3 Ways to benefit from the vortex effect

As human beings learn healing benefits can be gained from raising their energy vibration, they begin to ask about concentrations of energy that could facilitate this.  You may ask whether an outdoor experience can trigger genuine physical sensations of energy. 

If you concur with diverse scientists and individuals who believe the Earth is alive, then you may also evolve to view your surroundings as a living organism. A vortex is a place in nature where the Earth is exceptionally alive and healthy. This helps you grasp why just being in Nature, engaging in meditation or other activities outdoors, has healing effects.

Certain physical locations on Earth have been identified where the planet is healthier. People who visit them with deliberate intention and a level of conscious awareness attune differently to their health and well-being. People who focus on connecting with energy also find their emotions flow more freely and their ability to expand senses is amplified.

Of course, people feel different in places they visit. People themselves are different. They experience personal levels of awareness.  They spend different periods of time in places with different intentions, ideas. You define your health and well-being where you are.

Life experience teaches you that not everyone chooses to attune to their emotions, to develop their intuition and imagination. You create your reference. Those individuals drawn to metaphysical perspectives decide to explore energy in a deeper way.  They learn power places can be life-transforming.  You find what you are ready to experience  

Even if you do not have the will, inclination or ability to travel in the physical world, you can learn about these energy places in other ways. I have been fortunate to visit many.  Wherever I am, I remain open to learning differently.  Regardless of where you are or where you have been, you can choose to benefit from the votex effect in these 3 ways;

1) Respect yourself. This means approaching each situation with open-mindedness and a willingness to trust yourself.

2) De-condition your mind. Human beings are taught to believe what they imagine is not true. Teach yourself to stop assuming what you imagine cannot be real.

3) Allow yourself to feel. To experience a heightened sense of emotion, a tingle in your hands or, other, new physical sensations is open to you wherever you are.

10 Laws of Healing

In the New American Spirituality, Elizabeth Lesser explores what she describes as the landscape of the body.  She also explores landscape of the soul, or those classical spiritual practices which include prayer, ritual and nurturing faith. How do you shape well-being?  Some people believe everything you manifest or experience begins as a dream in mind.

Consider how you already promote or would like to develop greater mindfulness.  Which strategies would you apply to work through stress, anxiety and fear?  What has worked or not in the past? I encourage you to reflect on  ten laws of healing and how you can apply techniques to your growth.  As you move at your pace, you sense this is a process.

Share a meaningful lesson

At any given moment, you can choose reflect back and sense experiences about your own healing that have changed how your percieve the world and yourself.  Choices you have made or not have transformed you.  You heal emotionally, spiritually, physically and in other ways.  Every thought and feeling helps.  Your awareness shapes your perspective.

Take a step to share a choice you made, how it changed you. Choose to inspire others.

Move from fear to feeling secure and creative

Have you ever realized it requires more effort to feel afraid than to feel energy as it flows? You do not wish to reach out and say those things that prevent you from regaining balance. To contradict your own vibration is to go against who you are.  You are on an emotional journey.  Let nothing distract you from your guidance.

Illness has more to do with what a health professional thinks than your true state of mind. Do you wish to learn self-empowerment or disempowerment? You can tune into pure, positive energy and listen to your own guidance to get you what you want.  You are moving from fear to feeling more secure and stable. No person can make you different than you were born to be.  You facilitate creativity inside. Let the creative juices flow.

If others do not do something to change your vibration, then you are in a vibration of thriving and feeling good.  When you desire to learn something, you need to ask.  Then, the answer is always provided.  Whatever state of mind you choose will come to you.  You can have a physical ailment and feel fear or experience the same illness and feel hope.

You have the journey of dealing with the physical body and the emotional journey which helps you to understand how thoughts and feelings manifest your physical state. To feel better about someone else's ignorance is part of your job.  Accept people where they are, whatever their awareness or judgment.  Find a way to feel alright with them.

When you feel hopeful, you shift healing energy. Imagine what it feels like.  Allow well-being to flow.  Discover new ways of sensing and feeling.  Rather than question why something is not being given, ask yourself why what you ask for is not received by your whole self.  You can live in an environment where you instinctively follow your heart.  Make peace with yourself. Be willing to trust yourself over what other people believe you should feel.  You want a contrasting experience so to discern or clarify your desires.

How can you bring relief?

Many people have heard of waiting lists for organ donors.  You may have signed an organ donor card yourself on the back of your driver's license.  Organ donation takes on different meaning when someone you know is seeking a donor or, has been told that option is not a possibility. Have you ever been willing to do whatever you could for someone? Has the role of organ receiver ever been an option for your healing process?

As it is, I have a friend who lost a lung due to illness.  This extended her life.  She has proven she can defy odds and live a fulfilling life based on what she has been given.  I also have a loved one who is scheduled to have a lung removed because of a different illness.  She fears her past choices make her unworthy.  She does not understand her divine gifts.

Whether you know someone in a similar circumstance or not, what you can do to help everyone and yourself is to go forth in your life with a full heart.  Rejoice. Much remains for you to do in time you have left.  Human beings are not meant to have conscious awareness of how long they have in their present body.  That would distract you from the hearts you could reach, the souls full of agony to whom you can bring solace and relief. 

So long as you consciously exist, you can share love.  This fortifies people.  It empowers the soul to grow and evolve and remember that it is through difficulties that one grows strong.  To abandon faith is to choose to give up on yourself and nobody else.
