Look deeper

Direct experience is not what you think.  In this moment, it is an invitation to be your own authority.  Note that yourphysical  body is forever conveying messages. How peaceful and contented you feel determines how well you are receiving and listening to your deepest self.  How negative, angry or fearful you feel sends messages that you are resisting accepting yourself.  Be aware of your feelings.

Consider a woman in labour does not ask someone outside herself if she is in labour.  Consider that if you have a child, holding that child for the first time is an experience you never forget.  You do not ask anyone else for confirmation of the bond you feel.  Consider that every taste sensation you experience is yours and yours alone. Nobody can gauge how sweet or spicy you enjoy your food.  You simply read inner signs.  All of your senses are inviting you to get in touch with deeper acceptance. What if you exist to awaken and connect the heaven and Earth within yourself?  What if everything is a pointer to the love you are?  Nothing holds you back from acceptance except for you.

Why expand perception of time?

Human-perceived time is a concept that fascinates increasing numbers of people.You are beginning to sense time for what it really is. Reality is not what ego would have you to believe. Consider this;

1) The basis of strongly felt ideas at present is energy vibrating from events and conditions. Ideas that resonate in you actually vibrate constantly at the same frequency. At a given moment, you tap into energy of all beings who feel as you or, share your perspective.

2) Nostalgia is a vehicle or conduit that connects energy of like minds and transcends time.

3) False barriers of separation you imagine systematically dissolve as you shift energy to connect with the subspace mind (sphere of consciousness unblocked by space and time).

4) Time does not prevent renewed inter-connectedness. Love energy is a soul-level bridge. You sense beings that resonate in your field of emotional vibration the physical now. Their energy endures regardless of whether they exist in the physical form at this moment

5) To discern common ground with someone or a group is actually a reunion of invisible spirit.

6) As you raise awareness, you come to sense different levels of energy intensity. Stronger energies are often linked to beings living on the physical plane now, but exceptions exist.

7) To tap into awareness and feeling energy is a means to travel backward and forward in time.

8) Subspace energy of entities no longer on the physical plane is as transparent as your own.

9) Opportunities exist to creatively share information between physical and subspace minds.

10) To transcend time enables you to move beyond other, assumed perceptual limitations.

11) A focus on limited understanding of genetics and functions of the physical body misleads you to disregard perception or intuition that has no corroborating physical evidence.

12) Human beings choose to live in a collective state of denial regarding certain realities.

13) The expanding sense of global awakening suggests more people are willing to recognize and work through and overcome core reasons for their fear of the unknown.

What brings you back?

To believe you know everything is not a complete illusion. Yet, to assume you currently access all this inner knowing is misleading. The ego may tell you yes, but the conscious mind echoes it needs more time to clarify and accept it has answers.

As it happens, its a misunderstanding to believe the future will free you from the past. One incarnates on Earth to work through emotions and relearn what is means to exist in the present. Your unconscious past is not useful except insofar as it takes shape at this moment. Awakening from dreams is key.

As you begin to view yourself as a multi-dimensional being, you begin to sense the plane of physical matter you know as Earth is not all there is. As you dream, you can train self to gain insight into how part of you exists on different planes at once. To be conscious of the body when perspective is above and you view closed eyes suggests something is going on beyond the physical. You know this sensation when you feel it.

Astral travelers experience at least two planes; the astral and physical. The astral extends or mirrors the physical plane. Some describe astral as a transition or porthole to access other realms. Each plane has its own rules. Physical laws do not apply in astral. This place in the mind enables you to move beyond conditioned limits and uncover untapped abilities.

Whether awake or asleep, energy beings quest for answers. Dream journeys expand experience and trigger revelations about what is possible. Awakening in the physical world enables rediscovered ideas to come into conscious awareness. All is possible with mental training and discipline.

Astral dreaming offers repeated opportunities where soul guides you to reconnect pieces of fragmented consciousness. You grow to discern where illusion ends and where pieces of truth exist. In essence, the part of you that you do not see brings the rest of you full circle. It begins and ends in mind.

Gotta have impatience

Patience, like time, is a commodity in great demand.  Impatience is experiencing an epidemic.   Many people make much ado about 'little things,' about where they're not, and don't take advantage of what's right in front of them. If this sounds familiar, you'd benefit from reviewing why you're impatient. Why not rethink how you could make more effective use of your time?

If you drive a car, you've heard a horn blowing behind you when you're in no position to go anywhere. How does this help the honker? What about the person who accelerates past you only to stop at the red light just ahead? And, then, the driver does the same thing to be stopped at the next intersection.  These drivers don't necessarily feel better when they vent steam. They only annoy you if you let them, but they still get nowhere fast. Which driver sounds like you?

If you go into a shop, and nobody serves you, and you wish to get going somewhere else, how does that make you feel to be ignored? Perhaps you feel the world should revolve around you when it doesn't. People aren't often mind-readers. Is that fair? Could you invite this treatment?  Wherever you work, are you more attentive to the clock and the prospect of leaving than dealing with taks at hand? Consider the kinds of pleasures and useful learning you're missing.

If your boss tells you to stop what you're doing and to perform another task when it doesn't really need to be done right away, this may stress you out. Your boss may be impatient and may also wish to take advantage of the authority he or she has over you.  Or, you may exaggerate how difficult the situation really is. Why might you be impatient to do what you think is a priority?

What is about wishing that certain experiences were already over so we can get on with something else? Yet, we don't take the time to enjoy what happens as it does.  Kids often dress as grown ups and wish they had the privileges that adults have, like staying up late.  Then as adults, we wish to go to be earlier or relive parts of our childhood, but we are taught to be too serious.

What about traits of your partner or close friends who drive you bonkers? They may be impatient for you to get yourself together so they can get on with things. Or, you may be impatient for someone to get ready when that person often makes you late. How could you react differently?

Impatience is a quality that creeps up when we least expect it. Why sputter explatives? Does this make us feel better or have we been conditioned to think we have to react in a particular way?  Consider what life would be like if you learned to enjoy being stuck in traffic, if you saw being forced to postpone some of your own plans as a blessing, if you could see impatience as a teacher meant to temper your passions, if you could see advantages you didn't initially recognize. As you decide you wish to better understand and improve yourself, you love whatever happens.
