Tap into what you've already got

You may perceive healing as a kind of magic. Yet, how to initiate or facilitate it? Just tap into abilities you've already got. As you sense certain kinds of healing are like a mystical service you could offer by tuning into the flow of the mind, then the positive you envision and bring about has the potential to be widespread.

Some people you meet naturally emit good vibes. Being around them noticeably makes you feel better. You instinctively smile, laugh or, feel warm inside. This results from simple transference of invisible, positive energy your way. You don't even have to see the person to know they're nearby because of uplifting effects. They inspire positive thoughts and feelings. You can evoke those in others too.

If you would like to assist someone by helping generate positive thoughts or healing, then you'll benefit from nurturing a receptive state of mind. You need to believe you can help. Underneath that, you need to hold the unwavering belief that you also help yourself. To learn to tune into yourself and your own energy and emotions is like a stepping stone to better understanding these subtle energies in other people. What kinds of reasons do you have for getting in better touch with yourself?

What about achieving greater overall focus in a particular area of your life? Healing can be grasped and understood as achieving balance. This touches on all areas of health and well-being. You will find that as you raise your awareness of reasons behind your thoughts and feelings, you will be better prepared to anticipate and seize life opportunities. How does that relate to psychic experiences and healing?

Unblock what ails you

Some people block their minds and souls simply by living as they do and possibly always have. This could mean hurrying around, not being fully aware of your life or surroundings. Perhaps you consume mindless ideas or devote yourself to things that don't uplift the spirit? How many people do you know who would say apathy or indifference make a meaningful life? Does that sound healthy to you?

You stay in physical, emotional, psychological or other states you choose, by telling yourself how you feel is okay. To tap into the centre of the soul is where you can experience deep serenity and assurance that you're loved for who you are. You can experience feelings that radiate out into the world in a positive light.  Believe you have meaningful gifts and love to share. Communicate directly from the heart.

Unblocking what ails you means that you'll cease all thoughts that prevent caring for yourself and how you can serve. You can decide nothing anyone says or does will cause you to give up a sense of soulfulness. You value laughter and a lightness of being that share your thoughts as love energy.

When you're ready, you can fulfill your sense of purpose by sharing parts of yourself to all who are open to hear them and act upon them with gratitude. As you follow your path of healing, in whatever forms seem most appropriate, you can also take steps to empower others to heal too. You can learn to pass on your gifts without physically being in places. Be an emissary of light. Make a conscious or unconscious choice to shift your vibration higher.  Step back and review your lifestyle: 

1) Boost your energy with regular physical and mental exercise

2) Eat high-vibrational foods (fresh fruits & veggies)

3) Rest properly & take time out to mediate

4) Choose pursuits that generate positive feelings for you & others

5) Surround yourself with optimistic, encouraging people

6) Open yourself to the joy and excitement of possibilities

Jumpstart your greatest healing potential

People hear stories about witch doctors, modern physicians, shamans and holistic healers, but seldom realize we all have an inclination toward specific types of healing. We develop and explore healing options consciously and unconsciously, at our own pace.

You guessted it! We all have healing talents and are more receptive to certain kinds of healing practices. Yet, many people don't realize this or take steps to apply this to perceived states of well-being. Where might you fit in? A good starting point is to recognize your innate strengths in a sense or in combinations of senses. What will you do after you identify yours?

1) Are you an avid listener? People with a knack for healing through words are to whom you'll most likely confide. Ever find yourself suddenly opening up to a friend, relative or, even random strangers in passing? This would imply you're drawn to their healing energy and feel comfortable sharing private feelings and intimate parts of yourself.  Maybe you're also an exceptional talker? Certain healers help others by listening, speaking and sensing vibration. Its all in tone, word choice and establishing a human conection. When these healers don't apply their talents, they tend to block their energy flow, and may experience headaches. Tools such as Tibetan Singing bowls are effective.  Cells vibrate and hear.

2) Are you sensitive to touch? You may be the sort of person who naturally hugs or kisses people you meet because its automatic. Being touchy-feely is just who you are. You may also intuit when people establish boundaries in their personal space. Its a question of knowing who likes to be touched and feeling comfortable talking about the power of touch. These people work with the skin, seek to soothe muscles, and sense benefits of applying gentle pressure or massage. Head, neck and shoulder tension can build up in muscles if you fail to use touch-healing abilities.

3) Are you aware of energy & auras? Some individuals have no need for physical touch to help others heal. If you sense energy fluctuations as you bring your hands close to the physical body, this implies you have potential as an "auric" healer. You can grasp how to unclog and channel energy flow. If you under-utilize innate auric abilities, you may sense energy build-up, tension or arthritis in arms and hands.

4) Are you the type to visualize? You may retain and share the most detail through your visual senses. This doesn't assume you simply look at people and heal ailments on the spot. However, you may visualize the source of someone's health problem and help alleviate pain and suffering, even when the person isn't nearby. You may use your mind to intend problems to be cured. You can imagine all the steps a person would experience internally during a physical or emotional process of recovery. At the same time, visual healers resist focusing on long-term outcomes. To send a message of healing through love, telepathy and positive visualisation, is the goal.

Take resposibility for self-healing

You may have heard repressed emotions often show themselves in the form of physical pain. If you're holding back from something you truly desire to do, and denying it or, if you keep feelings bottled up inside, the resulting discomfort can manifest as pain or illness. Why might this be? What can you do about it?

As you look inside, you gain insight into how pain can be a message about deeper life issues. Consider every cell, organ, every part of you, has a memory. Don't bother examining yourself under microscope. Your body and soul have insight into the truth of situations even if you refuse to accept or admit openly to things. Your conscious and unconscious minds may still disagree. You may ask how could this be possible?

Take when you literally experience a kink in your neck. This may actually be a silent reminder you believe some person in your life is being a pain and you're letting this get under your skin. It could also reflect your own attitude or stubborness that offer clues to root source of discomfort. But okay, where's proof? In your head, silly!

When you experience pain it doesn't mean this suffering is always yours. It may reveal how connected or "in-sync" you are to others. You may be a gifted sensitive or empath. You can learn to intuit what sensations mean and step back to understand. Tingles, even pins and needles, offer valuable sensory details. Recognizing and differentiating among sensations is how you communicate at the soul level.

As you learn to be truly honest and read yourself, you'll discern the cause of your own unease and begin to sense how you can relieve it. To be accountable for your feelings is a way you can take responsibility for healing from the inside-out.

Seek to unveil the truth about yourself

One approach people take to strengthen a sense of well-being is to embark on a journey of dream analysis and interpretation.  To learn how to self-examine honestly enables you to work through whatever holds you back.

Only the past tends to be retained in memory as you perceive it in waking life.  All of your associations in dreams are formed to somehow keep your past alive and the present on the back burner.  You can discover that this may not be what you truly want.

To work with someone skilled in dream analysis is a means to empower yourself to learn to interpret your own dreams.  What kinds of information would you like to get out of them? How do you seek to change your life? Dreams hold clues that you can tap into anytime you choose. 

Rather than say you don't understand what dreams are for, decide you will figure out what made them what they were.  They will surprise you with the details they contain about the real you.  Decide you will expand and strengthen your conscious memory. Explore a world that exceeds the memory your perception chooses to see. Find out what you've been missing and why.
