Live consciously

When you live unconsciously, mindlessly, you are unaware of self.  That is, in this moment, how you think and feel escapes you.  If you are not paying attention, in the midst of cutting veggies, you may slice a finger. Then again, maybe you think it'll be bloody tasty?!

You may be unaware you decide whether or not you allow mind and its filters to control how you receive information.  Notice what passive, reactive and observant vibrations feel like.  Notice whether you are aware of unique perspectives of the veggies, the knife, the cutting board and stew as well as the big picture of the flow that interlaces everything in the whole web of life.

As you engage the analyical, comparative mind, you shift attention away from being. Imagine being raw veggies, the knife, spices, cutting board, pot, stock, aromas, air, water, fire. Appreciate each alone and how it feels to be the whole stew with unique and evolving flavours.

Similarly, to feel the way beyond the individual 'you' triggers awakening of childlike innocence and the feeling of being part of something bigger than you alone. Living consciously is recognizing unity, wholeness.  Oneness is the Source of all, genuine soulfood.

Recognize 'you' are the common thread in all aspects of 'your' life. Observe this 'you.' What does it feel like? Who or what is it pointing toward? The mind after all, is a gift, a teacher.  Identify which words and thoughts takes your focus away from one world. Notice what brings 'you' back. Silence the mind even temporarily.  Live more consciously.  Subside into the peace of silence.

Moving Mind

Two men were arguing about a flag flapping in the wind.

"It's the wind that is really moving," stated the first one.

"No, it is the flag that is moving," contended the second.

A Zen master, who happened to be walking by, overheard the debate and interrupted them.

"Neither the flag nor the wind is moving," he said, "It is MIND that moves."

Nutrition and Physical Health have many convoluted beliefs associated with them. Long elaborate stories are created to define what is good and what is bad with a particular diet. Something is said to be good for you to eat by another.... and so one then merely sets up a scenario to consciously praise an item that is entering into agreement with one's system both physically and energetically. In many diets... the focus is negative and so people put their awareness on that which they say will do you wrong. And so even if you think you are eating right.... the mind often is on the subject of eating something wrong. This then is an aspect of poor nutrition since an aspect of the whole has been blocked and blemished by the mind. The body then shuts down many corridors to accommodate the harsh nature of the human belief system.

One solution is to eat simply. Know the ingredients of the food you are putting together to create a unique meal combination and taste sensation. Know where the food comes from and perhaps even grow the food from seed your self. Know also how the food then tastes individually and how it then changes when added to other foods. Knowing different angles and therefore eventually the essence of the food... it then becomes perfectly digestible and easily incorporated and assimilated back into being.

This is not to say that something synthetic is not digestible. Everything is equal in value. We all know of the chemical additives put into processed foods. The real issue comes from a consciousness or lack of consciousness stand point. Not knowing the chemical structure of the additive or scientific creation, or the intentions of its creator or the manufacturing plant, continues to put up an obstruction or barrier for many to digest and get nutrition from such foods. Everything is nutritious if fully accepted and therefore loved and fully integrated into physical and energetic being. Therefore, the person mostly likely to be able to digest chemically created foods then are the chemists and lab techs who create the food since it was created in their image and in their imaginations. They built it in a language that they know, whereas, to many it is truly a foreign language..... and therefore a foreign object in the body and usually can not be processed since they can not see the essence of its creation.

Therefore, we process best within that which we create ourselves from scratch. This then is the conscious path to take and to live by.

Bern, what you ingest matters less than how you feel about it. Regard everything with love and as the essence of love and watch what happens. You may simply ingest prana.

There is also a great spiritual revolution happening in Russia as described in the Ringing Cedars of Russia Series where Anastasia.... Who in essence lives on earth as her Higher Self and who has brought Heaven Upon Earth by creating and spreading her Dream of returning to Nature by becoming conscious of how we interact with the Infinite Life that is around us. In this nine book series she describes how to create designer and medicinal food programmed by the grower by initially sucking the seeds before planting them. In this way, among others, one then lives consciously and in connection with their food from start to finish. In these books, she describes the original intention for the earth and initiates an intention to return to this dream. The past...the present... and the future... are then consciously tended to to converge back into One moment where a grand collective dream of loving the earth is lived consciously in every action taken.

Stepping into Consciousness in each moment brings us to the awareness of Being all that is.

One can't be oblivious to their impact on their surroundings, and its impact upon them when Conscious.

The moment goes from black and white to technicolor!

Items that once seemed inanimate suddenly come to life in front of us.

One can see how they are orchestrating their life. Ah, the symphony I have written!

Living Conscious, IS.

Bernie, thanks for this fascinating contribution. In truth, every dimension and reality exists at this moment. All energy that has existed in physical form continues to exist on another plane. A human being's beliefs, attitudes affect unseen energy vibration. This determines which doors to which realities appear open, real and accessible.

Every seed is pointing toward the mystical tree or flower of life. That is, all genetic and other material about everything are accessible in a dot. Even the egg and sperm unite in such a way as to unfold in clusters of dots. Each reality unfolds based on programs that can be altered. Living consciously triggers innate processes that are dormant.

Stacey, a desire to continue living in the physical body invites one to bless food and to see blessings in every event and condition. Living consciously is about recognizing everything is energy. Its about sensing vibration and releasing the vibration of resistance. Its about being aware the symphony is forever unfolding, never finished.
