Move beyond the Matrix

Some people sense success is basically learning to accept whatever ideas arise in the mind, while recognizing you are a silent observer of what transpires.  Yet, what if the prospect of bending a spoon with the mind is an invitation to step back and recognize that everything is possible with a light heart?

Recall the character Neo in the film The Matrix.  As he begins to let go of doubt, limited view of his physical senses, he deconstructs his memories, and accepts all is possible.  Like Neo, we each become the vibrational equivalent of what we ask for in our world.  Its common to discover we didn't really want what our minds project. Though not everyone chooses to move beyond the Matrix.

How is it a human being can evolve to observe and experience directly without getting influenced by emotion,  and the ego desire to judge?  You may sense heat, pressure, tension and other perceptions, aren't necessarily controlled by your body or mind.  How does that shake your world?  You begin to sense motivation is not required to accept where you are and what you can do.

People are conditioned to focus on steps they think are required to succeed. Yet, who asks you to perform the tasks? Why do anything?  What drives you?  If suffering, fear and desire don't capture your full attention, then you come to observe and master the mind. To stop running backward and forward allows you to savor this moment.

At a basic level, success is a kind of pure observation.  You needn't be directed or driven by thoughts.  You needn't grasp them intensely or shy away out of fear.  This mindfulness is not indifference. Yet, it means you move beyond ordinary attention.  You discover the nature and underlying motives of thoughts themselves. You unleash a child-like impulse to simply live and love for the joy of it.

Success is doing the things that are important to you, and living a life that has meaning to you and that you feel good about, in the deepest part of your Soul...

I like your idea of success being a form of pure observation. Success in the frame that you have built is beyond everyday thinking of what success is assumed to be. I love your views on this.

Success is defined by each person. The question is weather the defintion of success is driven by ego or by spirit. Your defintion of success is spirit driven. I love the path you are on. Very wise you are!

Hi Loving Annie,
You are indeed a blessing. As you say, we express views from where we are at a given time. Whether we consciously know it or not, we each desire to align ourselves with views broader than our own. We wish to move beyond our own illusions.

In my mind, to act from a perspective aligned with the deepest part of the soul, implies a person has evolved to be lucid, to discern sharper instincts, to realize who you are is different than who you think you are. In a similar way, how a person views personal success may differ from the kind of success that person evolves toward.

Hi Mark,
I appreciate your views and insight. We all have potential to learn from each other. We only ever retain information and perspectives that we're ready to receive.

You might say I'm beginning to grasp that observation is a tool that can perpetuate our own illusions or, it can become a means to help us better understand why we attract what we don't want. This revelation about success and its link to the senses is very positive. It enables anyone to grasp they can send more powerful thoughts into the universe that invite what they really do want. Our emotions offer clues.

Success then is not achieved, but is returned to, when the mind lets go of what it is doing. Nothing has to be done, because everything is accomplished when the moment is surrendered to. The matrix dissolves when words like should could would and have to fall away from one's vocabulary.

Bern, can a person return to somewhere that he never actually leaves? (in other words, can you escape or succeed in denying who you truly are?)

I am this Moment that has no momentum since speeding stays at a Standstill.

One can't get to there when there is only here.

I am always Here.

I am Always.

I Am.

I.

.

Where did I go.... Oh yes... nowhere but Here as usual.

HERE is the true heart.
All beings have the same heart or core. You can only 'see' insight about the core from inside the core itself. You cannot be looking 'at' the core; if you were, with what identity would you be looking? It is more of an intuitive feeling, that we are the same in essence.
