Align with your dreams

Soft non-resistance vibration is what brings you things naturally.  This is about knowing what it feels like to be part of the vibrational universe, knowing you are a vibrational being that aligns with what you understand as reality.  Lay emotional claim to what is already yours.  You give power away or reclaim it.  You live someone else's dream or create your own.

You recognize a gap in your expectations and what is already yours. How can you train yourself to feel something the physical senses do not yet discern?  When you appreciate and expect it, you are there.  When you want to be somewhere, you reinforce the gap.  Stop doing what you do that keeps you feeling you do not deserve it.  Be a vibrational match to your wildest dreams to live them.  The work is done.  When you know it consciously, you appreciate everything now.

Nothing is missing

Your experience reveals that you live a life you carve out mentally, physically, and with expectations. The more you talk about something, the more you visualize and dream, the more you feel and match its vibration and the more real it becomes in your scope of awareness. Know its already done. Feel its already in your hands. Sense the relief, the exhilaration, the satisfaction. Offer a vibration for the state of being the physical you has not yet achieved and align the mind with that. Activate awareness of the appreciation within you for things soul knows you have but your eyes do not yet choose to see. The more you tell self what you have, are or create, the more you know nothing is missing. You shatter that misconception.

Everyone has capacity to recognize signposts, in the context of their own experience.  The nature of situations you choose to notice, assumptions about probable causes, and possibilities about how to shape them, are all degrees of transformation.  To move beyond beliefs and expectations is to recall unlimited power of mind.  Consider who or what guides your current focus.  How do you Transform your life?

Make the most of where you are

How you experience where you are is all about you.  If you do not like where you are, why not change the color of lenses in your glasses? Take a few minutes to reflect on what makes you tick.  Consider that you are doing the best you can where you are.  You create your expectations.  You also have the power to change them. Make the most of where you are.

Now, imagine you are a dish of food that blurs boundaries.  What are you?  How do you surprise yourself?  Why do you feel super juicy, savor, tangy, bitter, sweet, salty or emerge as your version of a mountain of food Everest? Remember that it is never truly a mountain you have to conquer, but the self-created fear within yourself.

Be the architect of your own life

You may not yet consciously realize it or accept it fully, but you are the architect of your whole life.  This might seem daunting at the same time as a most incredible revelation.   After all, this implies you are in charge of everything you experience.  That includes those things you like and do not like, those things that enable you to feel comfortable and uncomfortable.  Each one is helping you.

Consider the human mind conditions you to goal-set based on perception of the external world.  You are taught what is supposed to feel good, how your body is supposed to function, why you are expected to treat people in a certain way undercertain conditions.  Even ideals are ingrained in your mind about what is perferebale to wear, eat say and do. It all guides your choices and beliefs.  You are awakening to realize how powerful thought energy is.  You are not your values, thoughts or beliefs. You are so much more. 

Take a moment and brainstorm words or things you would choose to describe yourself. You might select words like 'sick' or 'healthy,' 'happy' or discontent,' Notice the judgment and how each word speaks to you. When is the ego-mind speaking and when does your heart feel  and express self-love? Every adjective or descriptive sentence reflects something back about your state of mind as well as your state of being. Each step you take to raise awareness about how you think and feel is how you choose to Transform Your Life
