Why are you here?

You already know why you found this website.  You already know why you exist and what brought you to this moment in your life.  It does not matter what other people think or tell you.   Your inner self has the answer.  When you choose to trust, you sense the core message and you branch out.

Sometimes you permit fear to get in the way and you forget you are great no matter what you do. Let the fear go. Take a deep breath. This is about learning how to give and receive in ways that promote self-discovery. The more you receive the more you can give back. Many people are not taught it is okay to receive. They tell themselves they do not know how.

When you are not honest with yourself, you sell yourself short.  To be exerting energy in pursuits that are not related to your core passions may teach you valuable lessons, but it is not where you want to be long-term. You are constantly growing confidence, courage and can tap into whatever you need.

Life is a process. Open your eyes to possibilities.  What makes you feel excited? What can you do to nurture your talents now that can take you to the next level? People exist to support, encourage and assist each other. As you get-to-know yourself, you can choose to take steps to transform how you perceive and experience everything. Choose to be more conscious now. You have unlimited potential. Where you go next is up to you.

I wished for an expressive outlet such as your blog Liara, and then suddenly you appeared on my blog. I asked for a higher vibrational teacher like Dan Milman's, and it happened quickly. I asked to be associated with like minded individuals that I could create friendships with, and they appeared.

I am growing more in confidence. I don't think too much about what I write lately. I feel the moment in response to a topic and a response usually comes pouring out. It is like translating what a person is saying into my own personal and unique language of which we all have. The flowing and uncensored process is remarkable.

In order to give, we must first receive. But in order to receive we must empty ourselves. When we give back and therefore forgive something we received long ago, we then can ask more questions or create more goals and therefore receive more wisdom or gold. But the gold can not be held onto. It must be shared and then more abundance comes flowing through.

Bern, ask and it is always given. Feeling empty is not learned but emerges as you unlearn all you are taught. The journey to focus attention on silence allows you to journey through diverse energy levels, to awaken to why each is selectively ignored or dis-believed. Notice as you get lost in different movies or states of being.

As the journey unfolds, you discover the expanding awareness of humans is goes beyond awareness of physical realms. Be aware the energy body guides you to the heart of all you are, the heart of beingness, through every reaction, response and behaviour. Energy is what you are and how you are unfolding every moment. It guides how you choose to function. Taking this to heart raises energy vibration and invites new learning. Everyone helps each other. You recognize what you need when you need it and it already exists, wherever you are.

As you immerse yourself in life, you relish passion and zest for life. Whenever you question the system of expansion, then this blocks aspects of the unfolding. To broaden your perspective means you are willing to embrace what is felt in the heart. You connect with that part of self that knows the answers to any questions that arise. Any master you seek without reflects or points to the master within.

So, by questioning the System, the System gets attention and continues to be locked into place and feeds off those who believe in it. By taking one's attention out of established loops and placing one's focus into the direct energy and inspiration of the moment, then the old system begins to weaken and dissolves back into the light. New systems will replace the old, or inspiration will rule the day if the populous is taught to channel that which they personally want to experience.

Bern, as you start seeing the light, this is the perspective of pure consciousness. This is a state that lifts you outside the loop. Every step leads you to a new level.

Consider how a scientist's role is to generate method or formulae to reproduce the perception of past, to reproduce understanding of what appears to be happening in the external world. This is one kind of intelligence.

Consider also how mystics introduce approaches to help people reproduce what happens inside them. A mystic realizes that practicing certain techniques intensely and continuously may lead you to fall into a comfortable routine. It is encouraged to learn from different sources and to be willing to explore different ways of learning. Consistent practice is not desirable. As you progress in your inner metamorphosis, you sense techniques transform. As you choose to follow the heart, you realize you feel connected to techniques and energy for as long as you require and you guide self where it needs to go.

One perspective is you can choose to realize you are already enlightened or spend a life seeking what you now have. Decide something has happened and share the joy.

Routines and Disciplines and Techniques are created to learn how to recollect one's energy to a task at hand where that soul energy has been lost or stolen to these loops and systems. For a time they do the task poorly because they are not fully here with their attention span. However, once an individual has truly collected the pieces that went missing into the past and future, they can focus more clearly and purely at what they apply their attention towards. They can now lose the rituals and discipline so that they can relax the mind and unfocus and on occasion direct the experiences one wishes to explore through following intentions and waves propagated from the integrated soul.

However, beware to those who follow routines. They too are loops that one can lose themselves in. Always know and keep in sight the intention for any activity one engages themselves to.

Bern, another way to understand the universe is sense its set up to enable you to expand and transform perpetually. If you do not choose to go with the flow of the universe, you feel resistance. You sense reason for resistance and create loops or vicious circles. Every direction is full of potential and any meaning you give it.

In truth, the task at hand is always within. When the source within you joins with the vibration of your request and you choose not to align, you feel dischord. Every moment you attune deeper to soul. Every moment, being here now loses meaning. Trust that.
