Notice inner beauty and it is easy to identify some blessing in whatever is happening, in every person you encounter. You can feel a kind of flow toward harmony in everything and everyone, even if a given person is unable to see it within himself. Everything you encounter is a mirror reflecting the love that is.  It is what you are.  Discover for yourself as all you are not falls away.

One could also say that noticing beauty actually began the process of marking beauty. Everything is beautiful until it is noticed not to contain beauty. Everything is love until something is noticed. The notice then is an invitation to return the thing on the mind back into everything. Everything is Healthy until is noted as otherwise. One then merely tears up the notice.... fulfills what is being noted.... or fully tears and crys from the heart till what is noticed leaves the body. The body is then un-registered as perfect where the body is no longer contemplated since one is wholly in complete health with everything. One then returns to everything which is and always has been beautiful.
