5 Tips to Be in the Flow of the universe

Many people ask, "how do I manifest what I want?" This is a self-interested (ego-driven) approach to life. To shift focus and live a soul-centered (heartfelt) life allows you to be in the flow of the universe. This is where magic happens without effort. To know more joy:

1) step back and see the world from a heart-centered place

2) Focus your thoughts on that which “feels” good, and also serves the greater good (things that inspire you and others).

3) Live with love and appreciation in your heart. Recognize everything is interconnected.  So, holding a loving intention sends love vibration into the whole world.

4) Surrender to something greater than your self. Know you are not consciously in control of everything but you do control how you feel and respond to everything that unfolds.

5) Follow the trail of synchronicities. The more synchronicity you notice, the more confirmation you give yourself that you are indeed in the perfect place, doing the perfect thing.

Being true to your soul

For a long period in Humanity's existence on this planet, the power of manifesting has been taught and used to get more possessions and satisfy ego. This is part of the path to deeper recognition and appreciation of ability to co-create.

Some people function mainly based on what they are taught is real, believable and worthwhile. They want what others have, create a personal bucket list.  Other people trust their inner voice implicitly and use ther soul as a pilot in life and experience wider consciousness or deeper understanding.

From childhood, attitudes, beliefs, philosophies and practices are ingrained.  Societies, structures and entities arise to perpetuate beliefs, values, priorities and the illusion of separation.   At some stage, many people allow the external world to determine how they think, feel, what to believe, what is good, right or possible for them. This translates into allowing fear to guide choices. The fear of not having, not doing or going somewhere, not being healthy or strong or confident enough only holds you back if you allow it.   This is giving your power away, forgetting you are a divine creator who allows or filters out all experience.

Being true to your soul is about tuning into your true feelings every moment, being honest with yourself, not making choices to please or appease others, but doing what feels right in the heart even if the logical mind and the external world are not with you on this. You stand alone and yet are never alone for you are the universe playing with itself.

As we evolve our understanding and remember who we are and the purpose here on Earth, we can begin to consciously manifest our gifts that each of us bring. The ongoing paradigm shift along with higher energy can be harnessed and focused on transforming the world and ourselves for a higher purpose that reflects and expresses our souls desire. When you are truly soul-driven, you are aligned with energies of the universe, see only synchronicity and possibilities not roadblocks. Everything is helping you help yourself.

This said, it is common to feel torn between the logical mind and the feeling heart, to know inner conflict. You may feel, yearn for, and intuit the truth deep inside, but hesitate to make choices solely based on intuition. Living from this place is not something you just decide to do. It is a physiological process. You do not really live your soul truth until it is awake in your physiology. But it doesn’t awaken in your physiology until you start living it. As you live more intuitively, the sense of deeper knowing becomes clearer and stronger, social conditionings soften and you naturally trust yourself more. You do no longer stress and wonder hw to make things happen. They happen without you as you surrender.

Being true to your soul then, is living your life the best you can, moment-to-moment guided solely by love, the divine will to love, and showing others the power of what is accessible within themselves. Living a heart-centered life is being guided by the abstract, unseen, unknown and timeless, trusting it. Release pure brilliance

Notice you exist to radiate light, to release pure brilliance, to ignite creative force.  Everyone has innate gifts to share.

From the moment you recognize you are conditioned to perpetuate illusions of limitation, identity loses importance.  Let go of labels and all that you think defines you and absolute genius reveals itself. The truth is ever-present.

Allow yourself to expand on what you think you are. Pay attention to your feelings.  Let the soul be your pilot. Logic has no place here.   The more you trust, the more direct experience gives you reason to trust more fearlessly.

Tune into the best version of you

Physical existence is about tuning in and tuning out.  You tune into things when you focus attention on them and come to believe they are part of your reality. Something only becomes real when you believe in it, choose to visualize it and integrate it into your experience.  You tune out of things when you no longer focus attention and energy on them.

Step back and reflect on different areas of your life.  Notice what you tune into and out of at different stages. People seem to enter and exit your life based on what you tune into and also the vibration you give off.  You are drawn to or resonate with different kinds of people, life roles, conditions, geography, food, music and experiences.

As you raise awareness, you are honest with how you think and feel.  It is then easy to tune into the best version of you, to deliberately draw into your life exactly what resonates best right now. What no longer resonates falls away.  As lessons are learned, situations that present resolve themselves.  Know you create every facit of your reality.  You always get what soul needs to grow even if its not what ego wants.
