you would like to be. Feel it.  Taste it.  Talk about it.  When people ask you what you do, you can respond with the role you envision yourself doing. Do not say, "I am working toward becoming..."  Rather, say, "I am..." Until you believe something about yourself, then the energy expansion cannot take place within to transform the outer you and your circumstances into your vision.

You are discovering the joy of becoming who you have always known you are. You learn what you do not want, how you do not want to feel, in order to grasp  the opposite.  This is about rediscovering and recognizing the power of energy vibrations.  They come from what you do and what you want to deliberately recreate.  It is about growing awareness.

Have you ever noticed?

Have you ever noticed that when you think positively, events unfold in ways that serve you? This is the power of positive thinking!  You serve yourself and you also serve others.

Take for instance, when you are determined to get to the post office before it closes and you find yourself running late.  It may seem trivial, but why is it the bus suddenly shows to get you there? This redefines the meaning of being in the right place at the right time.  As you focus attention on serving clients or communicating with others, you are assisted.

Some people believe that the happier you sense you are at the core, the more likely you are to realize dreams.  The more you choose to discern the energy inside and explore what you can do, the more reasons you will uncover for thinking positively more often. 

Have you ever noticed that  whenever your physical conditions disturb you somehow, you feel distracted from where you should be?  You are in the process of learning what it means to operate more fully, to the best of your abilities.  You may not know it yet.   

The more people you can reach with your efforts to serve, the greater the impact your service will have.  You can always find people with whom to share positive messages.  You are capable of giving and receiving positive vibrations indefinitely.  Have you ever noticed all the good you can do, and already do? Praise  yourself more.  Its long overdue.

How would you describe your truth?

You can ask someone what they view as "truth" and that person will offer a perspective.  That is not the only source of the truth.  In fact, what people tell you only becomes your truth if you decide it matters and you focus your own energy on it.

At a given moment, your view of the 'truth' is made up of whatever you choose to focus on.  In other words, as you think about something, you create feelings about it and offer a vibration to manifest it. This is a kind of soul truth that emerges.  Your increasing awareness allows you to gain insight into why things happen, why a sense of truth shifts.

Another way to view the truth is to consider how you feel about someone, something or, some experience you have yet to know.  Your physical environment is only as real as you decide it will be.  You choose to accept or reject interpretations of your senses.  The reality you believe is stable or solid is actually changing at the very pace you will permit.

If you evolve to where you are aware that your sense of reality changes, then you will admit that your sense of the truth or fact changes too.  Part of you may believe that certain truths never change while other parts of you are constantly expanding and becoming.  These parts of you that are not always on your radar screen are the parts that urge you to reconnect with the truth within.  All you feel is a part of a wider truth.
