Notice opportunities for freedom

In between emotions and, even before any emotion arises, you can notice a gap of emptiness.  This is a period where one is aware of the true nature of mind and everything, where ignorance does not exist, where one feels the reality of timeless stillness and peace. Then, something happens. The spell is broken by the conditioning of everyday distractions.  What can be done to awaken more fully?

The mind would have you believe you have to do something to get somewhere or to awaken.  Watch what happens as you stop thinking and doing.  As you step back, you begin to realize you spend enormous amounts of energy thinking and doing and rarely step out of the prison of the mind. 

Every moment, new levels of self-awareness are open.  You walk through or disregard the opportunity.  Depending on how you choose to experience life, you notice patterns and gain some measure of control over the mind, or not.  Recall what truly serves you and do that.

Close the gap

Regardless whether you consciously realize it or not, you imagine gaps in your life, in identity, and a kind of distance between where you are and where mind would like you to be.  What if you awaken to how the real you already reaches that distant shore and never leaves?

One perspective of the dream is that as you choose to close the gap, you consciously know only one shore or state of being actually exists.  All the while, the mind echoes a very different message. Recall state of mind is not awareness of state of being.

People are conditioned to hope for success in their actions.  Yet not everyone remembers the difference between action and non-action.  Sense how it feels to know non-action within action, and action within non-action.  Dis-attach from outcomes and choose to depend on nothing.  To be content with whatever life brings is to consciously close the gap and not be imprisoned by mind or action.  Be free.

Why let it happen?

When you resist permitting something happen, this draws your attention to fear. You create discomfort, restlessness and stress. You choose to imagine a negative scenario and you do not realize that you are already manifesting it. Energy is changing from beyond the physical. Levels of creation engage energy on levels you do not initially use physical eyes to see.

Consider how the conscious mind envisions problems.  You start by explaining or rationalizing why the problem exists.  You remind yourself of why you believe it came to be.  You may refer to self as victim, complain or, view others as victims.  You express why you feel undeserving of pain and negative energy you are unconsciously creating.

Every negative thought fuels belief in a problem that you actually imagine into being.  The thoughts hijack more and more of your conscious attention and shape the evolution of a conceived problem. You direct inner thought energy like you fuel a fire.  Any thoughts of the future actually script it. 

You also have power to let things happen and accept certain events are outside your control. This leads to perception of positive situations. You choose to channel the heightened emotional energy of love and joy.  It connects you to the untapped power of the deeper mind. As you choose to permit energy to flow, you know solutions are available to any situation and you view advantages in all your conditions. 

As you learn to listen to the stillness, you connect with the energy of consciousness. Whatever you are vibrating creates the physical realities you manifest.  Higher self always knows why you let things happen or not. The rest of you aligns or not.
