Discern light from dark

People who discern light from dark do not deny darkness.  This is not about judging.  It is about understanding you cannot have lighter without the darker. Notice the complimentary nature of all feelings and situations is part of expanding awareness.   You are invited to reclaim your true self.

You are in the process of realizing part of your role is to help heal human hearts.  You need not be a surgeon.  You are sensing and aligning energy on other levels.

In another way, you are beginning to discern the difference between universal laws and man made laws.  What you focus on is what you get.  The more you focus on what is working, the more you notice things working in your favor.  It is a fascinating moment to be alive.

It is good to note here that to discern light from dark is not the same as discriminating between light and dark. No charges are being made. No fences are being put up. There is nothing wrong with dark, but we attract into our life that which we focus upon.

We are at a time when the higher notes are being sung within the never-ending song. We each play a note or a role. But the note itself has a micro song that needs playing to get to our individualized note. We move up the scales to get to the High Note. To move up the scale, we can strike the note at the position we are currently playing. This is the doorway to the next note. To play the note, you feel and resonate with the energy that currently surrounds you without discrimination or separation. All is at Peace in alignment. Then as the players or environment shifts, we align once again to include all, and then we move up the scale yet again. And by accepting what surrounds us, we heal the moment and all those we include within it.

However, in order to accept all, we must go against the grain of duality and the games that are being played. Rules of mortal engagement creates sides to be on. When one accepts and loves what another calls an enemy, disapproval can be perceived. However, when you become authentic, then no one has the desire to challenge you because arrows can not make contact with you. If you have doubt in your decision to align with universal laws, that is an invitation for pain, for you are still associated in the circles of the old paradigm. You are being torn between two modes of operation. This can hurt. Move fully out of the circle with faith and knowingness and you become an untouchable. Pain ceases to exist. And when the pain is gone, one can focus or unfocus to see that you are never ever truly alone, even though you are unique.

Bern, discriminating is judgment. To step back from judgment moves into the area of awareness. One can notice and appreciate in the same moment. This allows loving sensations to fill up inside and expand beyond you.
