5 Reasons to diffuse anger

You are not forced to believe in reality. Still, reality exists whether or not you believe. Similarly, to become aware of certain feelings like anger, is to permit the feelings to be in your mind at least part of the time. To acknowledge negativity can be a step toward diffusing it and letting go so it ceases to obscure your vision. Consider five reasons to diffuse anger;

1) Energy is available elsewhere. Some people will work themselves up, get the adrenalin and heart rate pumping and sense the intensity of anger gives them renewed energy. The thing is, a person has access to unlimited energy in a peaceful state. Yet, this is poorly understood and rarely mastered.

2) Uncontrolled anger distracts. Each experience is a test that encourages you to get to the crux of a matter. To allow self to dwell on negative energy moves the focus of your energy away from love, learning and problem-solving. Quick venting is a kind of avoidance strategy and emotional control.

3) It limits sensory perception. Every moment, you feel a range of vibrations. How aware and alert you are determines what you feel or not. Negative energy is dense and  heavy.  This 'dead weight' ironically obscures your ability to explore realms beyond the physical.  You block detection of spirit.

4) It blinds you from truth. If you believe you exist to learn lessons and move beyond your current mental state, then lingering anger blinds you from the truth you seek within yourself. It is buried beneath unnecessary conditioning and veils of emotion. As you sift through, you reconnect to  a core.

5)  Alternatives exist. Letting off steam can be done in ways that do not threaten one's health and well-being.  Exploring reasons behind anger deflates its impact and helps eliminate the desire to create it.  To discern and rechannel energy empowers you to make a positive difference in lives you touch

Trigger divine revelations

Oracles are also known as seers. Some human beings assume seers know what is yet to happen. Those who attune to energy sense more possibilities than those persons who are less aware of energy flow. Part of you already asks yourself how you could trigger your own divine revelations. Another part of you knows;

1) Its a reverse process. You must let go of thoughts and feelings that block what you already hide and know. Only then will you open inner doors of self that you temporarily closed.

2) Accuracy is relative. What you sense unfolding is based on current awareness, perspective and insight. As you evolve, revelations evolve. How you view relevance begins inside.

3) Consciousness shifts. A human being does not trigger your direct awareness of anything. Your sense of connection with truth emerges, regardless what others describe. Some beings read energy vibes effectively and help expand your consciousness. Whatever your own experience, when you’re caught up in a vision, its what you try to prove is real.

4) Move beyond words. What anyone writes or says is heresay unless you evolve to experience similar phenomena. You my or may not relate. Words only prove someone wrote them sometime. Sensing energy goes beyond physical words.

5) Proof evolves in experience.  No one proves to another person God or higher beings exist, and no one can prove they do not.  Whatever you experience becomes your reality. Whether you accept or reject experience is something else.

6) Open yourself wider. Each person has to rely on his own personal awareness and pay attention to what is real if he wants to find truth.  As you open yourself to the truth of what is, what exists in reality may expand based on what shows up.

12 Things obstacles tell you

The universe presents situations for different reasons. You choose how to view and react to each event that unfolds. Consider these twelve possible answers to the query, "what are obstacles telling you?

1) Review the path you are on (for it no longer serves you).

2) Recognize fear is the root cause of perceiving an obstacle.

3) Prepare to be disillusioned.

4) Stand back and revise your thought process.

5) Confront your emotional demons.

6) Revisit your values and goals.

7) See a stepping stone to an unforseen, beneficial situation.

8) Redefine "progress" and "success."

9) Accept yourself as you are and inner harmony that is.

10) Re-examine the underlying nature of the question.

11) Let go of the insatiable external quest for answers.

12) Stop living in the past or future. Just be in the now.

6 Ways to feel good where you are

How often are you tempted to assume the worst? You see someone approaching and assume you must be in trouble or, hear about a forecast storm and already imagine accidents and fatalities, or being unable to get to work. Someone ill you know may be resigned to a negative outcome.  What about you?

When an event unfolds, does it suddenly evoke discomfort? Does your mind wander to thoughts that spiral out of control? If this reminds you of someone, these ideas are worth sharing. Consider six ways to feel good about your present conditions;

1) Realize choices exist. People can decide to feel happy for no particular reason just as they can choose to get upset or depressed about being where they are not. You live the life you imagine into being. To realize you exert power over your thoughts changes everything. No outcome is carved in stone.

2) Seek beyond the obvious.  The sleuth in you already knows blessings are found in not getting a particular job, being overlooked for a promotion, rejected for a training program or whatever prevents you from realizing a goal.  Not getting what your conscious mind thought you wanted brings you closer to what you are meant to be doing now. Events enable you to reframe experiences and stretch your mind.

3) Transcend emotions. Whenever you permit emotions to control you other than love and compassion, you are being distracted by something irrelevant to the bigger picture.  That is, fear, doubt, anger, frustration and the like, are based on misunderstanding. Simply shift focus.  Deeper messages are conveyed. Choose to look inside self to find what you need.

4) Address limits of human perception.  As you evolve, you grasp human beings do not perceive everything that is happening.  Many more events are unfolding than the human mind registers and understands in human terms.  Knowing this, you begin to see it makes sense not to jump to foregone conclusions related to fragments of reality you discern.

5) Every possibility already exists.  All knowledge, all discoveries, all mindsets, all verdicts and creations, are dormant energy waiting to be summoned by the human mind.  They exist in a formless realm until someone thinks them into form.  You draw from the universal mind by raising your awareness of it. Dr John Hagelin says, "All you have to do is hold your mind on the end result and imagine it filling a need, and you call it into being.  As you ask, feel and believe, you will receive." Love is always the answer to every question.

6) Accept you get what you need.  Views of needs that stem from ego are superficial and misguided. To believe you want something may in fact overlook what kinds of life experiences you truly require.  As you evolve to view each experience as a test of resilience, resourcefulness and wisdom, you gain more far from your own silence and self-reflection.

What is the point of astral?

Astral is a concept that sometimes confuses human beings. This supersensible substance pervades all space and forms the substance of a second body that mirrors your physical one.  What seems a bit quirky is everyone has one, even if they do not detect it.  This accompanies the human body like a shadow and survives the physical body. You may ask what's the point?

1) Its your dream adventurer.  This is the part of you that explores the fantastic places of your night-time dreams. It is the extension of your immortal soul that has unlimited lives and immeasurable opportunities to use them.

2) It retains data about past lives. This accesses thoughts, feelings and lessons learned. Its key to unexplored layers of consciousness, previous lives and detailed explanations for the emotional baggage and beliefs you resist letting go of now.

3) It passes through energy openings. This is where you may encounter light, have spiritual visions, encounter spiritual beings.  As you attune to energy, you slowly discern ways to pass through dimensions at will and with deliberate purpose.

4) It stimulates awareness. This implies increasing lucidity. How you raise awareness determines what events you notice on energy levels around you while conscious, awake and alert.

5) It gives you tools. This ability assists you to examine the nature and significance of dreams. That is, are they symbolic? Do thery pertain to events or feelings you have selectively repressed and forgotten? Do they concern people you know, mundane events or deceased persons seeking to share a story?

6) It draws attention to extra-sensory perception. This reminds you of untapped abilities in terms of heightened sensitivities. Some human beings learn to access wrinkles in time or omens and act as oracles in the physical world. Access to privileged information demands ethics and responsibility.
