Walk your own path

You are invited to walk your own path, to awaken and notice how you think and feel. Be aware nothing matters yet you are conditioned to give meaning to and judge everything. Thoughts are like stepping stones that focus attention through the limited lens of the mind. You can be conscious and decide which thoughts dominate your focus and your life experience. Feel what its like to be discerning.  Notice the vibration of what feels right. Be present with love and reverence.  Know all is well wherever you may travel.

"No one saves us but ourselves.  No one can and no one may.  We ourselves must walk the path. You cannot travel the path until you become the true path itself."
- Buddha

Penetrate the ultimate reality

As you turn inward and gradually turn inside out, revelations unfold.  Every aspect of existence is a vibration of light energy.  You are an extension of the eternal source.  You have no beginning or end.  Energy only flows between forms. While experiencing different states of mind, the core state of being is always present.  The awareness of true nature as the whole is also here. As you let go of all that is not you, what remains is the ultimate reality.  It echoes you are the giver and receiver of all you have ever done. You do not become something you were not. Apparent ignorance or forgetting who you are is temporary. To love and accept all as you reveals the highest truth.

"What man is God once was [is happening now through you and me], what God is, man is also now." - Anonymous

Peace is here

How the mind and body feel do not reflect the untouchable awareness you are.  You decide what thoughts mean or if thoughts are meaningless.  Nothing needs to change for you to be at peace.  This state of being is here, now. A quiet mind exists already. The silent observer is present within. Is your attention here or on the restless mind?

Notice what happens as you shift away from the judgments, away from the search for whatever represents freedom for you in the external world.  Notice what happens as you realize you are not the body, not the mind, but that which observes and is aware of it all. In letting go of all you think is you, the silence and truth of reality reveals itself.  Love unconditionally.  Behave as if you are convinced all is well and acceptance is.

"Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without." - Buddha

The truth has many faces

What you see is only ever yourself in different forms. You love and accept everything equally or dislike and reject certain things that reveal you do not yet love yourself fully. Hearing this, you may notice degrees of acceptance or resistance and think you have unanswered questions. How does it feel to know you always find what you seek but do not always accept it?  Watch how what you are living transforms before the senses.  Notice the opportunities that emerge in your life.

Consider the truth has many faces.  At any moment, you see the version of the truth you desire.  Until you see through illusion, you do not see things as they are, you see things as you are. As you begin to notice you do not always act in your best interests, you may begin to focus on particular life questions.  The truth according to whom? The best interests according to whom?

Notice why you actually want something. Identify it. Why would you separate from that which you want or tell yourself that you must struggle to get it? If you think you lack anything, its because you forget that the identity you create and reinforce is not real. Notice experience changes as you shift focus of attention from doubt to certainty.  What underlies it all?

As you journey into the heart, you return to innocence. True self is forever present.  Separation from the ultimate truth of who you are is impossible.  Any restlessness or discomfort you feel is an illusion you create to pinch off from what never leaves you. This is another wake up call.

"Being part of the natural world reminds me that innocence isn't ever lost completely; we just need to maintain our goodness to regain it." -Jewel

Notice it is all experience

Some people always imagine discomfort or look for what is not working. Other people do not even notice anything is wrong.  You also have a choice to see everything is as experience without judging it at all. What if you see everything as a timeless teacher?  What if it all beckons you to see through the lens of love, unconditional acceptance and compassion.  Notice nothing has meaning except the meaning you actually give it. You can selectively forget the past or previous events and see everything as a blank slate.

Consider how your perception of life shifts as you recognize every situation invites you to grow.  Choose to be free from problems that do not exist.  Problems that have been resolved cannot bother you.  Let go of the past and accept the solution is inherent in every perceived problem.  Everyone is actually an angel in disguise performing a role to see if he can elicit a reaction from you. What was never is what you do initially see.

"All things appear and disappear because of the concurrence of causes and conditions. Nothing ever exists entirely alone; everything is in relation to everything else." — Buddha
