8 Ways to rediscover supernormal perception

Human beings differ in their levels of awareness of and degrees of resistance to energy vibration. As you intuit power over the self and the forces of nature depend on your understanding of energy fields, then you begin to realize anyone can alter his perception. To be motivated to do so does not mean you consciously know how or achieve consistency.

If you are willing to adjust the nature and path of your learning curves, you may evolve to rediscover supernormal perceptual states. This requires levels of self-realization and an extensive de-conditioning process in the physical world. No human mind can grasp the reasons for this process. Yet, you can evolve to tap into it within and become a more active participant. How?

1) Explore meditation. This practice teaches power of now. You rediscover meaning in silence and stillness. You grow aware of breathing rates, appetite, thirst, basic body functions, limited senses, and also activate dormant parts of your brain.

2) Engage in Yoga. This physical and mental discipline involves learning a series of postures and breathing exercises. Practice leads to achieving new levels of flexibility and control over the body and mind, and noticing misplaced beliefs.

3) Attune to energy. A subtle light body (electromagnetic field) holds consciousness and is made up of small energy vibrations. What you think and feel translates into vibrations which interact or interfere with your base energy vibration. Endless energy is available to those who learn how to take it.

4) Recognize emptiness. This awareness emerges as you discern sensations associated with clarity and openness. Dormant abilities arise naturally. Through deepening concentration, you shift your sense of base energy vibration.

5) Chant mantras. This assists your mind to focus when it is scattered. By chanting mantras, one is able to produce a spiritual effect which is associated with the physical sensation of the chant's vibration. Each mantra has connotations.

6) Grasp how mantras work. This expands yourconnection to the universe and insight into how energy functions. As a mantra is repeated, the effect is felt within and without to create frequencies that evoke peace of mind. Consistency requires practice. Chanting mantras enables you to manifest the intent of the idea in physical form.

7) Discern conditioning.  This stage refers to how behaviors or patterns must be acknowledged and understood for what they is before they are transcended.  As you realize "normal" psychological attributes bleed imperceptibly into the perceptual realms, you begin to connect form with formless.

8) Link the manifested with unmanifested.  This perspective connects the realm of consciousness with where you are.  If you come to believe energy interpetrates states and dimensions seen and unseen, then how you experience energy changes.  Awareness shifts.  Doubt, anger, and fear dissolve. Energy re-aligns.  You no longer offer excuses to give life to what cannot be possible. You simply experience what is.

Review the indescribable

How many people have you met who have read fantasy books and concluded they would like to attend their own school of magic? Its not that far-fetched. What would you wish to learn? Would you look at the back of a fantasy novel for an application or website?

Life teaches you that if you would like to experience something unusual, you may need to put yourself in unusual places or create conditions which seem out of your sense of the ordinary.  You can do that where you are or travel great distances to find real magic.

People will say they had a profound spiritual experience near the pyramids in Egypt or next to Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Other people will share mind-boggling energy vibrations at Stonehenge or other locations where the earth grid concentation is heightened. Would you view such experiences magical because they aren't yours? What if you share mystical experience?

Different mystical arts exist. Light energy expands in directions can travel. Reconnect with invisible thread to the core of the soul. You travel to infinity and back in the blink of an eye and are consciously unaware of implications. Mystical is never out of reach.

In your current mindset, you are out-of-touch with and unaware of many dimensions of reality.  You may not know what's "there," even right in front of your eyes, but you can always learn to stretch yourself further. 'Out-of-reach' is a state of mind, a perception of where you belong or not, and what feels right.  You create your own version of magician, sorcerer or conjurer. You often find teachers yet may not recognize the implications.

Explore reasons for astral fatigue

Hi. I have been Astral Travelling & a vivid dreamer for many years now. I can still recall every detail the next morning, & I travel to lands far away spend a lot of time flying & meeting lots of new faces. My question is why do I feel so exhausted when I wake up? I am also a Spiritual Healer, & I feel my Guides & Angels require me for healing each night. I would like to communicate with them on a higher level, also to know how to bring myself back in the morning, as I feel a bit disconnected.

Thanks! M.

Dear M,

Fatigue after astral travel can indicate we are not mentally prepared for all we encounter.  Our body may take a while to reground in the physical plane when we get deeply engaged in the astral.   Moodiness or daydreams arise as a distraction. As we shift to be less 'in ego' in waking life, we are less taken with the novelty of each trip. Increasing self-awareness makes us less vulnerable to negative entities in astral.   Explore daytime relaxation exercises like mantras and visualisation.

As we expand consciousness, we may be drawn to specific beings or guides to assist in the astral.  The nature of our communication is based on how open the heart is.  Exploring the astral enables us to explore the psyche.  The more we raise self-awareness in waking life and through dreams, gain insight into our emotions and personality, the more profound and in-depth our astral experiences become.    What we manifest and ways we respond shapes our spiritual evolution.

Each of us progresses in astral at our own pace.  When out of the astral, the ego may think about how long in 'human time' we sense we have been astral, yet this doesn't affect our progress.  Things like your level of consciousness during astral, ability to focus, dedication, discipline, daytime mindsets and pursuits all affect your astral experiences.  You may benefit from reading How to Perform Astral Projection and Astral projection: dangerous- how to do it safely
