Consciously Adjust your Frequency

Notice everything we sense or tune into, any frequency on the energetic radio dial, is calling or inviting us to see something specific to us. All we perceive is part of our own unique universe. Something only emerges as real to us as we perceive it. At times, we contract (resist/ withdraw from) people, places, things, ideas, situations, environments. As we take action that seems out of character, we are awakening. A more expanded version of us knows conscious change is rewiring the brain, healing emotional patterns, accessing a wider spectrum of knowing, accelerating energetic experience so we can hold more light in our being and blossom into a more fully functioning version of our true nature. With awareness, unconscious or fearful patterns transform. As we change how, whom and what we tune into, we can withdraw like a caterpillar preparing to go through metamorphosis. When ready, we shift octave, expand into a new consciousness. Sense of home, success, time, wealth, fulfillment, opportunity, love, harmony, service, shifts into resonance with the recalibrating version of us.
So, to align with new understanding or new level of authenticity, it is imperative to listen to intuition, let go of the who we thought we were to embrace what is waiting for us. As we come to consciously adjust our frequency, our self-view and whole world transform. Over a period of perceived time, we can read and re-read the same book, and relate to it differently, tune into different vibrations between the lines, even see versions of us in book characters as if in parallel realities. In truth, we simply function with different insight into the holodeck (holographic universe).

6 Practices to Facilitate True Success

Notice many people aspire to success. Many also struggle and wonder what is really important or necesary to get here, and also prolong satisfaction that widely seems out of reach or only comes and goes.  Consider these 6 practices to facilitate true success:

1. Clarify your version of "Success"

For many, "success" is a state of reaching desired goals through careful effort, intention, and growth. Ultimately, success is shaped by your sense of well-being or perceived life satisfaction. Some say that to feel good implies sense of well-being and life satisfaction are high.  In such a case, investing more energy, effort, and intention toward goals feels right. Symbols of success, such as wealth and status, tend to manifest as a result. Yet, do we always get more of what we want? Instant manifestation of desires is not widespread.

This said, not everyone defines success by the pursuit of wealth, fame, measurable material possessions, and social status. At different stages of life and experience, our views about success can change. Some people may link success with inner peace, balance and immeasurable things.  Some experience a shift from an external definition to an inner experience. Its a reminder to clarify success in your own terms, resist influence, realize it by your own rules, and create a life that resonates.

2. Get comfortable with discomfort in your life

This may seem an oxymoron. To sit with our feelings is not really about wallowing in negativity and sharing a tornado with everyone we meet.  Sitting with such feelings with intention is about conscious watching, allowing them to move through.  Wallowing implies we are not interested in a new beginning but prefer to dwell on what is not working. It implies investing energy in holding a position, in recruiting a puty party, replaying a story or reiterating what is unjust, offensive and undesirable.  We all know people who do this.  Observing our thoughts and state is recognizing that our emotions (and even those of others) are not really us.  Rather, it is about recognizing they are a pointer and teacher to what is going on deeper inside us. This is the key to cherishing the teaching and rising above it.

3. Take radical responsibility

So, if we are serious above moving forward in life, however we define this, we must we willing to stop repeating what we do not like or what is not working and instead, direct thought and other energy into conscious co-creation.  We must be willing to be accountable for our thoughts , emotions and life situations, and recognize nobody is going to rescue us. We must take charge of where to go from here, reclaim our power, and change our conditions ourselves.  If, in our heart, we sense what we are meant to do or be and resist, this is an invitation from an expanded version of us to move through our fear and assume our new role in the next stage of our lives. In a journal, it may be prudent to jot down some situations that evoke discomfort, what changes we fear and why, or and how we would like to replace this.

4. Spend time each day on meditation & reflection

The Science Foundation funded a study about journaling one’s thoughts and feelings. The result reveals the practice increases mental performance and helps translate thought into action. Yet, journaling isn’t the only method one can use to gain clarity on vision.  Still, focusing on self-reflection allows for meaningful thought connections. Creative people  devote time in daily meditation and self-reflection.  What matters is developing a reliable channel of communication with oneself. This builds self-reliance and trust, come what may.

4. Prioritize exercise that boosts aliveness

This is not simply about physical movement of the body, but also mental, creative and energetic exercises that stretch the mind.  Brainstorm how you could exercise your altruism, paying it forward or offering service.  Take some time out to innovate, create a vision, painting, sculpture, paper mache or even a sand castle.  Allow those creative juices to flow.  Does iWhat is it that you spontaneously come up with?

5. Understand everything is energy

Certain cultures tell us that determination, strenuous effort, even blood, sweat and tears are required to achieve success.  Another view is that everything is non-physical energy and aligning thought, word and action are the key to materialisation and alchemy.  Whatever "camp" you subscribe to is going to guide your process and experience.  Which resonates and works or does not in practice in your sense of reality?

6. Explore the nature & significance of dreams

Tibetan Buddhist practices as well as diverse experts echo that astral, lucid and dream yoga are the key to the experience of success and enlightenment.  Whether we come to remember our dreams, understand or decode our own messages can go a long way to learning the power of dreams as tools to heal and intgrate fragments of our psyche.  Consider the possibility of strengthing your dream recall and explore unfamilliar options if it resonates.

Dream Analysis of the Week- Crop Circles

(Image: Hand of God Nebula; source: ESA)

Dream: I dreamed crop circles are being created on the side of the moon.  The sacred geometry is willed into place by a floating finger shape that is conducting stars like a symphony.  Patterns are drawn in the air (vaccuum) and materialize magically on a cosmic rock.  They are then projected from planet to planet like a film until they materialized in particular earth grain fields. Its as if they finally know where to materialize. They only stay until they disappear.

Insight: crop circles represent communciation with your highest Self and reflects deep awareness of higher vibrational life forms.   You are tuning into suble senses and the presence of a wider reality. This invites you to pay attention to the mystical in everyday experiences.

Geometric shapes are widely viewed as highly symbolic as their configurations lead the dreamer towards inner completion or enlightenment.  Despite this, we are conditioned to seek fulfillment and success in external worlds, to nourish our own dissatisfaction, as though we are continually empty and repeatedly need filling up.  Such an insatiable hunger is perpetually unfulfilled and cannot guide us to the truth or what we truly are.

Symphonies are powerful expressions of creative energy. The presence of sound suggests the dreamer may be ready to express some strong feelings, may not know in exactly what form would be best understood to the intended audience.  It may call for an experiment, to test out and share one form of expression or another.

On a deeper level, focusing outside of us prevents or postpones subtle experiencing of Oneness that we already are.  We are in this world, but not of it.  It all comes back to facing our own mind which is the source of love as well as all of our suffering.  The process invites us to reclaim inner power over our own mind, putting that into practice, one thought and feeling at a time.

So, on some level, we are each the key to deciphering our own crop circles. Much like we can each look at a cloud in the clear blue sky and see something different, we can all tune into crop circles and allow them to guide us to hear not only the silent music of the spheres, but also our own self-created music and harmony.

Among our services, we offer Dream Consultations as well as an Astral, Lucid & Dream Yoga Course. Contact us for more details.

5 Tips to be Happier

The most important relationship we have is with ourselves.  Yet, how often do we consciously sit alone with ourselves, that is, recall what it is to be fully present?  This is tuning into what is really going on for us mentally, emotionally and otherwise, and actually acting on that.  Restlessness is not what we think, not what we are taught to believe or consume. Consider probing 10 questions to begin to work out what is really going on for you:

1. Are you happy?

2. Who am I?

3. Why am I here?

4. Who is bored?

4. Why am I repeatedly uncomfortable?

If discomfort just won't go away, then its time to wake up and evolve.  This is about finding the courage to make different choices. At a pivotal moment, it dawns we are using the external to create and reinforce an identity that is not real.  As it dawns we set ourselves up to be a certain person, dress and look a certain way to meet expectations, this is a stage in awakening to who we are not. Only with awareness are we empowered to change, and only if it resonates with soul.

The moment arises when it dawns how we live our life is the example we set for our children, pets, peers, loved ones, students, clients.  If we feel disturbed about our own behaviour, we are not doing the right thing in that moment.  We are not listening close enough to what truly matters to our sacred heart. This is a wake-up call to go deeper, really listen to be the best course.

In essence, the contemplation processs is the way we neurologically rewire the brain.  Different wake up calls present like stepping stones to behave differently, shift perception of what is possible and more aligned with our core vibration.  The key is to get back on track.

Sometimes we hit our hand on the doorknob while passing through. Sometimes external examples of people who awaken in their own ways can inspire and motivate us to make different choices.  Come what may, ultimately, we are the creators, orchestrators and destroyers (g.o.d.) of each stage of our own initiatic path.  We decide when to awaken to levels of truth and at what pace we let go of the unreal. We decide when to be fully authentic and reveal our true colours.

3 Steps to Get to the Heart of the matter

Many people hold fear in their energy field that prevents them from reaching goals, expeirencing the success and fulfillment they deserve.  Does this sound like you ? Consider 3 steps to reframe your life and realize a new way to be:

1.  Identify Subconscious Blocks

Take any subject of interest; money, health, success, happiness.  Ask yourself whether you are experiencing streams of balance, abundance, joy without hindrances. If you are not where you wish to be, this suggests something stands in the way.  Subconscious beliefs and conditionings may be preventing you from fulfillment.

2. Remove Subconscious Blocks

The next step is to embark on the inner journey, do inner work (dreamwork, soulwork) and explore any paths that resonate from traditional and alternative therapies, yoga, EFT, energy work and more

3.  Reintegrate into Life

Shifts and changes in energy vibration that result from genuine inner work conceivably shift relationships, entourage, work focus, geographic resonance and more. Listen to intuition to make physical changes that align with a more harmonious version of you.  What are you compelled to do or be next?
