Master the intuition

Many people are beginning to notice something arising through intuition that they are unable to identify. Notice the feelings that arise within you as you hear and or use the term 'intuition'. Perhaps you sense this assists you, but you do not always trust it fully. What if you do? What if trusting in the unseen, the inexplicable completely actually brings more fulfillment and peace than you can imagine in the mind? Get ready to allow life to unfold in front of you and within.

Consider what it feels like to master intuition. Stepping into its flow means stepping out of your mind. Notice being soulful is being honest and listening to the heart. What does clarity feel like? Who is asking? How does allowing intuition to be your guide transform how and what you see?

"One can have no smaller or greater mastery than mastery of oneself."

Allow simplicity to speak

The essence of being is unlimited energy. The human is the part of being conditioned to focus on limitations and seek that which cannot be found.  That which is aware through the human part is always here, yet the human mind has you believing what you want most is outside of you.  Notice what happens as you consciously love and appreciate yourself in thought, feeling, all expression.  You feel more alive.  You accept all perceptions and recognize each one invites you to embrace simplicity.  Allow the truth to reveal itself.  Everything you do and do not points toward that which you are.  Notice what is irrelevant falls away as you shift attention away.  Nothing remains.

Blindness can awaken you

Dream Analysis of the week:

An eye surgeon is preparing for surgery with a male and female assistant.  Each wears green operating room scrubs and sunglasses.  Very bright light enters the room through a round hole in the ceiling.  The surgeon is telling his assistants that his practice is built on making people physically blind so they allow themselves to see. I am waiting outside a dark -looking cave.

This dream highlights selective blindness, a willingness to expand perception and raise awareness. Consider that the surgeon, assistants, patient and every dream symbol that stands out offers you a meaningful message.  Notice how you feel about them.

Blindness often symbolises a refusal to be aware of the truth or denial of the underlying reason for a perceived problem.  Yet here, the patient is symbolically ready to go blind as a means to let go of conditioned beliefs, attachments and mental filters that prevent him from seeing things as they are. The hole in the ceiling may represent the opening of the third eye and the allowing of inner light and wisdom to flow more freely. The roundness of this hole draws attention to a sense of completeness, wholeness, perfection and the circle of life. Note whether you feel heavy or lightheaded.  Notice also how open you are to internalizing judgments.  Effective healing unfolds within.

The cave suggests a willingness to explore the unconscious mind and your emotions. Undergoing surgery points to increasing self-awareness or openness to whatever the heart and soul are to reveal. You only see what the mind is willing to accept.

This dream also draws attention to the innersight available to you now. You require no external sight to feel the truth. Release resistance and 'remove the shades' to see the perfect being you are.  Know nothing exists to work toward, and no procedure must be endured. True self is already present, whether you agree or not. Complete self-acceptance is your perfect state. This dream invites you to live that. Recognize what you hesitate to love and accept. Let go of fear. 'Being patience' is unnecessary.

Another point worth noting is many things exist in your midst that you do not yet choose to be conscious of. Selective remembering and forgetting are underlying themes.  What resonates with the heart, with your energetic pattern and life journey?  You are invited to awaken and reconnect with all of you in body-mind, soul spirit and harmonious multi-dimensional being.   Be aware of frequency, duality and shifts.

"The world is no a problem; the problem is your unawareness." - Osho

Notice everything from a total view

Whatever you notice, you can choose to view it from a perspective beyond the mind, beyond conditioned beliefs and attitudes.  You can choose to see everything from a place of non-resistance and fearlessness.  As you recall you are an energy being, you know whatever you are vibrating is reflected in what you feel.  How you feel influences which manifestations unfold, those you discern or overlook.  Notice your focus now.

Consider you only ever communicate with yourself.  Every experience invites you to recognize and drop mental filters that allow clarity to reveal itself.  What feels right is as meaningful or meaningless as you decide.  What you are allowing or surrendering to determines how much of the real presence of being is noticed.  This is changeless.

To know deep down all is well enables you to step back from what appears to be unfolding and reflect on how it relates to the whole of who you are. Being who you really are is to see everything through the lens of unconditional love and acceptance, to see every situation as offering you a message about love. Difficulty only exists in the mind. You already know how eagerness and inner peace feel. Everything reflects what soul knows. You choose how and what to see. Notice how easy it is to be keenly aware, to know the universe confirms all that matters. Every moment is as remarkable or non-descript as you allow.  Every imagined division that falls away expands the view.

"Awakening is the process of overcoming your false self and discovering your True Self." - Steve Baxter

5 Tips to notice nothing and everything

Many people know what its like to think a lot, to feel restless and even torn between perceived options. You can be sitting somewhere and feeling tension about doing or not doing.  You may ask how to make this stop, even wonder how to liberate the mind.  Consider these five tips to notice nothing and everything that matters;

1. Pay closer attention- rather than give in to ignoring the situation or listening to your desire to escape, notice this invitation to recognize something the body is telling you about yourself.  What is the underlying reason for your self-doubt, fear or contemplative behaviour? Consider imbalance or negativity invite shift of attention.

2. Notice what you say to yourself- your word choices reveal a lot about self-worth and self-acceptance.  Consider the mind does not know you as well as it leads you to believe. It distracts you from core instincts and inner knowing by creating beliefs that make you think you are less than you are.  See the ego agenda for what it is.

3. Feel the nature of the situation- the experience perceived by the mind with its attitudes and sense of history has nothing to do with feeling reality. You experience what you think about.  So, if you wish to change a situation, begin by shifting what you see in it.  Listen to your intuition. What does this feel like? How can it help you?

4. Let go of struggle- the more you struggle, the more limited your awarenes and heavier you feel.  As tenstion mounts, emotional reactions also tend to get out of control. Frustration and self-criticism distort what other parts of you discern with clarity.  As you let go of struggle, you discover nothing to struggle about.

5. Assume nothing is missing- the reference for what is real is in the mind and emotions until your sense of what's real arises from the ground of being. From this point, the reference for how you function shifts. Only the fear-based mind notices anything is missing. The soul only knows perfection, love and acceptance now. Consider what is conditioned and innate and how it feels to let go of what you outgrow.

"Love is when he gives you a piece of your soul, that you never knew was missing."
-Torquato Tasso
