Detect subtle teachings

To feel dissatisfied with a way of life or set of conditions raises your vibration higher and alters how you choose to receive and respond to information. No instructions exist for this choose-your own adventure.  As you listen closely to inner dialogue, ego loses its hold. You step into a courageous place.  You awaken to the power of the inherent serenity and love of the essence of being. This etheric energy is the real you.

Each opportunity to deepen levels of understanding reminds you that you are on your own.  Everything is a teacher.  Every choice strengthens the spirit seeking freedom of expression.  Notice what sustains and what silently chips away at your projected character.  Notice that you increasingly feel things that offer no physical proof.  Inner being reveals it has awareness, real sight and intuition and awakens hyperthinking. 

Allow freedom to teach you

Engage your perpheral vision.  What do you notice?  Some people are willing to be open to new perspectives and new ways of seeing.  Imagine what could enter your scope of awareness.  Discover what is already there.  You may feel increasingly detached from your physical form and perceived conditions but not yet completely unaffected by emotion and re-aligned consciously with higher planes.   You know your focus is shifting to realms of inward travel as you are drawn to less-linear and more unstructured thinking.  You transcend both.  They have their own awareness, independent of the thinker.

Discern the energy shift

Its easy to get bogged down with events you perceive to be unfolding around you. Do you lose sight of the energy shifts occuring within and around you? Notice the currents of energy that take shape in emotions and perceptions. Notice whether ego takes a god-like role in your life or fades into the serene emptiness.  Notice how you experience and exercise power and whether silence and humbleness reign as teachers.

Tap into infinite self

The essence of being is free-flowing, vibrational energy.  One is able to access and expand infinite self.  What does this mean in practical terms, though? How does the mind make sense of what it cannot see?

The mind only ever translates invisible fields and fills in gaps with assumptions and conclusions.  Adopted programming blocks you from morphing as infinite self.  The state of your core energy is affected by collective resonance, emotions and beliefs.  Expand awareness to strengthen energy and free the mind.

The mirage is mind itself

People ask that if their sense of physical reality is only a projection of mind, then why are attitudes hard to change?  One perspective invites you to consider why you resist the unconditional love that comes easily.

To begin to discern nothing exists but the mind is a meaningful stage in raising awareness. Just as a blade cannot cut itself and a light cannot light itself, consciousness cannot perceive itself through the mind. A mirage is unaware of its essence. Notice where your misperception limits you.  Choose to allow expansion.
