7 Points to Fully Embrace the New Earth

Now that new Earth reality is emerging, its useful to recognize steps to fully embrace the energy.

Everything is ultimately about energy, frequency and vibration. The old Earth echoes lower vibration related to physical goals, hierarchy, competition fear and doubt running endeavours. The new Earth is run by heartfelt love, interconnectedness, belonging, peace, unity,  cooperation vibes.  What is your mission?

If you do not wish to saty in the old Earth, you mission is not to make a resolution to lose weight or generate more money. Those are third dimensional (3D) goals limited to a 3D world. The moment is ripe to live in integrity, ratify the key aspect of your soul contract. Although you have free will to make choices related to this pre-birth contract and the directions you take on this timeline changeable, one fundamental choice is to focus on the new or old Earth.  Consider 5 points to fully embrace the New Earth paradigm:   

1. Anchor the light.

Centre yourself. Meditate. Get in touch with the silence and the power of the inner voice of inuition.

2.Avoid the trap of looking back.

In the Christian Bible, there is a story of Lot's wife. She is told to leave the city of destruction. But she hesitated. She looked back at old drama. She became a pillar of salt, frozen in time. Recognize the metaphor.  Do not look back at old systems that are collapsing. Do not attempt to save everyone. You cannot drag people across the birdge against their will. This would lower your frequency to match the frequency of destruction.

3. Focus on looking forward.

Where attention goes, energy flows. Where energy flows, timelines manifestc. Imagine and ceate community, innovation and nourish love.

4. Discipline the mind.

Be the guardian of your own thoughts. Only allow thoughts in that resonate with the timeline you want to live in.  Doubt is like a knock at the door. You need not answer it. trust faith and love are guests to invite in. The nature of 5D reality is accelerated manifestation.  The buffer of time disappears. Everything you think and say matters. Disregard nothing. Everythin word is a spell creating or blocking a reality based on vibration.

5. Embrace the Celestial Guideposts

The stars are aligned. The sun is increasingly active.  The Earth grid is pulsing. The guardians of Inner Earth are holding the poles. We are doing this together. We are connected to a grid, millions of starseeds watching and feeling this.  We are a human chain of light connected, wrapping itself around the globe, holding the new timeline in place.

6. Release the Old.

Release the trauma, failures, old version of you, all you see is not working. Let it go to make room for the new.

 7. Inhale Soverignty, Divinity and Wholeness

Breathe in the life you envision living. Everything is a metaphor for the vibration you are experiencing and shifting into. Focus on more of what you dream baout and feel into that in the present moment.

10 Revelations about Falling Asleep

People often wonder why they may periodically nod off or abrupty fall asleep.  More than one perspective exists.  Your paradigm shapes how and what you experience. Consider these 10 revelations:

1.   Physical fatigue is upon you

Many people assume this simply occurs due to physical over-exertion.  Pregnant mothers also nod off as their body is working to recalibrate and rebalance growth of new life. Physical reasons for fatigue point to additional reasons.

2.  Emotional overload hits a threshold

Certain situations may be hard to accept. Resistance can kick in, prevent us from overwhelm or blowing circuits.

3.  Spiritual apathy stands out

Disconnection from one's higher self, or a period of introspection and renewal is ongoing.  In this case, the conscious mind is quieted to access deeper awareness.

4. Parallel relatities are the new focus

One need not be actively engaged in yoga practice to connect with other worlds or the divine. The soul has differtent ways of shwoing us our being is simultaneously working in other dimensions for its growth. 

5.  Energy is moving differently through the body

We have potential to exert mental, physical and other energies. When we do not expend these energies, they build up. Imbalances occur and must be integrated or released.

6.  Healing is occurring durring sleep

You might be rapidly ascending in your journey which is taking a toll on the physical body. It’s normal to experience a lot of fatigue and exhaustion from all the healing underway!   Knowing your window of tolerance implies you do not push your physical body just because your mind thinks you should heal faster.

7.  This reveals you deepen sleep

You may doze off at night or during the day while meditating, listening to binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies or other spiritual music. This kind of quick nap helps you refresh, rechage, process old thoughts and creates space for clarity in the conscious state. The analogy is like a computer defrag.

8. Deep changes are ongoing

Affirmations don’t always change our conditions. he mental plane isn’t the only place where our limiting beliefs are stored. Our conditions do not simply change if we think “positive thoughts.” 

9. This is a way to process suffering

Pain is physical and suffereing is mental. Our pain is also stored in the physical body because when a tragic event happens, it was too much for us to process. We never really let the energy pass through due to intensity. And rarely were we taught how to explore these uncomfortable feelings and sensations.  For survival brain, the brain can decide to store the pain away (in the form of energy memor or sensation in the body)  to cope. And not only did our system store away unresolved energy it also created takeaways from the event.

10. State of mind is shifting to state of being

As we shift from belief-based existence to awareness, we shift from living from our logical, conditioned mind to feeling our way through experiences with our heart.  Nodding off can be a way for the physical body to digest and integrate energies as part of our evolution.

Be Ordinary

Notice the moment is here or the busy mind hijacks attention. The mind is goal-oriented, oscillating between past and future. The mind is not here. Being present is the most ordinary state. The mind has no present tense and cannot grasp what is beyond its scope. When presence happens, it is unrelated to the individual. Purpose is a human created idea. Nature has no purpose. The sun, moon, stars, trees, vegetaion, creatures, flowing oceans, are no means to an end, but simply are. To be present is nothing special. No superior or inferior exist. Relax. Struggle falls away.  Being here now is all that is real.

Stop bullying yourself with Mind

The most effective way to stop your mind from being a bully, to stop tormenting you, from being the source of your suffering, is through disidentifying with it. Simply come to recognize it is not who you are.

The ego mind isn’t you. But, it isn’t your enemy either.  It exists to keep you safe. Whenever ego mind insults, doubts, is unsupportive, this is not echoing low self-worth, belief you are not enough. Ego is simply threatened by something you do. The only way to make peace with ego mind is to realize full potential.  This is rising above or going beyond its limiited sense of reality. Allow true Self to take charge. To see through the tormenter is to be aware beyond this ego mind. It only exists to help you grow out of it.

As long as ego mind is in control, suffering occurs. The ego does not align with true Self. Ego mind is not interested in love, happiness, joy, peace.  Ego is a constant problem-solver to help body and ego survive.  Yet, its survival tactics are not always needed. All the resistance, anxiety, self-doubt, self-condemnation and negativity don’t determine what we can or cannot achieve.  Mind cannot intimidate us without our own consent.

We are taught to mistake ego mind’s desperate attempts to be heard for who we are.  What is the best course? Come to recognize the voice of ego mind and learn to ignore it.  See ego mind as a gift.  Be gentle with yourself.  Re-training the mind to be positive and kind is not the answer. We cannot force ego mind to forget its evolutionary programming. Instead, use ego as a useful tool and move on.

Rather than allow ego to gather momentum, be the witness. View ego as a facade. Distance from its never-ending stream of repetitive, automated, thought patterns. Shift into the voice of our true Self, the naturally supportive, loving and accepting core of who you are.

Redefining true responsibility

Many views exist on responsibility. Some feel taking it is key, others prefer to avoid related discomfort, pain. A part of you would argue taking responsibility is like taking control of life. Yet what is really under our control?

Society distorts things. We are taught being responsible is doing what we are told by our elders (parents, teachers, mentors), and being irresponsible is acting from our perception of individual needs. The mistaken fear often adopted is if we act spontaneously, this will be like avoiding social, family and cultural responsibilities on our shoulders. In fact, this is a huge misunderstanding or way our minds are manipulated away from truth.

In truth, response is possible only if you are spontaneous, act in the moment, now. Response means that your attention, awareness, consciousness, is fully present. Come what may,  respond with your whole being. It is not a question of being in tune with anyone else, some holy scripture, or some imagined personality. It simply means to be in tune with the present moment.

This ability to respond in the here and now, based on feelings at present is responsibility, another term that silently refers to meditation.  This is a forgotten secret. Remembering and putting this into practice changes how you relate to yourself and the world.
