Who sees you as you are?

Human beings dream of being seen or accepted as they are.  As you come to feel whole and complete inside, your perspective of the world shifts. Do you see me as I am?  Do you see yourself as you are?  How do you know or confirm it? What does that feel like?

Few people choose to look into themselves or through the eyes of people directly.  You are conditioend to think this is a scary thing.  Why is this? Could it be that when you look directly, you see through external appearances.   What prompts you to turn away?

Eyes are described as windows into the soul.  You look into somebody's eyes and see reflections of your true self.  That is, what you desire to see and anything you would prefer to overlook or forget.  Unconditional love and acceptance are often traded away.

When you see yourself as you are, you reconnect with your soul, with everything and everyone. Should this worry you?  Of course not! Then, why do so many people resist taking responsibility for how they feel? For their core choices, decisions and creations?

People often prefer to push away or ignore who they are.  They wish find what appears missing. They think what they need is a person or relationship to feel more complete. be honest with yourself. If you find you know yourself deep down, if you see things as they are. how would your life actually change? What do you really have to fear?

Whatever your answer, to selectively forget the truth has some appeal. People go to great lengths to test endurance, faith, resiliance, relationships, to expand perception, and more. Discover what happens as you stop hiding from yourself, and true abilities. Discover the implications of raising awareness of your core connection with soul.

"The common eye sees only the outside of things, and judges by that, but the seeing eye pierces through and reads the heart and the soul, finding there capacities which the outside didn't indicate or promise, and which the other kind couldn't detect." - Mark Twain, Joan of Arc

Speak affirmatively & strengthen from within

To raise your awareness about how you speak and when has the potential to transform your life.  You may be unaware how you create your mindset.  What are you waiting for? How would you like to change? Listen to what you say.  You will be amazed at the nature of what you applaud and when you reprimand.  Many people are unaware of their own self-criticism and the choice to stop doing it.

Consider how you react to your experiences.  If you walk into a wall or run your hand into a doorknob in passing, what kinds of words do you use to describe yourself?  If you forget to run an errand or fail at your new venture, are you positive or negative? Do you feel angry and punish yourself or, do you immediately forgive yourself? All you say is shaping your character.

Think about when you apply for a promotion or other opportunities.  If the result is not in your favor, do you assume you did something wrong or, aren't good enough? Do you imagine the worst case scenario? Or, do you recognize you're simply meant for other more suitable opportunities? Whatever your attitude, however your life vision arises, you either pump up or deflate your ego.

Reflect on the progression of your relationships.  Do you constantly sense mistakes, insecurity, inadequacy and lack, or, are you the type of person who recognizes value and blessings to be found and retained from each experience? Speak positively about everyone and see what happens.

If you sincerely desire to realize dreams, then you must evolve to chose words that reinforce your intentions.  The words you utter reinforce images you create on the inside.  They build up and strengthen your confidence or, they slowly chip away at your self worth and purpose until you doubt yourself.  No matter what stage you're at, you're capable of using more positive words that enable you to feel good. tell yourself you are beautiful, intelligent, talented and more.  Declare good things about yourself and your life.  Express gratitude.  Words you use have the power to transform.

"Look well into thyself; there is a source of strength which will always spring up if thou wilt always look there." -Marcus Antoninus

10 Tidbits for Total Recall

If you have the urge to explore your dreams, then your intuition is guiding you. When you hear the term 'Total Recall,' you might imagine the sci-fi film with Arnold Schwartzenegger.  You may also reflect on useful tips to unlock messages in your dreams.  Its possible to help jog the memory and follow the thread back home.

Whether you are pregnant and wishing to connect to your unborn child, someone who wants to use dreams as a problem-solving tool, or see dreams are key to emotional healing or guiding you in other ways, its helpful to know you can train the mind to recall dreams consistently and in detail.  You might ask where to begin?

As you gain confidence with basic recall, you grow aware of different layers dreaming and may ready learn about astral projection. Consider ten tidbits for dream recall.  Never underestimate the power of intention.

1) Set the intention to remember

  • Raise awareness of your ability to recall dreams

Pay attention to your surroundings while awake. If you aren’t already recognizing how you use your senses, how can you expect to train the mind to multi-sensual awareness while asleep? Start simple: simply notice beauty and details on route to work. Do you detect smells easily? What did you feel of trees in bloom, or even the prickly weeds that grow in your lawn? Know you hold power to recall. Notice what you tend to overlook.

2) Meditate

  • Ensure you're comfortable and can achieve deep states of peace.

If it appeals, check out library books, instructional CDs, online chats or local in-person meditation groups. It’s a kind of mental training that requires discipline to teach you to move between conscious and unconscious states at will. This is not a process of forcing yourself to exert effort to quiet the mind.  Its about shifting attention away from noise and choosing to focus on messages your body is already sending and also listening.

3) Create sleep rituals.

  • Schedule your sleep for a consistent sleep cycle.

Deciding to regularly get a good night’s sleep promotes clearer thinking and reflection in the morning. Do what you do to unwind. Some people read. Others engage in sex. Whenever you’re ready, prepare to sleep. Lay back flat. Take a few minutes to relax all muscles. Make a habit of saying aloud, “I will remember my dream.” Tell other people of your intention to do this.  Verbalizing makes it stronger.

4) Keep paper and pen handy

  • Make it a habit to write or draw spontaneously (without thinking)

It makes sense to record whatever you recall just as you awaken. Many begin to recall pieces of dreams as symbols or images. You need not make sense of it.  Don’t get up and brush your teeth or use the toilet before. Change in temperature (outside bed) and altered perception of surroundings tends to affect dream recall. The fewer movements and disruptions, the more you’ll gradually  remember.

5) Develop a 'pre- get up' routine.

  • Make it a habit each morning to reflect on your dreams

Allow yourself to awaken without an alarm or before an alarm sounds. To be shocked awake may lead you to lose the dream thread. Keep eyes closed. Ly still. Tell yourself to permit dream images to surface. Imagine following a thread back through whatever events are still accessible within your unconscious. Repeat what you sense aloud. Record what you remember; objects, sensations, moods, feelings, colors, or anything.  Explore possible significance later.

6) Share your dream thoughts.

  • resist doubting what you see, feel in dreams

Choose people with whom you would like to share your dreams. In some cultures, this is common practice among families from childhood. Speaking about dreams can make the experiences feel more real and can bring on revelations about their meanings. Other people may help shed some light, but ultimately, you’re the best person to decipher your own dreams.

7) Explore creative memory process.

  • allow yourself to free draw impressions or feelings of what stands out in dreams

To decode your dreams, explore drawing, painting, sculpting, gardening, pottery, or other appealing pursuits. Dreams aren't always easily described in words.  Some people compose music or find other creative outlets to express what is flowing through them.  Be opten to inuition. Sense new inspiration and revelations.

8) Be aware of the influence of energies.

  • recognize possible external influences on dreams

Every night, between 2am and 5am in every time-zone, is when ELF and microwave transmissions are the strongest.  This is when mind-control instructions are emitted by satellites, control towers, and can compress, transmit and embed programs in the human brain.  The active waking up to go to the toilet for instance, sets the unconscious program in the mind. Your daily routines may also seem to influence how/ what you dream.

9) Keep a journal.

  • When ready, maintain a dream journal every morning after you wake up.

If dreams are hard to recall at first, simply journal about what is going on in your daily life. It may simply be a few lines per day. This kind of regular, conscious reflection will help you discern patterns in emotions, feelings and behaviors that begin to stand out in your dreams. If you are writing a work diary, pregnancy journal or keeping notes for other reasons, you may notice correlations between night dreams and reflections you transcribe elsewhere.  Everything is inter-connected.  Dreams are internal messages inviting you to see this more clearly.

10) Tap into the power of mantras

  • listen to instrumental music when falling asleep and also to jog memeory of dreams

Mantras are a repeated series of words with psychic effects.  Some people listen to mantra music like O mani padme hum as a way to relax with eyes open or closed. Some people repeat mantra chants when falling asleep or when awakening into conscious awarness.  The words and stressed vowels of mantras stimulate chakras, which heighten sensitivity in astral realms.

Sharpen your senses

Each of your senses offers clues to who you are, where your key skills ly, and which kinds of activities would allow you to experience deeper fulfillment.  The key is to attune to how your body, mind and spirit communicate and to remember how to listen.  Guidance can be helpful.

You may notice that certain among your senses seem more pronounced than others. In other words, each of us tends to use certain senses more often through conscious or unconscious preferences.  This comes naturally for good reason.  You can learn from everything but some ways feel easier than others.  Do you notice your own nuances? How do they clarify life purpose?

Here's a clue: pay closer attention to your chosen words and phrases. What do they tell you about the senses you favor and the kind of person you are inside? Whatever your apparent preferences, it suggests new kinds of visualization or other multi-sensual activities will assist you to progress along a path to further clarify your dreams.  You can build on whatever insight you gain.  Begin with a general review of all your senses.  Identify and explore the extent of your comfort zones.

1) Are you a visual person? These kinds of people focus mostly on the power of observation.  When asked about descriptions, they choose words that favor visual images. Their memories reveal they retain adjectives and think in technicolor.  Artists and Scientists can both be visual.  Many life roles and perspectives benefit from strengths in this area. Consider whether you say things like:

-I’ll have a "blue" holiday without you.

-Business prospects appear to be “looking up.”

-It’s great to meet you “in-person” (put your name “to-a-face”)

-The photograph captured the diversity of vegetation, you "get the picture.”

- Are you “watching” me?

-Colors of suffering (i.e., her face was "green" or "jaundice" suggested hepititis.)

2) Are you more of an auditory type? These kinds of people reinforce sound in rhythm or rhythm.  They also choose words which draw attention to, value and magnify the ears. Composers imagine in musical notes.  Musicians, DJs, singers, and secret code writers and decoders are examples of roles where people apply auditory strengths.  Consider whether any of these echo familiarity:

- I “hear” you loud and clear.

- The last option “sounds” appealing.

-Details just “clicked” into place.

-That name “rings a bell.”

“Listen” to what I’m saying.

-We’re “in sync” or "on the same frequency."

-It must be some-thing "psycho-log-ical” or may be some-thing very “phys-ical..”

3) Do you consider yourself a tactile (touchy-feely) person? Kinesthetics may be your thing.  You may intuit energy and vibes. You may learn and retain best after carrying out a physical activity.   You may also favor more than one of the senses.  Do you grasp space and motion especially well? Consider how you might apply such skills if the following make sense:

-We’ll keep “in -touch”

- "Feel the heat."

-My heart is "pounding."

- He “felt” that she disagreed.

-Hold the "vibration."

-"Crumple" the paper.

4) Are you someone who lives through the nose? These kinds of people have extended memories based on olfactory intelligence.  Perfume makers fall into this category.  Spice merchants, cheese makers, wine and other beverage connaisseurs, all have strong nasal memories.  Imagine having thousands of scents inside the tip of your nose! You'd be an encyclopedia of scents.  Maybe you utter things like this:

-Something “stinks!”

-His mind triggered the smell of "grandma's homemade apple pie."

-I “smell a rat!”

-He detected a “musty odor.”

-Her eyes squinted amidst the "smoke and fumes."

-The liquid hit his tongue with "the distinct texture of black currents, the tartness of cranberry and a light dusting of cinnamon."

5) Are you a taste-oriented person? Maybe the most intense memories you retain ooze with flavor and savory intensity.  These kinds of people think with their tastebuds.  Chefs and other people with specialty palettes and have no trouble concocting delicious recipes based on a memory of combined. Ask yourself whether you think with more than your overactive saliva and create descriptions like:

-That was a "bittersweet" moment.

-She looks like a “tasty morsel!”

-That person's temperament is “sour/ sweet/ tangy/ bitter.”

-Do you have a “taste for music”?

-The thought made me “lick my lips.”

-The menu led “my mouth to water.”

6) How does it feel to sharpen your listening skills? As you respond to the questions above, you may begin to realize that when you think you are listening, you are missing a large part of the picture that matters to you.  In essence you are taking in lots of information and filtering it through the mind or feeling things through the heart.  As you learn to quiet the mind, you start to recognize distractions arising and they no longer control you.  Life coaching can empower you.

Find the bright side

No matter what kind of condition or life circumstances you know and have known, a bright side exists. You can always train or untrain the mind to notice this.  Its a blessing to do so.

For instance, if it is raining outside, and this appears to spoil your plans, you can shift focus to be grateful for the nutrients this brings to the flowers and greenery. You can be grateful for the moisture that renews the Earth, that gives you water to drink, and enables you to do something you would not otherwise have done. You can see rain as opening the way to see the sun. Even an electric storm can be viewed as a form of relief for Nature and much more.

The same can be said for every person you ever know, every job you've ever had, every event that has ever unfolded in front of you. If you feel cheated or betrayed, you can find something positive about the same situation. You can focus what appears to be lacking or what insight, opportunity or wisdom you are gaining. What did you learn about yourself that you wouldn't have seen otherwise? It is valuable to step outside the judging mind.

If you feel you have reason to resign from your job, then you can choose to see that as the best possible thing that could happen, and feel excited about what is coming next. After all, to be your own boss or to find a different job more suitable to your skills would be marvelous!

Consider how an unforeseen injury that laid you up a few weeks enabled you to read the books you hadn't made time to read before. Perhaps you benefit from a reminder to relax and be kinder to yourself. Every event invites you to be more compassionate with yourself and others.  To recognize you have ability to see your life situation from another perspective is something that helps you, come what may.

Wherever you are, whatever you do, you can re-program your mind.  What will it take to convince yourself that you have blessings in your life? Start believing your relationships will be restored, that opportunities already exist for you and you choose to see them or not. As you start expecting good things to happen, then you reach a stage where this is all you see.  Know you pass your tests with flying colors. Recognize everything is preparing you for something else. You are being readied for conditions which are better for you than before. Sensing the bright side strengthens more than eyesight. It moves you from hope to trust.

"Always look on the bright side of life." - Monty Python
