Shatter the myths

How you perceive yourself highly influences your life choices and whether you have faith in dreams.  To what degree you recognize and value your skills and abilities helps you understand your behavior patterns.  Why do you disregard your potential? Why opt to ignore aspects of your personality?  This all influences whether you struggle with your sense of self-worth.  Ready to shatter your self-created myths?

Its quite common for people to nurture false assumptions about their identity. From a young age, we're all labelled by others.  The words we permit to affect us are often those we allow to sink deep into our subconscious.  If you were ever told you weren't capable, you may have grown to believe it.  You don't have to feel permanently inept or inferior.  Rethink reasons for your insecurity or shame. Consider these three tips:

1) IQ tests don't accurately measure intelligence.  How smart you are isn't for other people to tell you.  Its for you to prove to yourself.  This isn't something you can pin down with a number, an acronymn, or any other test result.  It arises through life experience and choices you make that shape your self-confidence.  Many people have been labelled as one type of person and gone on to prove they are a completely different sort.  You are really the best judge of your own character. 

2) Historical & socio-cultural evaluations are misleading.  You may assume your sense of adequacy (or inadequacy) depends on qualities or skills deemed important by your community.  Not everyone works in a field that is socially-valued in mainstream culture.  The level of external approval doesn't have to influence your core self-acceptance.  Yet, lots of people wrongfully assume their earnings, gender, skin color, ethnicity, religion or other labels alone define self-worth. Identity simply is and begins within. As you permit, your emotional awareness grows with you.     

3) Who you are is not reflected in the mind's self-image. The latest trends don't define who you are. Your mind tricks you into thinking it controls the parameters of your life. You intuitively sense untapped abilities before you gaze into a mirror or read current media. Nobody, not the media or the ego knows you as well as the heart. As you imagine your physical body, envision how it functions ideally, how you know it is evolving in quantum leaps. Notice what happens when your thoughts are no longer the point of reference for health and well-being, time and space. Who or what exists beyond the mind's limitations? Can this be perceived or described?

5 Advantages to listening to your vibes

 

As new waves of energy appear, you may regard them as new opportunities or experiences opening to you. This may shake you up. Yet, each time you make conscious changes that are attuned to your inner self, you also align with your Higher Self and its intentions. To be aligned with your core self and passions is to transcend fear and realize your goals more quickly. Why wouldn't you listen to your vibes?

Still, you may know people who avoid or reject shifts in thinking, at least in the beginning. Some people equate the prospect of change with life disruption or discomfort. These people feel unable to handle what this represents, and ignore sensations of higher energy. At any time, you can decide to listen more attentively to your inner messages and change as you see fit. Consider these five advantages;

1) Discover Higher-self loves unconditionally. To recognize the impact of love vibration is to sense paths to your greatest fulfillment. This brings increased clarity and harmony to areas of your life that will benefit from guidance and growth. It may impact jobs, your relations, and other conditions.  You transmute or rise above negative energy and really feel good in any situation.

2) Learn to see beyond misperception. Some people believe they must struggle or even surpass a pain threshold, before they listen to the soul. Transition to a higher frequency can be experienced through love and joy rather than suffering. Your fears may not intially disappear, but you'll evolve to stop reacting with fear. Instead, you'll confront the fear, choose to send love and discern the real message behind it.

3) Fine-tune your heightening sensibilities. Some people have already begun to explore ways to sharpen skills and awareness. You may be startled at the accuracy of your ESP and have more faith in your instincts. You may deepen meditation, channeling and telepathy. The more time you devote to listening to the signs, the more surrounding energy levels will become apparent. You'll begin to believe your potential for growth and expansion has no limits. You'll sense synchronicity takes on whole new significance. Your awareness will trigger revelations.

4) Connect with like-minded people. You may find your understanding of things orienting you to interact with different people. The desire to network, to share ideas and to contribute to raising the awareness of others, all emerge as priorities. Recognize you're a gateway

Regardless of what you desire or hope for, the key to realizing goals is to recognize you're a gateway for the passage of intention energy. As you learn to give and receive love, that is, to give and receive unconditionally, this will lead you to sense new meaning in life. You will realize you never act alone or without support.

To think about it another way, any vision you have for relationships, career, health, growth or purpose, all comes back to how you feel about yourself and what you think you deserve. One basic goal many people have is to feel more confident about bigger goals and plans to achieve them. Consider these ideas to enhance goal-setting:

1) Heal any fears about giving or receiving love. If you harbour any fear of not succeeding in your projects or dreams, this hinders a sense of progress. You send out energy into the universe based on your vibrations. Negativity, doubt or self-destructive thinking is a low vibration which invites more of the same. Healing fears invites more upbeat experiences. You have to be looking for them in order for them to find you.  If you keep working when you are tired, you get stuffed and cannot perform.  Learn to let go.  Trust this is an investment. Put it away for a while.  Relax. Come back to it with a clear mind.  When you devote your whole self with joy, you get more work done in less time with less stress.

2) Forgive anyone who may have hurt you or held you back. You may be tempted to blame others for holding you back from where you think you should be.  However, your own choices and emotions have led you to where you are. If someone didn't react the way you'd hoped, this may be a blessing in disguise. Forgive them, forgive yourself. Step into the light. Your positive feelings offer clues about meaningful goals.  As you listen, you will raise your energy vibration and focus differently.

3) Love & accept yourself. What is unfolding does not have to affect how you feel about yourself. Keep nothing. Dwell on nothing of the past. If one goal does not work out the way the ego wants, listen to the heart.  Know this makes you available for another opportunity you would not otherwise be free to notice. Press the delete button. No person, no set of conditions, no stroke of luck, no mentor, can guide you until you decide you are worthy regardless of goals you achieve. To love yourself fully is to trust what you feel in the heart. Even if the external world judges you based on exam results, your future does not depend on exams. The more you love yourself, the more you feel successful whatever you do. Recognize you are a gateway to self-acceptance.  Quiet the mind.  Meditate on feeling good wherever you are.

Master supernatural invisibility

Do you dream of being invisible? I'm not suggesting you borrow Harry Potter's invisibility cloak. I don't mean when people may already ignore you or pass you by. What if you already decide when to be invisible and when to materialize?

Its about selective recognition. Without thinking, you do this already. Yet, you may be unaware.  You may desire to exert control and this is where you overlook the treasure that is beyond your wildest expectations.  Its right here, right now.  Drop the craving and desire for something you think you do not already have.  Letting go of all wanting is one of the most difficult things to do.  Stillness comes when you are not wanting.  Be here and want for nothing. Be peaceful.  What you already have appears more beautiful.  Notice what is super, natural and innate.

This isn't only a skill you read about in superhero comics or whacky science fiction. Invisibility is 90% mental-spiritual processing and approximately 10% physical exertion.  In order to grasp the physical side of this reality, allow it to speak to you.  And no, you don't need a magic wand.

When was the last time you looked for your glasses, a sock, your mobile phone or, car keys, to be told what you've been looking for is right there or hanging out of your pocket? Have you ever searched in the cupboard for a jar and couldn't see it staring back at you ? What about at a bank robbery where people disagree on the number of criminals at the scene? Have you ever had a friend walk up and stand right beside you until you notice and it seems as though the person appears, as if from nowhere? When there is nothing to do, yo udo nothing, when you do nothing, you are still.  When you are still, the focus and light sharpen.

Musicians, radio-frequency engineers, and martial artists, grasp why selective recognition occurs. They also know learn to replicate it. You can too. When you don't choose to see something, you are 'out of phase.' When images are blurry and then sharpen, you selectively recognize them.  This is a conscious awareness.  The same way a 802.11 frequency wifi antenna could never pick up a 800mhz cdma signal, you are unable to sense something right in front of you.

When you can't find your glasses on your head, or your sock on the floor, its simply because you look so intently that all the chi energy in your skin sensory nerves are depleted. If you seek your keys, you can't find them in your purse because your chi energy is so focused on arriving late in the future that you don't feel the present. The reason you couldn't see the jam in the cupboard is because you were so hungry for crepes that your mind was filled with images, the taste, the smell and experience of eating them rather than the missing condiment. The jam image couldn't manage to squeeze in. As for the bank robbers, they were on a different frequency than everyone else present.  How do you master invisibility?

1) Recognize the human body is an antenna and transmitter. Your mind is like the radio. Psychologically, you need to believe you can blend in like a chameleon. The physical part is simple. Blend in. Cammoflage clothing can help, but for masters, it is unnecessary.  Invisibility begins as a state of mind. To experience this may require de-conditioning of the impossible.

2) Blend in with the flow. Everything and everyone has a specific frequency or oscillation cycle. If a branch sways in the wind, it requires an amount of time to complete one cycle of swaying. The same can be said for a boat is bobbing up and down in water. Given that the wind speed remains constant, the swaying rhythm of the tree or the boat will also be constant, based on its point of reference. Walk or float in phase with elements in your surroundings.

3) Learn to intuit vibes, frequencies, & chi energy. If you want certain people to notice you, simply learn to match their vibe or energy and stare at their neck. In cases where you don't want to be seen, stop fearing you'll be seen,  Stop focusing on what you do not want.  This concentrates energy and holographic images.  Listen to the heart.  Feel your way into energy flow and alignment.

4) Practice meditation. The typical human exerts much effort to be seen, noticed, nutured and approved. This begins during childhood and helps explain why we seldom recognize the innate ability to raise vibrational energy and appear invisible. There are lights and colours beyond the noraml visble specturm. Discover you can expand or retract the functioning senses. Exceptions are children who become expert at hiding from parents, teachers, and peers to the point where people forget some others exist.

5) Visualize what you choose to experience. The deeper you meditate, the more it will feel as though you experience REM Sleep sitting up. Imagine what it would feel like for all your clothes to evaporate and lift off your body. Then, sense your skin blending into the air like sugar into hot water. Next, envision and feel the multi-sensual experience of your muscles, blood, tendons, blood and nerves float away like a leaf down a stream.  Finally, see and feel your bones merge with the soil of the earth. Realize what it would be like to be nothing.

Notice the signs

Signs are messengers that offer a glimpse into your future. They provide insight into your current self and conditions. Signs offer clues about how you feel where you are and where you're heading.  They are subtle hints about how to lead a more balanced, harmonious life. If you aren't where you wish to be, what do you read from signs?

You may experience from a dream about a prospective business partnership and see the mask of your prospective partner is revealed. If you feel uneasy about what you see, and this remains when you awaken, your intuition may send you warning vibes and you may rethink your choice. Years after such a dream, a person I know looked back and recognized her own prophecy. Be pleased about foresight.  You notice signs on so many levels, yet do you really pay attention?

Reflect on the sort of people you keep running into. What does this reveal about your state of mind? You may encounter homeless people looking for shelter, gypsies panhandling or, stray animals wandering about salivating at your lunch. Everything is a sign pointing to how you feel.  

Each of us develops conditioned beliefs about what we can and can't do. You may be told you're clumsy, you're inept or that you won't ever realize what someone else considers foolish dreams. Yet, your own thoughts actually project into what you perceive and hear all around you. The people you run into or seem to meet at random will in fact result from deepset beliefs in your unconscious mind. That is, if you were criticized and chose to believe it, your whole life will seem to reinforce it.  Notice what happens as you recongize the power to change how you feel.

So, are you noticing happy, smiling, healthy people who inspire you or, do you only see people who complain and alienate you in some way? How do you feel about what you attract? Others also attract you into their lives so to open the door of their hearts and learn valuable lessons.  If you say you desire more of anything, you perpetuate the illusion of dissatisfaction.

Whenever enters your life is nothing unless you judge it. The time you sense elapses between that moment and any imagined future permits you to decide how to respond. How do you feel? Notice the signs all around and within you. Everything points to the love that is always present.
