Absolute elation

How do you describe a sense of absolute elation that is beyond words? Beyond the frequency of common hearing? Good question. Maybe you don't, at least not in ways that most people would understand. If all the words and experiences you know are limited to the three dimensional, and you assume or have reason to believe that more than three dimensions must exist, you can accept that and leave it or, decide to perceive the world around you and what happens very differently.

Feelings of peace and quiet envelop you. Somehow, you sense that you are not alone. What evidence do you have other than faith and intuition, that something beyond you is truly there? Would this kind of a presence help to explain certain apparent, unexplained events? Perhaps you like to think angels contribute to the most memorable and life-changing events you recall.

I think of unexpected pleasantries that trigger an overflow of positive emotions.  People arriving at 'the right place at the right time,' winning a big lottery or experiencing other positive changes in your circumstances beyond what you would've imagined possible. Consider the most extraordinary experiences you ever had that you might attribute to heavenly intervention.

For example, you may have heard of miraculous recoveries from illnesses, near escapes from car accidents and plane crashes or, a passing encounter with the person who became the partner to enrich your life. Rather than assume you happen to be where you are, that computers of competing on-line auction bidders stop just as you place your final bid, consider who or what may give you reason to make certain choices. You have free will, but you sense what you choose. You may live your life in partnership with silent forces you don't always perceive.

Opportunity is knocking

Wherever you are, ask yourself how you could open your senses wider than you already have done.  What experiences do you think about, but hesitate to get involved or follow through? What prevents you from moving forward? Opportunity is always knocking.  All you must do is find a door and decide to open it.

1) What risks are you willing to take?: You may be familiar with desirable experiences that would appeal or possibly stengthen you.  Its easy enough to make a list of things you want or people you wish to meet, but take it a step further.  Ask yourself what are you willing to sacrifice to realize these desirable experiences.  What you're willing to give up and why measures the value you sense in things.

2) How can you tell?  You may be unconvinced that opportunities exist for you. People may try to tell you about the limits of your abilities, or why experiences you would like to have are supposedly 'out-of- reach.' You are the only person who can determine what opportuntities exist for you.  They begin inside your mind.  How desperately you hope to perceive and experience influences your faith in the future, which events will unfold, and which opportunities you will learn to create.

3) Where is the courage?  Perceived risk may be seen as a measure of your fear.  As you evolve to sense new, enriching experiences are meant for you, the next step is to find the courage to reach out and seize them.  You have an unlimited amount of courage inside yourself.  This is as accessible as you convince yourself it is.

4) When will you be true to yourself?  In order to feel comfortable and confident about taking risks, you would really benefit from getting-to-know yourself.  This requires the will to explore your interests and to be honest with yourself.  As you grow to accept your true passions, you will no longer perceive certain choices as being risks at all, but as necessities to stay true to yourself and to feel alive.

7 unconscious goals

Every goal may appear justified in your views.  You can choose to experience your own sense of victory or other perceptions.  Amidst your reflections, I would encourage you to consider these fundamental ideas:

1) - Reframe the worst things that have happened to you as the best

2) - Find comfort and reassurance when you have no answers

3) - Recognize you're never helpless

4) - Accept that purpose exists everything that happens

5) - Focus on why you make choices not on what they are

6) - Realize Higher Forces aren't obliged to explain why you're alive

7) - Expect the unexpected in everything from feelings, emotions to events

Unclasp your hands

Do you detect signs you’re being encouraged to get your act together? Have you long wanted to make what you see as 'the right choices' or, would you prefer to do things just to feel happy? If you desire to be right, this is your ego’s request. If you focus on what it takes to feel happy, this is the voice of your Spirit. You can be grateful for lessons available all around you. Interact with people. Do you get occupied for no particular reason? One can get used to anything and everything.  Open your senses.

What is necessary for you to be convinced of the presence of Divine helpers? Maybe you need no persuasion. Few things inspire the human spirit like hope. That morning light you sense out of the corner of your eye, is it a ray of sunshine or, could it be something supernatural? During hardship, do you have impressions that powerful, reassuring feelings is real? We each place ourselves willingly in our circumstances.

You can only imagine how different you may seem at different phases of your evolution, that is, until you actually experience it, and realize it. Part of your role is to discover your reasons to live. If you question your meaning and purpose, it’s up to you to pick out signs around you. What would you describe as a miracle? Apparent Divine assistance? Do you accept your life conditions as normal? Do you ever really know where you’re going? Would you like a better idea? You can grasp one.

Do you clasp your hands and settle into your life as you've always seen it, as if you have no control? You may fear complacency. It may seem more natural to rebel. But, rebel against what? What you know? What you've always done? If you're wise, you won't revert back to the way you used to live. Instead, you'll act to unclasp your hands.  Take steps to build your life as it truly ought to be.

Nothing endures in impermanence. You can succeed for a long time in living an illusion. At certain periods in your life, you may get nostalgic about the past. You may dream about the way things were. Anything you take for granted may suddenly vanish. You can be changed forever. You decide what has meaning and what will interconnect in your life.  Recognize also how you obscure your own truth.

Self-indulgence or something else?

Many people dream of success that takes form as the result of self-indulgence. Are you the kind of person who measures success by the way you give into your own desires, passions, and whims, with little or no restraint? Or, would success for you be more about filtering out what is appealing, about resisting temptation and exerting tighter control on your choices? Perhaps success means other things to you?

Consider to reach a level of satisfaction in everything you do, you could take the attitude that you will aspire to possess nothing, to desire to become nothing, and to learn nothing. You could also take other stands. To evolve into what you're not, you must make choices that direct you to roles and traits you don't desire to adopt. If you wish to succeed one way or the other, its up to you to define what it means.

Choosing the path of self-denial won't likely get you what you want. More often than not, people model habits and choices of those people around them. How do you know your version of success is truly your own? Its up to you to define how it connects to the uniqueness of your own soul. Explore the significance of remaining silent.
