5 Ways to See Nothing

To see and be nothing requires no effort. It is to be calm and embody whatever arises in silence without judgment. This may feel familiar some of the time or none of the time. If it is not every moment, then you choose to shift attention elsewhere. What do you choose to see instead?

Often, people see an 'obstacle'. This creates a roadblock or resistance rather than allowing life to unfold. Be aware that each obstacle is a gift. It offers ways to understand why you perceive things as you do and the root cause. Consider these 5 ways you create obstacles and forget nothing:

1) Self-talk- Notice where you say, "I would like to [do something], but..." What you are really saying? Look deeper into yourself to see for the real reason you hold yourself back from inner peace, balance and acceptance of what arises. Hesitation is a pointer. You may fear change or allow fear to control you.

2) Redirection- Notice the difference between creating an obstacle because you you do not wish to do something and creating one to point you in a more suitable direction. How does the obstacle help you to see what you are not yet allowing yourself to see?

3) Who? Notice how you feel about the direction of your life when things do not appear to be going to your plan. Who's plan is it really? Explore why you are attached to a particular plan.  Is it really for you? Or, is it someone else's idea of what is for you?

4) How much? - Notice when the obstacle that arises appears to be financial.  Notice what your own thought, body language and words are saying about abundance and scarcity.  Where you focus attention is powerful.  When you focus on what you are not doing, you channel energy into lack.  When you focus on feeling joyful about what you have, then abundance is your focus and this invites more abundance in.

5) When?- Notice when you feel impatience.  Notice whether you wonder when that special relationship is going to enter your life or when your situation will change.  You may resist deeper intimacy or commitment.  You only ever stand in your own way.

Ultimately, to accept who you are, where you are, and love whatever arises is to be in the flow of nothing. To see obstacles is revealing your own illusions and resistance.

1) Any likeness or attraction... or hesitation... or an inkling... or where one is drawn to focus upon then becomes an engagement.... the engagement can be wonderful with great exchange of feelings and communication or self talk... or it can be disliked and therefore ignored and unprocessed. This situation, if repressed, becomes fated to show its self again. By talking the encounter out.... as if trying to express the underlying feelings.... the engagement becomes a successful marriage where the two entities connected together channel a love that will live forever. That which brought them together... this attractive force then subsides and disappears back into the wholeness of the quantum field till the next likeness appears and can be explored.

2) The obstacle then is like a block in one's duty to connect to that which has grabbed your attention. The obstacle is likened to a clogged artery in a channel between two people or things that were fated to connect. One is then sick and requires medicine to face that which has been ignored. When one digs through the blockage.... one strikes a rich vein of gold or love.

3) Often plans cause people to ignore connections that were meant to be. People come up with excuses not to engage in authentic encounters. The planned encounter could be said to be non-genuine because it is not spontaneous and requires selective input for completion... which then clogs or darkens the mind... which then makes one less receptive to the spirit of the moment which are enriched with growth spurts without the growing pains.

4) "How Much" then creates a situation where one then delays their dreams.... and stockpiles things to be done at a supposedly mentally contrived appropriate times when self made conditions are met. Accepting Nothing requires no money and is the ultimate freedom that all souls truly seek to embrace.

5) When Nothing is seen and experienced... it becomes that special relationship that everyone craves and yearns for. It is the dream come true. It may not even be a person.... It is the love for that which is uncased in the present and gift of this moment. When is then transmuted into consecutive and therefore eternal Nows.

Vow for Now.

Bern, your reflections are always appreciated.

1) Each person calls forth everything he receives. Ask and it is given. The desire to want something simply invites that experience of wanting.

2) Many people do not feel in the heart they have the power to choose. At any stage a person keeps trying to figure out what's best, he keeps changing his mind. To keep choosing the same thing, to get out of the mind, is to focus attention on the senses. What feels who you are is the language of the soul. What is best for you is what is true for you.

3) It is not so crucial how a message is received as how it is sent. How loving and compassionate, how tender and brave the message is makes all the difference. You cannot take responsibility for how another accepts your message only how clearly it is conveyed.

4) Life is a process of creation. Watch what happens as you live experiences as if you are simply re-enacting what already is. Feel the joy of knowing and being and money loses its meaning. Live as if something as yet unseen is already and so it is.

5) By embodying the now, you act like God every moment. You embody the I Am
