Watch the gatekeeper

Now is the moment to remember what it feels like to be increasingly present and aware. How often do you play games with the mind to explore its capabilities? Notice the insight you are gaining as you do so. Every moment, you decide what to let into the mind and what to keep out.  Thought and perception of past and future distract you from remembering who you are right now.  Consider how you act as a gatekeeper.

It could be said that what ever enters the mind is then a game or a maze to be maneuvered through. The more aware one becomes, the easier it becomes to check and find your corresponding mate which provides then the access to where the gate keeper resides. When one begins to live through and have the eyes of the gate keeper, then there really is no solution or puzzle to solve. One then decides what enters the mind and how it can be used to channel energy out into the world. The gatekeeper can be analogous to a bouncer at a club which decides what sort of inner atmosphere it would like to create and promote. Instead of being pre-occupied with mind, the mind then becomes a tool to project dreams upon one's immediate environment to enjoy and provide amazement.

But then the gatekeeper too can decide to retire and leave its post all together. This happens when the bubble of the mind its self becomes popped and emptied. Perhaps then one joins and merges fully with the greater mind....

Bernie, whatever one does, energy is aroused. To sharpen mindfulness is to turn on the inner light and to renew energy. One is invited to illuminate reality, to experience nature, bliss and generate insight.

Hilary, to realize one decides if and when to let the boogey man in is very empowering indeed.

By generating In-Sight, we allow energy within the mind to be released through the gates to return to where it was In-Spired from. That is, the energy from the tension rushes through the gates and back to Spirit.
Bernie, whatever the highest perfection attainable by the human mind, it is possible to realize it for the benefit of all living beings. Inner-sight reveals itself fully through remembering a state of unity exists before awareness arises, before human birth. Inner-sight also reveals itself as awareness grows to where one's capacity to love transcends ego and one experiences harmony beyond decription.

once I saw a moth on the outside of the door seemingly like it wanted to get in, I did not let it in because I thought it would die if it did, and turned off the lights in the kitchen and on the outside so it would not be attracted to these artificial lights anymore, I wondered after if I was closing the door to the essences of moths in a sense, but see them around inside now anyways and they make me feel happy when I do

but when I see crickets on the floor of a store struggling or flies on the inside of windows, I want only to pick them and place them outside.
