10 Ways to feel good

1) Recognize the beautiful light that you are.

2) Understand you can change how you feel.

3) Sense you alter how you perceive every moment.

4) Choose to appreciate vast abilities you have.

5) Forgive others, self, the universe and move on.

6) Know words move vibrations energetically.

7) Realize you can figure out what you do & why.

8) Discern what you do not want and why so you detach.

9) Find a way to match vibrationally with the thing you want.

10) Experience variety to be motivated  to expand into joy.

What could happen with a pole shift?

In a pole shift, according to individuals like Drunvalo Melchizdek, no person has been able to figure out definitively how a planet like Earth with its size and inertia could suddenly move off its axis, as is predicted in relation to 2012. This would require huge amounts of energy. What are some options?

Consider magnetics. The crust of Earth is 20-40 miles thick. Underneath that is the upper mantle. That is what holds the outer core to the inner core of the planet. Scientists learned without magnetics, the upper mantle could become a liquid. The crust would then be free to move within a period as short as 15 days. Imagine the ice developing off centre in the south pole (2 miles high). If this kind of thing were to happen right now, you wake up in a new place in relation to the equator.

Consider Mayan prophecy. They predict major lines of magnetic energy are changing. Their civilisation has survived two pole shifts, one 13,000 years ago and another 26,000 years ago.  They claim that to survive a pole shift event, one needs to be connected to the heart and the heart of the earth. They say if you are 'in your heart,' you will not die. Their full prophecy has yet to be fully made public.

Consider how consciousness changes as humans move within cycles of time.  Knowing the planet is alive also affects expanding awareness of what is.   The pole shift will enable people to sense fields in the brain, around the body and throughout the universe in new ways. Heightening sensitivities emerge. You create with your brain or your heart. There is a big difference. The brain creates equal and opposite things. To create from the heart never harms anyone anywhere.

Imagine that to enter the fourth dimension, means whatever you think and feel happens in real time.  Once you enter this level of consciousness, you are at the level of energy vibration as other beings you do not necessarily see of believe to exist.  One view is extra terrestrials will be seen as having been here in formless states and most of them would like to help humans.  You may also shape-shift and alter form and formless states. Old ways of existing will completely dissolve.

Consider dramatic changes in internal weather patterns. Many teachings, including those of the Tibetans and other ancient gurus, say that people are turning inward to rethink the power and consciousness of heart. How do you notice your energy fields within your body? In truth, the left and right brain create the external energy field.  The internal energy field extends from the heart. What do you sense about 9/9/09?

You need not be a numerologist to sense something out of the ordinary about "9-9-09."  For increasing numbers of people, this series of nines does not stand out as a date so much as an indicator of the state of ongoing cycles.  You notice weather is less predictable.  A certain energy vibration deep inside is awakening and strengthening. What does it mean to you now?

It is interesting the number 9 is often associated with Mother Teresa or a humanitarian mindset. One's attention is focused on the fact that collective compassion is growing more noticeable. Fewer people blame coincidence for positive impulses to help others in need.  The desire to serve arises inside in ways you may not have acknowledged before.

Something beyond conditioned awareness is also driving a sense of inter-connectedness with people you do not even know. Consider how groups of people who experience large scale environmetnal disasters are increasingly assisted by strangers. You are growing conscious of being part of everything. A growing  sense of responsibility prompts you to be more aware of the impact of your thoughts and behaviours on everything.  Part of you feels like a circle that never ends.

More and more people to feel stronger connections to not only people, but also to energy vibration related to uplifting or depressing moods, and to the intention to unleash or find opportunities to create. Nine is like a pulsation too (think 9+9=18 and 1+8=9). It brings us back to reconnect with self.

Related to 2012, its useful to note Mayan belief links the Cosmos to Nine Underworlds. This basic idea is shared very clearly through their key pyramids; the Pyramid of the Plumed Serpent in Chichen-Itza, the Pyramid of the Jaguar in Tikal and the Temple of the Inscriptions in Palenque (each have Nine stories).  Synchronicty also invites heightening awareness of the Mayan calendar.  Not only is it hierarchical, it presents Nine different time cycles linked to the 360-day year (the tun). Our attention is clearly being drawn to the number 9.

The Hopi civilisation also offers insight about 2012.  They nickname the gravity wind or life energy as “the way of the nine.” This has connections to the ‘table of nine’ or ‘group of 9’ light beings that are channelled in the physical world to guide humanity to review where they are and how they evolve to perceive differently. As such, 9 is the energy of truth and honour that is awakening within all human beings and encouraging them to become aware of portholes in time and space that are opening to those ready to discern.

How to make something out of nothing?

Science says nothing preceeded the spark of light that preceded the universe.  They argue it cannot be traced, repeated or proven in modern, Scientific terms. 

Mystics say God preceded the spark of light, that God motivated the spark to ignite into matter, that God is a giant consciousness that cannot be measured or even conceived because it is, for all intents and purposes, everything. They claim this someting defies words or any human explanation.

Still other individuals perceive the universe is energy in space you do not see is expanding constantly and communicating in more languages than are currently understood or decipherable.

Regardless of whether any of these perspectives resonate with you, you may have ideas about how the universe emerges 'out of nothing.' What is your view about something out of nothing? Are energy forms and formless states combining with purpose?

How do future lives help you now?

Future life progression is an experience that enables human beings to trigger revelations about their core self so they grow empowered to heal now.  Some people view this experience as an example of one of the functions of the immortal soul.

As you reach that mental place where you sense the relevance of future lives, you also sense that many dimensions and levels of consciousness exist.  You are also beginning to discern what it means to grasp energy has no limits. This affects you.  Each soul is energy that has lived before and will live again.  In a nutshell, this raises issues of immortality and soul progress.

Much like one can be regressed or learn self-hypnosis to regress the self into past lives, a person can also be guided to progress or consciously self-progress into possible futures.  Belief in the usefulness of this concept is necessary to gain insight and take it to heart.  How do future lives help you?
