Experience the stillness

As you choose to experience the stillness, the only thing that stands in the way of the full and complete experience is the mind and your choice to stand in your own way.  To experience who you are is enough.  You begin to transform as you go into it right now.

How many people choose to be alone and embrace what that means? Choose to connect with others who meet you in a place of unconditional love.  You are a vibration that has infinite power to generate external constructs, to dismantle them, and be your own joy.  This is all part of a series of revelations you trigger with the heart.  It is a glimpse of your role in Cosmic Synchronicity.

Hi Liara,

Stillness is not stillness when you can feel your soul moving. It one of the most exhilarating experiences that we can have. It keeps us sharp, aware and open to the flow of the universe.

I love the stillness, crave it more and more. Silence, tranquility, that place where I can go in and connct with Spirit, that nurturing essence that comes not with noise and chaos, but with gentle Light.

I have just read a post about stillness here: http://adapt2whatis.blogspot.com/2009/01/quiet-majesty.html
I do not think it's a coincidence at all :D

Anyway, maybe it's important to note that aloneness is not the same as loneliness (at least in my personal dic :p). When I choose aloneness, loneliness disappears :D

Alexys, to watch the mind realign itself, or come back into alignment and to experience related thoughts and vibrations expresses the truth of who you are. Each person is invited to make choices. Your power is accessible any moment.

Aurora, humans move with or against the current. They go with the flow or resist how they feel. Whatever you choose, you accpet or deny who you really are. The underlying identity does not change. You are all of life, experiencing peace now.

Rizal, I explore "aloneness" and "solitude" in my Self-disclosre: changes from within book available through the link on this website and electronic distributors. In essence, one consciously chooses states of mind and states of being. Some of these states align you with who you truly are and others bring you further away from it. To align with who you are is the allow peace to envelop you. A person decides to experience fullness or fragments. Nothing is ever uncomfortable unless you choose.

Hi Liara – we interrupt ourselves so often – and deviate away so easily from our thoughts and our direction. I know I’ve done it when my uncle was alive – it’s difficult to say no or to accept that things that did help him and gave him pleasure didn’t need to be done. Now he’s gone and I only have my mother I can once she’s settled from this bout of illness and a ‘routine’ can settle in – I can move towards experiencing that stillness. I’m beginning to understand a lot – but need to practise a great deal too. I can ‘see’ things more clearly .. and believe that I am moving towards cosmic synchronicity – togetherness in myself and life.
