3 Tips to break away from guilt

Many people would like to experience peace of mind yet, their sense of guilt makes them weary. Would you like to relieve some burden and heal more than your mind?  Learning to reframe your perspective will lighten your load and jumpstart your life.  Consider these tips to help you along your road to emotional recovery:

1) Releasing others releases yourself.  You restore your innocence and guiltlessness whenever you choose to release others from perceived burdens.  Forgiveness has restoring power.  As long as you permit yourself to feel guilty, or act in ways to influence others to feel that way, you are choosing to listen to the voice of ego.  

2) You are in charge.  You may assume people must choose to forgive you before you can truly forgive yourself.  That's not true.  You are in charge of how you view yourself.  If you wish to be free from emotional pain, you only need to exchange your sense of guilt for innocence.  What other people think begins and ends in you.

3) Those who have not yet learned need teaching, not attack.  Not everyone knows that freedom is only a thought away.  If you look for guilt in other people or reinforce reasons why other people should feel guilty, then you aren't doing yourself any favors.  Any negative energy you nurture or direct will reverberrate back on you.

3 Steps to reframe wherever you are

Some people are unsure how they will make it around the next bend. Do you ever feel overwhelmed with tasks or permit fear or negative energy to cloud your perspective? Are you already wondering how you will manage to focus on the next project?

If this sounds like you, rest assured that you will never find yourself in a situation that you aren't prepared to handle. You have the power to create your own solutions, that is, to believe that you can do what is at hand. Consider these 4 tips:

1) Learn to relax.  In order to think clearly, you need to breath and find a focus.  Write lists. Take time to meditate, observe nature or listen to peaceful music, away from the hustle bustle that usually controls your life.

2) Train yourself to find a positive.  Its simple.  If you express anger, then remind yourself about reasons to feel joy.  If you find yourself becoming afraid, then simply focus your thoughts on reasons to feel love. It may be helpful to create or compile a table of opposite feelings and emotions. This will help you redefine balance in life.

2) Redefine miracles.  Such events or experiences are often assoicated with what is unrealistic or virtually impossible. That would be self-defeating. It makes sense to train your mind to sense miracles as within reach, as ideas and experiences you can influence to enrich your life. Its in your interest to make a different choice.

Tap into the healing environment of intimacy

The most authentic human needs aren't materialistic. Human beings dream of finding meaning, of sensing identity and gaining insight into love. To be seen through loving eyes is to tap into a healing environment. How many people have you met who have never known what its like to feel love or compassion? Do you know?

To be truly seen as we are, that is, to be loved and appreciated with all our idiosynchrasies and imperfections, is to be healed in a setting of growing intimacy. To feel comfortable confiding in someone you care about is to make yourself vulnerable. Yet, it also opens you up to deep healing. This offers you chances to share parts of yourself that will not only transform your soul through growing faith and trust, but they can also positively enrich and heal others. Why not start fresh?

Lots of people say they seek love, but far more spend time hiding from it or dwelling on past hurts which they never permit to heal. You may know friends who dwell on stories of their emotional scars and short-lived relationships. Regardless of your past, of what you've heard from others or feared inside, deep down you realize you deserve more than superficial comfort, more than second-rate love experiences.

Real love is healing, comforting, and enables you to feel reborn. It will test you in so many ways. To sense encouragement is like an invitation to evolve into who we really are. We grow to understand a deeper sense of completeness through intimacy. This enables you to transform how you feel and what you think you know. Healing is continually expanding through you. All you have to do is catch the wave and learn.

4 Ways to access power beyond your pain-body

Do you dream of eliminating pain? According to Eckhart Tolle, the ego-mind seeks to deny the Now and to escape from it. Consider a large part of pain you sense you experience is unnecessary. That's right. Somewhere, deep inside yourself, you decide whether or not to create pain. What if you discovered how to pinpoint the true underlying causes? Would you instinctively turn pain off like a fawcett?

1) At level of thought, resistence takes form in judgment. This implies any pain you think you feel is really a manifestation of some form of non-acceptance. The intensity of your suffering depends on to what degree you resist being what you are. How strongly you resist depends on how strongly you identify with your ego view of the world. Which hidden reasons help you to explain why you resist what is?

2) At the level of emotion, imbalance is prompted by negativity. Emotional pain may be viewed as the cause of physical pain and physical disease.  This means resentment, hatred, self-pity, guilt, anger, depression, jealousy, stress, any doubt or irritation, are all forms of pain. Every pleasure or emotional boost has within it seeds of pain in its polar opposite. Balance and deconditioning are always choices.

3) At the level of time continuum, perceived pain is fragmented. Pain is clearly reinforced by the energy you give it. Each moment you speak about it measures it, adding fuel to the fire and thus, strengthens its life. You create pain in present and combine memories from pain experienced in the past that continue to live in your mind and body. Until you access the power beyond your sense of a pain-body, the residue of pain created and experienced in past merges with and guides the present.

4) At the level of space continuum, you can regain control. As you sense the pain-body as an energy field temporarily lodged in your inner space, you will realize it is a kind of trapped life energy that ceases to flow. So long as you identify with the past, you reinforce a belief that the past is more powerful than the present. Its like believing what already happened is responsible for who you are now, for emotional pain and your inability to be true to yourself. That is the opposite of the truth. Take charge of your inner space whenever you choose.Why not let bygones be bygones?

Granted, it may shock you to realize the power of presence. Yet, from the moment you grasp presence, you break free of attachment. Just as fighting darkness brings more of the same, attempts to fight presumed physical reasons for pain intensify conflict and invite more pain. However, to learn to step back and understand the underlying causes is to accept it as part of the moment, end pain and to move on.

Align at soul level with your higher power

The more you tune into your soul-level plane, the more you will attract what you wish to attract. When you don't feel right, something deep inside you is off balance. Yet, you may not be attuned enough to yourself to recognize what causes imbalance or how to fix it. This isn't a question of figuring out the right pills to dull the pain or to ignore underlying issues. Its never too late for a new course of self-discovery.

To align at soul level with your Higher self enables you to learn to access your Akashic records. This is like an energy library available to all of us. Every thought and behavior we have ever had emitted an energy frequency that was stored in these sacred archives. They exist at levels more easily detectible by heightened sensitivities. Yet, no matter who you are, you can learn to access this information about your past lives, past experiences in this life, the present, and even your potential future. It all helps to explain your current health and well-being. You might ask how to tap into it for answers to raise your vibration.

Though learning deep meditation and the help of guides, you can learn to access Akashic records and figure out why you are who you are, why you have the habits you have, and what cleansing and changes will be necessary for you to realize a more fulfilling life. Akashic is your soul's ‘book of knowledge,’ a database of details that contains vital facts about your soul's mission, purpose and journey in this lifetime. Becoming preoccupied with the physical world may have led you to forget the gist.

Our past enables each of us to better grasp the life path we're on right now. Without the past, we would have no sense of who we are now. You may need a crash course on the "why." Since emotion can cloud your views and judgment, you may need external assistance to understand your health and how it aligns with your choices.

The direction you are heading toward in future will become clearer the moment you realize who you were. This will empower you to adjust and refocus. Remind yourself no future is set in stone. No state of health is unchangeable. You simply need to discern who you once were. This will make it easier to re-create your true self now.

Each human is vital force energy. We incarnate on Earth for a reason. We exert power to create change. We were born to act as creators. Life here in the physical world can be very challenging. We make things happen by using intentions, focusing our vital force energy and passing our requests to the spiritual plane by choice.

We all have predispositions. What does it feel like to be you? How does health feel to you? Which senses are magnified? Each of us is different. We can choose to work with light to develop and heal. Some people choose to create negativity, echo it and use this illusion as a source of energy. You choose to work with light or dark energy. You make unconscious choices at the soul level. Each choice we make has different consequences for health and wellness. Its up to you to decide what comes next.
