Why believe in supernatural intervention?

Every human being encounters phenomena unexplainable in human terms. To what these things are attibutable remains to be seen. It may be doors mysteriously opening or closing, hearing voices nobody else around you does, coming into money, recovering from serious illness or, noticing energy vibration unnoticed before. Possible occurrences are endless.

Your reasons for believing or disbelieving the senses shape your views on physical existence. Only you know what is out of the ordinary or, very real to you. You create points of reference outside of yourself and then, detect transition to turn inside. Consider 5 reasons to believe in supernatural intervention;

1) Doubt begins to dissolve. Doubt obscures beliefs and the nature of perception. Hidden motives and fear influence what you accept.  Still, lots of people hope briefly or intermittently for supernatural intervention. Consistent believing is known to diminish doubt and bring what a person's heart desires.  Getting what you want strengthens faith.  Getting what you do not want is even more powerful.

2) Awareness shifts. You notice things within the self that went unnoticed before. Energy flowing within and around your body includes subtle nuances you now choose to discern. As you realize your body and mind are always changing beneath your conscious radar, you begin to feel layers of unexplored true self inside. You begin to see through ego personality, to discern soul motives explain everything as it is meant to do.

3) Appearances diminish. To move beyond highly-limited senses of the human body is to realize physical, earthly experience does not create discomfort or redefine freedom. To move beyond what you view as natural changes you in ways you are just begining to detect.  You observe your sense of personality evolves.  Part of you begins to see beyond the past. Part of you no longer trusts memories define core identity.

4) Labels fall away. The stage comes when you no longer view yourself as linked to a particular belief, opinion, or group philosophy. You realize differences in application and interpretation have been presenting during your perceived thought and growth process. Part of you questions the meaning of your name, the point of artifical concepts with energy vibrations you have come to define as you.

5) Something remains. You may not be able to put your finger on it or describe it, but a presence is with you. Some people would suggest you only begin to sense it fully as you learn to stop thinking altogether. As you learn to pause and hold pauses in your constant stream of human thoughts, you detect something indescribable between the energy vibrations. This explains everything, even if you have no term for it.

10 ways to take charge of your life

Many people would like to take more of an active role in defining their destiny. They do not always realize they can do this anytime they choose. You design and revise road maps of choices. Consider these ten ways to take charge of your life;

1) Notice how you think. The subjects you hone in on offer signs about what makes sense to you. Was it someone who drew your attention there? Learn to listen to your core self.

2) Realize thoughts shape feelings. It takes practice to sift throughthoughts andconnect them to how you feel. Even nothing comes from somewhere. Learn to recognize the shape you are in relates directly to what you choose to feel.

3) Decode your fears. As you learn to focus on the present, you begin to sense a new level of mindfulness. It becomes possible to discern the difference between healthy fight-or-flight response to valid threats and unnnecessary worries. Learn to detect and dissolve fearful imaginings that distract.

4) Align focus with intention. If you are unclear where you are or where you are going, it is more difficult tochannel your energy in meaningful ways. Getting to know yourself empowers focus. Realign thoughts and feelings with deliberate intent.

5) Be straight. You may have heard talkers and doers exist. Do you talk directly to people who bother you or avoid confrontations? As you learn to be more honest with yourself, talking comes more easily. Learn the meaning of core honesty.

6) Shift away from complaining. Listen closely.When you speak or write, is your reflex tobelittle or downplay efforts torave with enthusiasm? Negative energy drains your power. Learnall thought and feeling is controlled withdiscipline.

7) Switch from being problem-focused to solutions-oriented. Growing awareness allows you to realize the nature and slant of your perceptions. When your mind wanders to obstacles, you benefit from learning how and when to stop.

8) Recognize all emotions are your friends. Raising consciousness helps you realize that all emotions teach you. As you learn to let go of expectations and labelsfor particular emotions, you realize that each offers you valuable insight.

9) Stop ignoring your physiology. Your body constantly sends you signals about your health and well-being. Your heart rate, level of fatigue, temperature and energy are sample physical messages. When you feel under the weather, this draws attention toareas that require more attention.

10) Release self-defense mechanisms.More often than you realize, your mind goes on the defensive. People will say things and your conditioned impulse will be to correct, toprove your right, and establish some level of superiority. In truth, doing nothing takes charge. Learn to channel energy wisely.

10) Accept you are unaware of all answers. Although its said all answers lie within the self, that does not mean every person accesses all his own inner wisdom all at once. Learning to take charge of your life is a process. As you evolve to keep perspective, you nurture hope and self-acceptance. They empower you to transcend unwanted conditions and mindsets.

10 common mistakes & how to avoid them

Some people get drowsy or feel drained at particular times of the day. When do you feel most energetic or grumpy? You may feel prone to certain situations and struggle to grasp why. Consider these ten common mistakes and how to avoid them;

1) Believe mistakes exist. In truth, all experience is valuable and the concept of mistake is misleading. In essence, you convince yourself you have done something incorrect as a distraction from learning. To decide all experience is valuable shifts your focus from the illusive duality of right and wrong.

2) Choose not to pay attention. Deciding not to notice your behaviour suggests apathy or indifference and also possible unconscious motives. Anyone with this mindset is vulnerable to missed opportunities. Choosing to raise self-awareness empowers you to play a more active role in your destiny.

3) Blame circumstances on timing. How you choose to use the time you are given is what determines the nature of your life. If you hesitate to make certain decisions based on assumptionsabout "the right time," then you areunaware this mindset is problematic. Nothing is set in stone, now or ever.

4) Allow emotions to control you. Strong emotions emerge to reflect feelings about security, esteem and self-worth. People do not always realize that intense emotions distort their perception and trigger reactions that can be counter-productive. To shift in meaningful ways, make adjustments. Emotions can guide, but they are not your decision-makers.

5) Raise expectations. Whenever you anxiously await or anticipate things to happen, you forget about presence and get stuck in a future mindset. To heighten your expectations is to strengthen your footfold in the future. This does not help you as much as if you learn to dissolve yens for specific outcomes.

6) Assume you know everything. Pride, shame, fear of humiliation all surface in relation to arrogance. If you only believe you experience the truth, you are not open to receiving energy in form of other people's truths. Lao Tzu also adds, "Without going out-of-doors, one can know all he needs to know. Without even looking out of his window, one can grasp the nature of everything. Without going beyond his own nature, one can achieve ultimate wisdom... without undue exertion."

7) Ignore intuition. Not listening to your inner voice implies you lose touch with reality. Your mind, body and spirit are not consistently aligned. If they are, youhave unwavering faith in your premonitions and gut feelings. Trust in how to apply abilities is the secret of reconnecting to your core self. Unlock your inner door. You hold the key to intuitive understanding.

8) Allow dilemmas to perplex you. When you permit conditions outside yourself to control you, this distracts you from presence. You may be choosing to learn from a particular distraction, but recognizing it for what it is is the beginning of dissolving it. Choose to be solutions-oriented.

9) Be closed-minded. Not opening up keeps you in the dark about your conditions and what you are bound to encounter. To gain insight into what helps and hinders you, just observe whatgoes on around you. Work to transcendlayers of mystery and clarify what makes sense as you learn what not to do.

10) Get caught up in ego. A focus on material goals, external approval or competition suggests you are fixated on self-interest and measurable results. This kind of mindset invites energy imbalances.  Learning about energy healing and alignment is helpful in relation to psychological patterns. You can employ practical techniques to help detach from ego.

What happens through grace?

Some people ask how to describe a state of divine connection. Direct experience speaks for itself in ways words cannot. You may wonder how Spirit operates and regenerates through you. This relates Soul and Spirit.

If you sense truth is felt, grace may present as overflowing kindness, impulsive generosity and an unending flow of accurate information you tap into through gratitude. Maybe you shift to non-doing or realize what it means to just be.

Grace flows freely.  As you start to recognize your self-created illusions and lose interest in them, you starve them of attention.  They can only fizzle.  As you awaken from another layer of the dream, you feel joy and revelations like ;

1) enlightenment is here and now unless you resist it.

2) thinking about and analyzing questions becomes meaningless.

3) cravings and illusions are generated by an active, ego-mind.

4) a shift of focus to inner power is imminent.

5) neural circuitry of the brain is re-organizing.

6) feedback loops and karma dissolve along with views of a separate self.

7) energy frequency enables you to feel more present.

8) you peel away layers of human interpretation.

9) neurobiological pathways shift, re-align and stabilize.

10 ) senses sharpen and all expanding faculties to reveal themselves.

"Grace isn't a little prayer you chant before receiving a meail.  Its a way to live."
-Jackie Windspear
