Grow through 12 Universal Laws

Being aware of the 12 Universal Laws and putting them into practice is part of the process of self-growth. Imagine how growing aware of each law, and putting it into practice, has different impact on your life.

1. Law of Divine Oneness

The Law of Divine Oneness highlights core interconnectness. It says that beyond our senses, every thought, action, and event is in some way connected to all else.

Imagine how this law can take shape in your experience. What if youshow more compassion and acceptance toward anything that confuses or challeges you. What would love do? How is everything you do guiding you?

2. Law of Vibration

At a base level, verything is energy in constant motion, vibrating at a specific frequency. This applies to matter. This law says that our vibrational frequency offers insights into our life evolution and direction.

For example, you may have a vision to engage in an activity but opportunities or clients appear and fall through. When thoughts, words adn deeds are not aligned, you may be undermining your own efforts unconsciously.  Many techniques exist to raise vibration, be more authentic and true to yourself.

3. Law of Correspondence

This law states that patterns repeat throughout the universe, and on a personal level, our reality is a mirror of what's happening inside us at that moment. Consider the phrase, 'As above, so below.'

In another way, everything your experience is a projection of what is unfolding within you.  Any judgements you make about others, any discomfort you feel, is all pointing to work you are invited to do on yourself to grow more accepting and integrate your inner shadow

4. Law of Attraction

This law is often linked to manifesting. It says that like attracts like, and you get what you focus on. Not only that, but you have to believe what you're seeking is possible to obtain. It is similar to the law of vibration in this way; it's important to learn how to vibrate at a level that attracts what you're seeking.

To think you want one thing but behaviour differently, sends a confusing message to the universe.  Being consistent is the key. Using conscious intention is a mindful practice that helps.  Also growing aware of thought, words and actions is just as important as making the uncosncious, conscious so you can send a more convincing message to the universe.

5. Law of Inspired Action

Closely related to the law of attraction, the law of inspired action is all about taking those real, actionable steps to invite what we want into our lives. Often the inspiration comes from within.

Applying this law is all about paying closer attention, tuning in, and creating space for inner guidance.

6. Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy

This law states that on an energetic level, everything in the universe is constantly evolving or fluctuating. Every action is preceded by a thought, with thoughts themselves having the power to eventually manifest in our physical reality.

Everything you  encounter has an energy signature and is interacting with you energetically. Negative people or heavy environments may tire you out or deplete you. being around inspiring people uplifts your energy. Higher frequencies transmute lower ones when applied with intention. This in mind, as we get in touch with our own energy vibration and let go of what we outgrow, this allows us to have a more uplifting energetic impact on the whole.

7. Law of Cause and Effect

This law highlights the direct relation between actions and events. What's important to note here, according to Kumar, is we often can't see the effects right away, but they will come back around.

Another way to view this law is as the ripple effect. Everything you think, feel and do sends a ripple into the energetic universe much like aflat rock you skip on the surface of a body of water. Imagine the conscious impact you could create by recognizing that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Everything you do has consequences that play out, some you can envision, and others you may not.

8. Law of Compensation

The law of compensation relates closely to the law of attraction and the law of correspondence. "You reap what you sow" is the main take-away, with the law stating your efforts will always come back to you positively. Contributing to a goal allows the universe to work with you to achieve it.

To apply this law, meditate on service and what or where you are called to share or give back from yourself. For example, one woman decided to prioritie her physical and mental well-being and booked herself into a health retreat. She committed time, energy, money to workng on better nutrition, fitness and and therapy for mental issues. Her life outside the retreat had fallen apart. "Out of the blue" friends she had not seen in over a year learned she was there, offered to visit, and after learning of her situation, offered her new accommodation and a job for when she left.  The universe responds to energy and intention you send out.

9. Law of Relativity

This law suggests that we are inclined to compare things in our world, but in reality, everything is neutral. Relativism exists in all things, and in the end, meaning comes down to our perspective and perception.

Applying this law can help us understand challenges and see the blessing, gift or lesson they have to offer us. Step back for a moment. Close your eyes. Focus attention on some situation that bothers you. Nlotice feelings arising within you and recognize you are not these feelings.  As you change perspective, and breathing rhythm, the feelings you tune into and attitude you adopt, can change.

10. Law of Polarity

This law says that everything in life has an opposite; good and evil, love and fear, warmth and cold. The key is understanding these are all two sides of the same coin.

What if contrast brings wisdom and clarity? Imagine a situation where you gain new insight into one emotion from the experience of others.  Take note of your inner rhythms and be gentle with yourself. Listen to how you feel and change pace and focus as it dawns what brahviours or choices no longer serve your greatest good.

12. Law of Gender

The law of gender has to do with the masculine and feminine energy of all things. The western world in particular favors or rewards left-brained, patriarchal ways of doing. Reaching balance between masculine and feminine energies can help you live more authentically.

Imagine you tune into the right hemisphere of your brain, the source of creative inspiration. Where might you be stifling its genius? What if you could engage feeling-based intuitive living and apply heart-mind based ways of living in the flow.  What would this look like? how would it take shape?

5 questions to reveal synchronicity

Every moment, whatever we do or not, we are responding to a call within to love ourselves more or differently. Asking ourselves questions aloud and writing them down is a way to step back and gain perspective. Allowing ourselves to respond intuitively to our own questions is an eye-opening exercise.  Jot down these five questions and respond ...

1. Why are we really drawn to move to or live in a specific area?

This invites us to reflect on our underlying motivation or changing priorities: (i.e., imposed career move, lifestyle choice, family benefits, reputation, climate, perceived energy or opportunities, logical or strategic stepping stone, intuitive decision. Does it reflect balance on physical, emotional, spiritual and other levels?)

2. What are we meant to do to generate income at this stage of our lives?

We may really enjoy certain endeavours, find these fun and rewarding. And yet, if how we love to spend our time does not yet pay the bills, we may feel an underlying guilt or anger arising. We are taught to follow our passions and money comes naturally. And yet, until we trust fully, and impatience subsides, the timing of that flow may require us to do things we do not like as much to pay for those we do.

3. Why have we chosen a particular/ current partner?

Our partners enter our lives as conscious and/or unconscious choices.  This may be based on impulsive physical attraction, lust, someone set it up or arranged the marriage, or it could also be deeper, like a Soul agreement or energetic entanglement.  Whatever the case, when ready and open, we are invited to unravel the reasons and lessons ourselves.

4. Which is the best course of action ?

If we feel caught 'between a rock and a hard place', or feel like we sit on the fence, about something, then it is helpful to remove ourselves from the personal and see the bigger picture. It pays to ask ourselves who's idea of 'best course' we are referring to here. Everyone is not at the same point of understanding or awareness of who they are.  Everyone is not even wanting the same thing.  Everyone does not give themselves the same message.  Depending on our priorities and how well we know ourselves, different desires emerge. Choose from the head or the heart...

5.  What opportunities should we pursue or avoid?

This depends on our soul level of development, whether we live based on the personal or whether we resonate more with universal laws.  Some souls reach a stage where relaxing and trusting feels completely natural.  To reach this stage of fearlessness implies we only focus on what evokes joy.  Pushing ourselves to overcome obstacles may have been important in the past.  In this moment, it feels right to trust what presents rather than seeking out specific opportunities.  If something is meant to happen, it will.  To release any feelings of constriction, flow with any opportunities that come our way.  This will be obvious, when we are open, relaxed rested and trusting. As we trust we are in an expanded state, we know what feels right and thus, where to go.

What is the secret of attraction?

Contrary to popular belief, the secret of attraction cannot be learned.  Still, the idea of this natural force is something humans seek to harness and control. Many people assume its something you can pursue or have and wield like  magical power to turns heads.  Yet, if not that, you may ask what is it that actually influences what and whom you attract?

You may be surprised to hear that the source of your assumed animal magnetism is not what you think.  Sexual prowess relates to confidence, and appreciation of the physical body, but there's more.  Beneath the surface, attraction is an energetic force.  You allow yourself to feel it through acceptance and being aware of something deeper.  Its about raising awareness of a soul connection.

In essence, the source of true power of attraction is to tap into existing mental clarity.  That's right! This is about seeing through what ego tells you attraction is and focusing all faculties and skills to manifest the purpose known deep in the soul.  You know when you are in the presence of someone who lives in the now.  You feel peace and contentment of the universe without doing anything. Be the divine force inherent in us all.

"The secret of attraction is to love yourself. Attractive people judge neither themselves nor others. They are open to gestures of love. They think about love, and express their love in every action. They know that love is not a mere sentiment, but the ultimate truth at the heart of the universe." -Deepak Chopra

Its all cued up

You are reading this because this is what your vibrational nature is attracting.  As you make peace with where you are, then better feelings unfold or remain consistent within you where you are right now.  When you make an effort to bring others where you are, that is, encourage them to see what you see or feel what you feel, if these people are not ready, these people do not align with you. Feel the vibes. Discern the path of least resistance.  Notice what you are doing.  Are you allowing most of yourself to be in harmony?

The key is to recognize your vibration and make choices that enable you to feel good.  When you are inspired by or drawn toward things, you make decisions based on joy. Yet, its not your responsibility to bring others to your level of vibration and awareness.  You relate to others based on the emotional scale.  Know you are ready for environments that nurture your vitality and enable you to reclaim inner power.

The best things for you are all cued up.  Ask and it is given but do you accept what is made available energetically? Standing where you are, notice how you feel.  Be  eager to express appreciation vibrationally regardless of what others are doing.  Identify positive aspects where you are to make peace with where you came from.  When you appreciate people as they are, you are also accepting self fully.  When how people feel about you no longer matters, resistance within you fades. Feelings of insecurity and inadequacy dissolve. Tune into feeling good now without requiring you or others to be different.  Allow others to be as they are.  Accept all of you.  Reasons for your fear no longer exist.  Allow the essence of being to be present and so it is. All things always work out for you. Know this and live in wisdom.

Patanjali & 5 steps to master your thoughts

Patanjali offers 196 yoga sutras to increase your clarity and deepen you practice. Thought patterns are gradually mastered through learning non-attachment. Consider these five steps to begin to master your thoughts;

1) Notice whether your thoughts are colored with aversion or attraction. Do not judge. Learn to be an astute observer.

2) Nurture the lifestyle, actions, speech, and thoughts, and spiritual practices that lead in the positive direction. (rather than going in the opposite direction, away from the positive, and towards the negative).

3) Let go of the mental coloring of your thoughts that lead away from the spiritual (rather than going in the opposite direction, giving in to the attachments and aversions).

4) Raise conscious awareness to become more discerning of how you think and feel and the implications.

5) Practice consistency.  Learn to choose the wiser courses of action with deliberate intention.
