Steer the course of life with music

Physical existence is an exercise in learning to rediscover all that you are. You may underestimate innate capacities to steer the course of your life. Every person you meet is invited into your life to offer you something.  You choose to accept what is offered and expand or, not. Everything is a stepping stone.

For example, this morning, Pamir of Reiki Help Blog introduced me to The sounds of Ashana. These harmonious sounds concentrate powerful healing energy.  Listeners can harness this to enrich their own lives.  Whichever music you create or listen to influences the state of your internal energy vibration. Music invites you on a journey into transformation to reconnect with unseen aspects of self.

As you consciously create and influence thoughts and moods, you realize music is a tool that serves you.  To sense you exist withn a wave of energy, and that you are also energy, helps you begin to realize everything is somehow flowing with or through you unless you resist.  The more you relax and choose music that echos serenity, the easier it is to reconnect with soul.

The theme here is to invite you to empower you to recognize music opens self-discovery space for everyone and:

1) Shows that you create and perpetuate your thoughts and mood and also have power to change them when you choose.

2) Teaches you music is a vehicle that helps you let go of thoughts and feelings that no longer serve you.

3)  Empowers you to be more aware of energy flow, how thought and sound waves interact to shape perspective.

4) Uplifts your perspective above and beyond what may seem to hold you down. Its like riding on the wings of an angel.

5) Reminds you music prompts you to empty the mind, harness willpower and inner knowing differently.

Tell us about some of your favorite music and why this is.

5 Ways to strengthen self-worth

Human beings are conditioned to be dishonest with the self. This nurtures a misconception of being unworthy. Suddenly, you are caught between what you feel and what is taught you 'should' do. Unaware, you suppress the true self.  Intution tells you the truth. You decide to listen or ignore inner knowing.

From a young age, the body is suddenly viewed as an enemy, something to be mistrusted and subdued. Many people learn to deny themselves intuition, natural urges, choices that feel good or right. It grows desirable to control and unthinkable to surrender. How can everyone learn to strengthen self-worth?

1) Accept that self-esteem is a choice. Reasons explain why you feel as you feel at a given moment. You either reinforce what you know in your heart or, choose to obscure that as part of a process of learning lessons. No matter what the perceived rules in a given environment, you experiment with expressing desires. You define boundaries. You take responsibility for your thoughts and feelings or, you do not.

2) Learn you are completing unfinished business. Every moment, you are learning to love and accept yourself differently. The key issue is learning to love without guilt, to give and receive selflessly. As human beings choose to explore core feelings without judgment, they enrich awareness, relationships, self-mastery and connections with everything.

3) Be aware behavior patterns are energy cycles. Every thought and action transforms existing energy.  This is a perspective of consciousness where infinite circles are interconnected in a moving kaleidoscope of life forms and formless states. You never leave an energy cycle you do not complete. Residual energy from positive or negative thoughts stays with you to manifest situations.  How you view energy determines if you know vicious circles or reasons for joy.

4) Learn to love and explore yourself in peace. To accept and affirm your own sexuality, self-valuing and caring instincts, you create a foundation for additional layers of self-acceptance.  To recognize where you repress certain instincts or, why you feel uptight, helps you move through that.

5) Recognize thought energy is multi-dimensional. When you feel good about something and you listen to that, you think moreabout that. The resulting positive energy reverberrates in other areas of your life. You begin to sense blessings wherever you are, regardless of conditions. You begin to realize how you think affects your personal life, work, spiritual or religious perspectives, and other situations. You know everything and everyone are deeply interconnected.

Love can heal anything

How often do you hear people say something is wrong in the world or in the lives of other people? How often do people discern opportunities to heal misunderstandings within themselves? Some human beings are not yet consciously aware of the nature of their misplaced beliefs. The power of expanding love can heal anything. Consider these points;

1) Judgment- Judging is the ego mind's reaction to soul telling you aspects of inner self require attention and healing. You unconsciously awaken to hidden fear. Love is many things you progressively discover through experience.  It offers grace, mercy and recognizes unacknowledged virtues of every soul.

2) Negativity- Being negative results from rather twisted conditioning. You unconsciously grow to model what you are shown. You may also be resisting mentally some inner truth or past experience you find difficult to grasp. Love offers feelings of warm attachment to uncover and soothe hidden wounds.

3) Indifference- When a person evolves not to care, to feel apathy, this can be the absence of emotion or conscious suppression of feelings.  It may result from denial of pain or choice not to feel. Love infuses feelings of appreciation and reason to develop different sensibilities.

4) Rejection- Refusal or denial of what is results from ingrained beliefs.  You rebuff what does not fit your comfort zone. This shapes conscious behaviour.  Reactions shift energy balance to imbalance. Love offers insight into experiences of unconditional acceptance and absolute compassion.

5) Guilt- Guilt implies you believe right and wrong exist and you believe you have done something wrong. Love offers complete understanding and forgiveness, as well as deeper insight into hidden intention for self-blaming.  The impulse to attribute fault emerges.  Self-love helps determine the why.

6) Hatred - Extreme aversions or hostilities draw attention to inner resistance. You may have one view of reality and refuse to accept other views. To develop negative energy about anyone who refuses to agree or appease your ego, is a habit that can be healed.  Justification and excuses for anger need to be dissolved. Love offers affectionate concern for all creatures and difference.  Love recognizes equality.

7) Anger- This suggests hidden grief and other unacknowledged feeings.  Anger takes form in bursts of displeasure or indignation. Yet, people rarely get angry for reasons they assume. Love offers kind reasssurance, goodwill and benevolence to encourage a person to look deeper for real reasons for anger and reactions to conditions.

8) Fear- Distress or perceived threats arise based on expectation. Love brings you back to the present, offers heightened awareness of the moment and reasons to dissolve unfounded apprehension.

9) Doubt- Distrust about uncertainty means you snese reasons to feel unsettled. Love offers reasons to reinforceunwavering faith, trust and enthusiasm.

10) Dissatisfaction- A sense of lack or void is grounded in the physical world and reminds you that you forgetvalue to be found in a spiritual perspective. Love offers what is truly needed to satisfy the needs of the soul.

11) Relationships- The state of your relationships results from an absence or presence of positive energy.  Love offers tools to help you uncover reasons for your feelings and the nature of your interactions. This provokes you to view your thoughts and behaviour differently.  It also empowers you to learn new things about your unconscious sense of commitment and intimacy.

12) Impatience- To be deluded by the notion of time is to give away inner power. Love offers reason totranscend illusionsof human perception. You learn toassert loyalty to timelessness. This shifts your energy focus to formless realms. What happens nextgoes beyondimagination.

6 Ways to re-align what ails you

Many people who feel discomfort or unease do not always realize it translates details of energy states. To consult an energy healer is one way to help uncover and localize some of your core imbalances. Consider these exercises you can do alone to help open your mind and explore some core issues;

1) Heed "ah-ha" moments. A series of events will lead to a moment of realisation. This may trigger a series of painful experiences you had repressed or, other intense emotions selectively disregarded and forgotten. Difficult memories emerge as you admit you are not being true to self. Emotions present as a gauge for you to learn why you generate them.

2) Raise self-awareness. Notice how certain life choices weaken your sense of core foundations, principles and values. Recall a situation where you did not listen to your inner voice. Reminisce of the stress or turbulence that ensued. Feel the energy imbalance. Use this to identify how beliefs formed to justify what you did not wish to do, but did anyway.

3) Realize what you resist. What you think is authentic or real in life progressively dissolves. It may be a condition, job, relationship, whatever clarifies who you believe you are.  As you evolve to recognize which ideas have been instilled, you gradually peel those away to uncover what you resist.

4) Restore faith in yourself.  A shift in awareness can lead to sudden feelings of betrayal and identity crisis. As you begin to grasp how you create and perpetuate illusions, you can choose to replace distorted ideas and initiate self-healing.

5) Build resilience. Some people relate staying power to developing physical endurance. To expand, incorporate psychological and spiritual angles.  Decide to nuture positive thoughts and accept what you cannot change outside yourself. Cumulative effects are incredibly powerful.  As you gain insight into core rhythms and energies, you begin to grasp how the vibration and frequency of your energy body affect how you feel and what you perceive.

6) Brainstorm harmony. Each person has a sense of what creates and takes away from harmony.  Energy you experience travels in waves, patterns and movements that affect your changing states. Some experiences will seem more challenging.  Yet, those are  the ones that are most enriching.  They invite you to stretch and redefine balance and well-being.  As this process of re-aligning becomes more conscious and deliberate, you sense harmony that defies words.

10 common mistakes & how to avoid them

Some people get drowsy or feel drained at particular times of the day. When do you feel most energetic or grumpy? You may feel prone to certain situations and struggle to grasp why. Consider these ten common mistakes and how to avoid them;

1) Believe mistakes exist. In truth, all experience is valuable and the concept of mistake is misleading. In essence, you convince yourself you have done something incorrect as a distraction from learning. To decide all experience is valuable shifts your focus from the illusive duality of right and wrong.

2) Choose not to pay attention. Deciding not to notice your behaviour suggests apathy or indifference and also possible unconscious motives. Anyone with this mindset is vulnerable to missed opportunities. Choosing to raise self-awareness empowers you to play a more active role in your destiny.

3) Blame circumstances on timing. How you choose to use the time you are given is what determines the nature of your life. If you hesitate to make certain decisions based on assumptionsabout "the right time," then you areunaware this mindset is problematic. Nothing is set in stone, now or ever.

4) Allow emotions to control you. Strong emotions emerge to reflect feelings about security, esteem and self-worth. People do not always realize that intense emotions distort their perception and trigger reactions that can be counter-productive. To shift in meaningful ways, make adjustments. Emotions can guide, but they are not your decision-makers.

5) Raise expectations. Whenever you anxiously await or anticipate things to happen, you forget about presence and get stuck in a future mindset. To heighten your expectations is to strengthen your footfold in the future. This does not help you as much as if you learn to dissolve yens for specific outcomes.

6) Assume you know everything. Pride, shame, fear of humiliation all surface in relation to arrogance. If you only believe you experience the truth, you are not open to receiving energy in form of other people's truths. Lao Tzu also adds, "Without going out-of-doors, one can know all he needs to know. Without even looking out of his window, one can grasp the nature of everything. Without going beyond his own nature, one can achieve ultimate wisdom... without undue exertion."

7) Ignore intuition. Not listening to your inner voice implies you lose touch with reality. Your mind, body and spirit are not consistently aligned. If they are, youhave unwavering faith in your premonitions and gut feelings. Trust in how to apply abilities is the secret of reconnecting to your core self. Unlock your inner door. You hold the key to intuitive understanding.

8) Allow dilemmas to perplex you. When you permit conditions outside yourself to control you, this distracts you from presence. You may be choosing to learn from a particular distraction, but recognizing it for what it is is the beginning of dissolving it. Choose to be solutions-oriented.

9) Be closed-minded. Not opening up keeps you in the dark about your conditions and what you are bound to encounter. To gain insight into what helps and hinders you, just observe whatgoes on around you. Work to transcendlayers of mystery and clarify what makes sense as you learn what not to do.

10) Get caught up in ego. A focus on material goals, external approval or competition suggests you are fixated on self-interest and measurable results. This kind of mindset invites energy imbalances.  Learning about energy healing and alignment is helpful in relation to psychological patterns. You can employ practical techniques to help detach from ego.
