Lose your head

Remember the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland? She evokes fear in anyone she does not like by threatening to cut off his head.  The Legend of Sleepy Hollow often causes goosebumps with tales of the Headless Horseman.  He appears as a ghost to warn of the danger of decapitation. Does the prospect of being headless scare you or trigger other feelings?

Another way to lose your head is to stop analyzing. You can view every moment as a golden opportunity to quiet the mind and look deeper inside yourself. The moment you step outside mind, you rediscover what is there. You have intrinsic value, lasting strength and unconditional wisdom. Where is your head right now? Only as you choose to recall who you are can you become all you are meant to be. Your world is created in you.

every moment is a golden opportunity: indeed, and to remember to be present is indeed golden. it is when there is a reaction to what goes on in the moment that I loose the spacious presence....
to remember that each moment is golden, to listen openly and to embrace wholeheartedly... ah the gift of life.

Tammie, to be truly open to the unknown means you embrace your feelings fully without judgment.

When one covets ideas in one's head and desires a better card hand in life over another, then others will want to take your head and hand away from you.

But when the mind is open, and that which enters the head is then a free for all, then there is nothing confined to the head to be taken. Full disclosure then keeps all the collective parts of one's body and greater body alive and loved. The king and queen then don't need to rule a kingdom. The kingdom runs its self in harmony.

When one locks energy into any given area of the body, where something is being held back in favor of another part of the body, it will likely be taken away from you through disease or dire actions outside one's self. What one does not use or accept through neglect, one then loses to a ghostly realm.

One is, however, then essentially headless by speaking clearly from the Heart.

Bern, people race though life as if they think they have no time to spare and discover after the apparent end they always have eternity. People are conditioned to misuse time and underappreciate who and what they are. Losing one's head enables one to embark on the journey to find what is lost only to discover it never leaves you.

My head now is dancing with my heart from this post.
I am not rushing.
I am remembering.
I am listening with the open ears of my infinite wisdom.

Jannie, as you lose your head, you remember you can listen through every cell. You are not limited to particular senses. In fact, you are always expanding into more.

Hilary, to feel like you lose the mind enables you to see from a completely different vantage point.
