3 reasons to trust yourself more

What would you say that if every moment, you have the option to view every event of your life as a stepping stone to the unforeseen? What if you begin to view right where you are as a pivotal moment, a turning point, to competely shifting your sense of reality? Have you ever said to yourself: what if I had the courage to make life choices that bring me closer to experiencing my ideal life? First, you would need to know what that ideal life is or feels like.  Clarifying this vision is easier than imagined. Visions evolve with us.  Consider three reasons to trust yourself more:

1. Sense that the feeling of "risk" changes

At different life stages, we create and grow aware of different kinds of comfort zones.  Creating dreams is one way we concretize or challenge our comfort zones.  We constantly ask ourselves, how far are we willing to go to realize dreams or reach certain goals? In other words, what am I willing to risk or sacrifice  in order to change some experience or overcome fear of inadequacy?

Invite you to view an example:  'my biggest risk ever' post series.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."

-Marianne Williamson

2. Act to have no regrets

Regardless of ares of life you contemplate, the key to growth is to make choices that allow you to push the envelope.  That is, desirable action is that which does not have you asking, what would have happened if I had done that? Reflect on when you trust or doubt instincts, hesitate or go down unfamilliar paths. What is the universe inviting me to do if my job is no longer? or you are restless where you are? Only you know how it feels if you are holding yourself back or moving forward

3. Do the unthinkable

Have a you ever reached a stage in your life where you feel ready or willing to move away from much or all you know? Maybe this involves letting go or moving on from relationships you outgrow, changing job or career, somehow taking things to reach a whole new level.  Points of reference form your identity or sense of security. Letting go is a process.  To develop greater fearlessness requires you take steps to stretch yourself, do the unthinkable, venture into more of the unknown. If you have ever changed jobs, moved house, or considered other big changes, you know the feeling of fear can also be felt as excitement. Reflect on examples of big changes you have made or are making. Are these proactive or reactive behaviours? What do you feel and what is being reflected back in responses from people around you?

**As I write this post, I am preparing to move 5000km with my family. This is a symptom of shifting priorities, trusting intuition more fully and being more authentic. This path involves finishing renovations to get ready for house sale, letting go of what is outgrown or no longer used, researching school and new home options while being increasingly transparent, open and deepening connections.  All of this is clarifying a new path.

Any changes in or discomfort you feel about your external world reflects ongoing internal shifts. Although I have moved many times before, this current experience takes things to a whole new level for me. What would take things to a whole new level for you in this world? What grounds you, enables you to feel human?

Awakening cannot be learned...it is a process of growth...it's what happens when you grow through total living.  Its born of living in total awareness. -Isira

5 Tips to feel more energized

When feeling drained, you are taught to seek new sources of energy and new ways of generating energy. It is common to exeriment with food and reduce or eliminate certain items from your diet.  It is also common to focus attention on activities to build physical endurance, stamina and dexterity and to stop doing what makes you feel heavy, tired and unmotivated.  All approaches have their place. Yet, what if you could access more energy instantly?  Consider 5 tips to feel more energized:

1. Accept things as they are

When you accept something as it is, your ability to change the situation changes. Whatever you accept in this moment, you are free and your aliveness blossoms. From the moment you see your responsibility is limitless, you accept everything the way it is. Whenever you deny responsibility at any level, you deny the way things really are. Conscious or unconscious denial is a form of resistance and both are draining.
2. Let go of enslavement

When you react to something, you are enslaved to that.  When you get angry, that to which you direct your anger is in control of you. The basis of creation is acceptance otherwise you are a series of reactions. Reactions are draining physically, emotionally and mentally. Being a calm observer balances and stabilizes your energy levels.

3. Be aware of mental creation
Action is about the next moment. Previous moment is about what appears to have passed.  You can only think about past and future. Yet, your whole experience of life is always in this moment. Any other moment is imagination. Thinking about past and future is not a problem. The problem arises when this moment is forgotten.  The next moment is not inevitable. Mind does not know future. Mind takes its understanding of past and reshapes it. Focusing on a future implies you only see it as a repetition of the past. This is draining.

4. Be in this moment

Being in this moment is tapping into the unlimited power house. Living in the moment is not the same as living for the moment. Living for the moment is the pleasure-seeker's life. The feeling of 'not-enough' or dissatisfaction is draining.  This is the reason for constant seeking of new sorts of plaeasure. Living in the moment is not something you have to tell yourself. Simply sense the next moment is full of unlimited possibilities.

5.  Be authentic

Ever notice that when you are not true to yourself, when you do not heed intuition, life feels draining?  Being authentic is like a direct connection with the source power of your core.  It enables you to tap into untapped energy, unlimited source of inspiration, confidence and fearlessness. The more you are true to yourself, the more enthusiasm and energy flow.  When you are in the logic of your head, everything seems to take effort.

The key to everything

Ever notice that when you hold no expectations, you cannot be disappointed? Real love is experienced when nothing is expected in return for being who you are. Yet, how does this translate into realizing dreams in a 3-D world?

This does not mean desires cease.  It implies inner peace is experienced when you detach from outcomes. Energy flows are driven by forces beyond the scope of ego, beyond what is detected by physical senses. Everything in physical worlds originates in the unseen or not yet detected or understood. You know you are following synchronicities when encounters and choices all make sense. You suddenly know why you do the things you do, why your choices and priorities are changing. Intuition is guiding you to do what feels right, and you feel okay not attempting to explain.

For unique ideas to unfold, allow them to percolate.  Allow consciousness to expand to where you have no way to make ideas obey your desires or direction.  The key to everything is to be open-minded and fearless. Rediscover what it is to be in the flow and why you decided to tune out.

“When I run after what I think I want, my days are a furnace of stress and anxiety; if I sit in my own place of patience, what I need flows to me, and without p...ain. From this I understand that what I want also wants me, is looking for me and attracting me. There is a great secret here for anyone who can grasp it.”

Watch what comes by itself

Watch what comes by itself.  Do nothing.  Simply be yourself. When you know your true being, you have no problems for they only exist in the mind.   From the moment you recognize there is no-thing to fear, fearlessness arises by itself.  As you move through life, imagine it is like a passing crowd. Disregard names, faces, and shapes. Do not attach to people and conditions.  See them as they are; passing images in a sequence of a film reel.  Feel with the heart. Love is the only true feeling. It feels right to be oneself, to be loving.  To accept the truth, it is common to have life experiences to come and discard what you are not.  Be understanding and compassionate, come what may.  This is living through the heart and not through the conditioned mind.

Do the impossible

Whenever you tell yourself something is impossible, be aware of what you are really saying:

1) 'Impossible' is a state of mind.  The mind expresses doubt and fear about the prospect of success.  Mind grasps working toward the goal, not being it.  Mind cannot see beyond itself.  Mind understands based on its own logic. This only disagrees or denies what exists outside it.

2) 'Unlimited possibility' is a heartfelt state. The heart loves all you are, propose, and imagine. (Hear: 'I AM' possible).  Watch as you focus on what excites you.  Be spontaneous.

3) More exists beyond the mind and heart.  Visualize what the senses do not yet see.  The 'what' always emerges in awareness before the 'how'.   You only see and experience what you are willing to accept.  As joy flows, it nourishes and expands on the dream.

Explore what feeling fulfilled feels like.  Imagine fearlessness. Know all is always going well.

"Ordinary people believe only in the possible. Extraordinary people visualize not what is possible or probable, but rather what is impossible. And by visualizing the impossible, they begin to see it as possible." -Cherie Carter-Scott
