Be open to the Gamut

Notice 'ah-ha' moments are arising in many areas of our lives. We are acting more fearlessly, listening to natural urges to let go and make changes. One big revelation is Earth is not a spaceship but a timeship. As we awaken to the the nature of galactic time, we awaken to our timeless, multidimensional nature and the profound implications and upgrades unfolding in every area of our lives. The radical truth is not something to simply believe in, but something to live and fully embody. As we tune into energy vibrating, we grow more aware of what goes on within us as well as engage more consciously in life and cosmic travel as/ thru a vortex. It dawns no separate self exists, no discrete knower, no autonomous entity standing apart and witnessing all this and reporting to "the others." There is no past, no future, nowhere to go, simply freedom beyond imagining. This is heartfelt Truth. And yet, we exist to go further than simply deduce our 3D world is illusion. There is no substitute for first-hand learning. We exist to discover intimacy with ourselves and life in the world of form. Getting out of our heads is about taking risks to live dangerously, face fears, live and love in ways that allow us to be vulnerable. Only as we experience the gamut of emotions can we fully manifest our gifts, deeply express our own uniqueness.

Get ready for Authentic Love

(Digital art by Tatiana Plakhova)

Notice the universe has a way of getting you to exactly the right place the moment you are meant to be here. Everything we do or do not do readies us for authentic love, if only by causing our hearts raw enough to reach deeper, more grounded connection. A genuinely intimate relationship requires not simply our hearts, but our aliveness, awareness, our integrity and discernment, and our capacity to be both open and to protect ourselves with boundaries. When awakened, love awakens us to engage deeply, to look into and through ourselves. True courage is about inviting what is painful into our heart, no matter how much it may hurt. Love turns us toward the more challenging aspects of life and ignites true intimacylike a fusing of rainbow glass. Getting truly intimate involves fearlessly experiencing all aspects of self, recognizing everything to mirror none other than true being. Now is the opportunity to do the work that liberates us from our own disillusionment. As challenges seem to escalate, this is not for us to rise above or otherwise avoid related difficulties. Rather, its an invite to delve into them, to see ourselves as we are in an ever-deepening intimacy. Being intimate with ourselves is going beneath the surface to explore the core of our fear, to discover the awakening potential of emotional connection and freedom that arises.

Grow beyond blind compassion

(Image: Sacred geometry 792 by Endre Balogh)

Notice the importance of allowing all things to serve our awakening. When we are offended by behaviour or actions, if we are always completely non-judgemental, or at least, resist expressing true feelings or saying anything that could be seen as judgemental, we may be doing a disservice to ourselves and those who offend us. For, in not doing what we can to bring people face-to-face with the consequences of their actions, we are actually depriving them of Soul growth. Further, in letting them off the hook, we are doing the same for ourselves. As an analogy, by not allowing a butterfly to struggle its own way out of a coccoon, it emerges weak. Metamophosis is supposed to be difficult to build resilience, trust, discernment. Butterflies need a surface they can climb and hang from so their wings can expand properly. This is why they emerge in phases, building strength, confidence, energy at every stage. Similarly, certain kinds of compassion may hide misguided tolerance and aversion to confrontation, as well as avoidance of pain and anger that exist to facilitate human Soul growth. Although its helpful to examine how judgement of others can reflect our own shadows or invite us to self-examine, build our discernment a focus on self alone is misguided. Blind compassion for others can arise as a tool of survival learned during childhood. Recognizing our own patterns and changing our behaviour not only empowers us, but also nudges others to do what they exist to do. To cut to the chase, at some point, we would have to not only feel the pain of what we suffered but also feel its consequences later in life, and many of us resist that, even when we see value in doing so. At the perfect moment, it dawns that suppressing the hurt we were suffering often made things worse. Being solely compassionate about behaviour that evokes discomfort keeps us 'safely' removed both from standing up for ourselves and the consequences. Yet, if we do not russle feathers, make a fuss or contront anyone, it robs us of our autonomy and accountability, implying we do not have a choice when we do. To confront someone with fierce compassion (express true emotions) has another impact. If we hurry too fast to forgive, we skip the process that leads to authentic forgiveness, feeling our hurt, expressing our needs and navigating conflict. As we shed our blinders and see our pain clearly, our anger, hurt, frustration, moral outrage, we re-enter a realm of love that had been closed off from which we can now freely give and receive. As we welcome struggles and challenges, strive for nobel and lofty goals, we are connecting and expanding our Soul in ways beyond the wildest imagination

Embrace incoming activations

Notice big transformational shifts may centre on the root chakra. Building energies are prompting us to question beliefs and bravely release old paradigms. Everything invites being strong. Power struggles may be occurring. Those that appear external simply relfect internal energy recalibration. The heart knows we are meant to put Self first. We are prompted to to so more than ever. Being clear and firm with what is okay invites focus on boundaries and self-care. Ensure direction you head in is aligned with is aligned with Soul purpose. Trust you are on track with Higher Self. When you have one hand on one door and reach for the next, but do not let go, you may feel stretched in different directions. If you resist commiting or taking leaps of faith, you will experience pain-(emotional, physical, mental). Recognize old beliefs, conditioning and associated life situations do not work. Be the flow. Follow synchtonicity. Ease into streams of experience that resonate with Soul. Big changes are underway. New psychic abilities are coming through for those being open and receptive. Imagine being telekinetic, bilocating, enegaging The bridge between realities has merged. We all must align with the cosmic mission of Divine Love to all Beings so to raise the frequency of the planet and all Beings. Must not allow fear to take over. Current news and events echo losing more freedoms in 3D. Recall we are not bound by 3D and in fact, surpass it. Do not judge that which you do not understand. Instead, seek to offer Love first. Time is a mad-made construct along with limitations. As we sleep, cosmic energies and incoming codes reprogram our cells to access expanded dimensional realities. We download information that may be translated into creative expression. When we wake up in the morning, grounding is really important for integrating what the Soul has received. As long as we release that which no longer serves us, it dawns that light is always first. Hold Love in your heart. Be excited about incoming activations. Everything is preparing each of us for the unforeseen.

7 Tips to Decode Fear & Boost Confidence

As part of Stream 1 Quantum Coaching, we invite you to clarify your ideal situation on many levels. To notice you are not yet realizing all aspects of this dream or not yet living "the ideal life," points to possible unconscious fear that may explain self-sabotage, resistance, control, or conditioned judgment.  If you are very honest and feel held back from living fully, as if something unseen prevents you, then now is the time to address a few things.  Reflect on 7 Tips to decode fear and boost confidence to create the best version of you:

 1: Explore possible fears

This prospect of exploring deeper reasons for fears may evoke discomfort, but its necessary for self-mastery. You can’t master a fear that is hidden in your subconscious. You must face it. As you face a person, you see features more clearly, identify traits and behaviours. Similarly, as you explore your fears, you notice things you missed before. This awareness helps you reclaim power that you may have unconsciously given away.

To face your fears and anxiety, keeping a day or dream journal can assist. Record observations, palpable or visceral sensations and behaviour patterns. Do your hands go clammy and muscles clench as perform regular tasks? Do you feel more anxious at different times of day, in certain places or during specific weather? What do you tend to do when fears arise? Write whatever feels significant. Transferring your fear patterns and symptoms into writing or pictures deflates their power and helps demystify them. They are no longer as intimidating.

2: Address smaller fears first

You may discover more than one kind of fear-based pattern in yourself.  To get a handle on this, it helps to break the situation down into fragments. Focusing on each apparent fear individually reveals how to respond in empowering ways.  For example, if it appears that you fear taking more responsibility in your life and some life areas seem scarier or more daunting than others, making systematic changes in small steps can be more manageable than undertaking a lot of changes or bigger ones altogether.  If procrastination and tidiness seems an issue, then appraoch this one room of your house at a time. As confidence builds, you'll find you naturally work faster, make more changes that feel right intuitively without thinking.  The thinking itself points to fear that invites addressing.

3: Consciously engage the Imagination

Imagination gives you power, creativity, and ability to see a wider view. If fuelled by fear, an active imagination can focus attention on the negative, magnify illusion. However, you can purposely use it to see through fear.

How do engage more consciously? Pinpoint a calm moment when you are relaxed. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a situation that repeatedly evokes fear. For instance, if you are afraid of being lost in a crowd, picture yourself in a crowded place. Now, imagine yourself handling the situation peacefully. You don’t freeze and begin to cry. Instead, you search for signs that will help you regain your sense of control over your life and direction. Imagine how it feels to find your car easily in a huge parking lot, to unlock your car door, and drive safely home.  The peace felt in your imagined scenario can help you manage the actual ordeal more peacefully.

4: Activate different areas of the Brain

Your fear and anxiety arise out of a certain part of your brain, and they allow emotion to overcome rational thought. When you feel your fearful symptoms coming forth, engage a different part of your brain. Reflect on numbers, for instance. Before and after breathwork workshops, we ask participants to rate their pain and emotions on a scale of 1-10. Use this scale for your fear. How anxious are you when 1 is perfectly calm and 10 is your very worst symptom? Stop and analyze. Whatever your answer, you can work on lowering that.

5: Focus on Your Breathing

Breathing is a powerful healing tool. Every emotion can be linked to a particular frequency, breathing pattern and rhythm. Anxiety is often noticable due to short breaths. The short breaths precipitate negative reactions in your body which can escalate. The key to overcoming those is to consciously control your breathing.

Many useful breathing techniques exist. For instance, deep breathing is simple. As you recognize fear arising, stop and focus on your breath. Take a breath in, and then slowly let it out. Ensure your exhale is longer than your inhale. This isn’t just some psychological trick; deep breathing forces your body to physically calm itself.

6: Practice Mindfulness

You may hear about mindfulness, but what is it? A passive thinking activity. It allows you to grow more aware of your fear. The earlier you grow aware of fearful signs and symptoms, the easier it is to overcome your fear.

Practice these mindfulness tips during some of your less severe times of fear and anxiety. As you recognize your fear symptoms arising, sit down and reflect oon what is happening to you. This is like making a mental journal entry. Simply observe symptoms as they arise. Sit and keep track of yourself as the moment continues. Being passive or calmly abiding, raises your self-awareness, and it prevents you from doing the typical things you do when you experience fear. It helps get you break patterns.

7: Immmerse in Nature

Many approaches exist to work through your fears and anxiety. Talk therapy can be useful.  Creating regular spiritual practices reveals that to truly heal you must feel. Breathwork, yoga, somatic therapy all help you make the unconscious conscious.  Benefits are reinforced in Nature. Walking outside shifts your energy into balance. Natural beauty found in parks, backyards, or wherever something green is growing does help reduce symptoms of fear and anxiety. Nature calms people, reducing stress levels and changing moods from anxious to relaxed. Plus, the physical activity of moving outdoors requires us to use our brains differently, which can cause a switch from irrational fearful thoughts to clearer more engaged heart-mind & brain activity that helps dissolve fear.
