When I saw 5 days since your last post I KNEW inside why!!! Yay, yay, yay!!

What gives me a new lease on life is sharing my musical talents. I record a video of me singing to post on my blog, and I feel aligned. I take a guitar lesson or jam on songs with my friend and I feel all is as is should be.

I am smiling for you Liara.......Congratulations on your new life altering vantage point.

I am learning to walk bare-footed as I hike within Nature. I just came back from a three day trip into the mountains and I climbed the first eight miles without my sandals on. As I walked upon stones and rocks, I could feel built up pressure points being triggered, where stagnant energy was being awakened for eventual processing and releasing.

Therefore, as I learn to walk as One with the earth through and beyond my perceived pain......I will slip into a field of greater compassion for all living things as I carefully tread my Way along this ever-changing Path I have created for my Self.

Bernie, ever notice animals living in harmony with nature do not wear pre-fabricated shoes? The earliest marathon runners, cave people and many other beings sense no need for them. Everything humans use to cover the physical body is an effort to separate from or deny what is beyond illusion.
