Everything has Perfect Timing

Notice you can only assist or empower another to the degree they are willing to help themselves. Wisdom unfolds from the inside out like an awakening lotus. People only hear information they can vibrationally receive at their state of consciousness. People are always doing their best at their level of consciousness. The urge to simply be yourself and let go of layers of illusion occurs when you are in a state of higher consciousness. As consciousness increases and expands, you feel connected to everything. Energies that enter one's scope of awareness are beyond verbal description. This requires alignment in thought, word, action. Light Body Activations occur with perfect timing. It is an alchemical process triggered within Oneself.

7 Ways to see through lens of Soul

Nothing and everything is unfolding in this same moment.  Wherever you think you are, all that is unfolding gives you opportunities to connect with and embrace reliable soul guidance.  Seeing through the lens of Soul is being aware of the bigger picture or deeper reasons for your choices.  Ponder seven ways to see life as it is through the lens of Soul or Higher awareness:

1) Recognize whatever you perceive arises with its opposite.  Positive and negative thoughts arise together just as opposite words produce each other and merge.  Each points to the other as a lesson to recognize the underlying message that is revealing itself.

2) Move without teaching. Simply be yourself without the intention to do anything. Watch the mind. You can move physically and be still inside.  Every choice you make is being watched. You never know who is watching, or seeing life differently due to what you say or do.  Imagine every step you take is inspiring yourself in another situation.  Be your own student and teacher.

3) Live such that you possess nothing yet appreciate everything.  Possession here implies thoughts of exerting control and attaching.  From the moment you realize what is real cannot be owned, you relax more in life, welcome what comes and appreciate impermanence.

4) Do not glorify heroes.  Come to see everything as a divine reflection and you are awake to true divine nature.  You no longer put people on pedestals or view anyone as better or worse.  Rather, you see everything as different versions of you drawing true essence to the surface.

5) Live in humility.  Ambitions weaken as they lose your attention. Do what you do without the aim of recognition.  Presume nothing.  Be devoted to heartfelt gestures for no reason.

6) Be empty. When you are empty, you are bottomless and you have infinite uses and paths. It means move in peace. When you do not treasure objects, you do not worry they could be stolen or taken away.

7) Respect natural order.  Notice the divine flow.  Allow nature to be the ultimate teacher.  It only ever reflects who you are at the core.  Everything arises from and disappears into silence.

Embrace what is here already

Through direct experience in different areas of your life, you open up to how the body speaks to and through you. With certainty, you know your body is not a fixed entity.

Regardless of how you view the body, love is here already and constantly expanding through your choices to sense it or not. Every moment, the clouds of confusion are parting. Your body's alignment and energy levels shift.  What kind of communication do you notice?

Notice how you attract seemingly different external practices and behaviours in others. What this reflects back draws attention to a common thread.  They all invite you to recognize The Ten Pillars of Buddhism or guiding principles we can apply to daily life.  Gaining deeper insight into thoughts and feelings empowers you to transform from the inside out.  Allow compassion and inner wisdom to be your rudders in the ocean of life.

“Recognize that you have the courage within you to fulfill the purpose of your birth. Summon forth the power of your inner courage and live the life of your dreams. ”

Tap into inner wisdom

Regardless of your current situation or focus, you create it to learn and you are ready to access inner wisdom. In this moment, you may hesitate, hearing different voices that beckon your attention.  Perhaps you know what its like to feel torn, to question or self-doubt.  After all, how do you know what is the best guide? Consider these tips:

1) Know the value of waiting:

"Do you have the patience to wait until the mud settles and the water is clear?" Can you wait until the right action arises by itself?" - Lao Tzu

2) Be aware of what you think and feel:

"You must know what you are feeling. If you don't know what you are feeling, you will create (or act) unconsciously." - Gary Zukav

3) Notice everything can be reduced to love versus fear:

"only two emotions exist in the Physical Universe - LOVE and FEAR. All other emotions are just variations. LOVE is the emotion associated with a 'knowing' that everything in the Universe is an expression of a singularity (i.e. God) and is therefore interconnected, whereas FEAR is the emotion underlying the perception (i.e. illusion) of being separate from God." -Alex Paterson

4) Recognize love does not rationalize or argue

"feel the presence in your heart, and to know that this presence embodies the blessings, compassion, energy, and wisdom." - Sogyal Rinpoche

"There is no fear in love but perfect love drives out fear." -1 John 4: 18

5) Identify the choice that is true to who you are:

"Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood." -Marie Curie

"Don't try to understand love. Move into love.  Then you will know and that knowing will come out of your experiencing." - Osho

6) Recognize what brings harmony to heart and mind:

“Follow the Eightfold Path, that is to say: Right view, right aim, right speech, right action, right living, right effort, right mindfulness, right contemplation.” -Buddha

7) Detach from outcome

"Those who are attuned to the truth, remain balanced and detached forever."
-Sri Guru Granth Sahib

Notice who's worldly wisdom stands out for you at this moment.  Everyone is a mirror inviting you to listen deeper to what the spirit echos.  Consider universal wisdom speaks through everything.  Notice what you are ready and willing to hear of the truth.

"Only that in you which is me can hear what I'm saying." -Baba Ram Dass

How to access inner wisdom?

Inner wisdom is like accessing your own inner authority. One perspective of purpose is learning to step into your own true power.  You are in the process of building trust.  Under which circumstnces does this become much more vivid to you?

To access what you know is as difficult or as easy as you choose.  Many people sense the process becomes one of learning what it takes to feel as through they come back to life.  Each revelation is a step toward dissolving the idea of impossible.  All dreams are a mean to reach new ends.

You may be asking for a path to reach inner wisdom.  That is a course each person is invited to chart and navigate alone.  And yet, each moment is a new opportunity to expand upon what it means to focus inward.  Consider these ideas on your journey;

1) Live harmoniously with the Earth in thought, word, deed.

2) Take steps to reinforce interconnection with all.

3) Accept responsibility for the well-being of self and world.

4) Recognize each moment offers ways to work through karma.

5) Notice that external experience extends from inner purpose.

6) Grasp that shift in behaviour occurs with shift in perception.

7) Know self-mastery arises in a process of selfless acts.
