Get ready to shatter those myths

Whatever it is you think you cannot do, this actually means you choose not to do it for reasons hidden from conscious thought.  You may fear exerting effort, feel uncomfortable about making a change or resist doing something that may not meet expectations. Whatever it is, get ready to shatter those myths you imagine into being.  From right now, they are no longer attached to you.  Things are changing fast.

Well, what are you waiting for? The moment is here to identify and transcend the illusions that convince you to feel less than you are.  Take out a sheet of paper, a tape recorder or, do whatever it is that makes sense to get it out of the system. Express yourself.  Then, stand back and review those emotions or sentiments from the observer perspective.  How do you choose to Transform Your Life?

What gives your life meaning?

Many people are selectively unaware of what truly gives their life meaning.  In an ideal world, people would only do those things that enrich them, expand them and enable them to feel good.  Does this sound familiar? How does your mind frame where you are? What makes you think something is wrong?

Another way to view life is to sense everything that you perceive is happening is created by you for you and is always in your interest.  That is, all of your thoughts and feelings are giving you the info you require to live a content and fulfilling life.  Consider this invitation to remember how you make the most of you time.  What could you do to reframe your situations and relationships or make different choices?

Learning to be more aware empowers you to be more honest with yourself. As you are more alert to how you truly think and feel, you no longer contemplate about what is good for you.  You no longer overlook those choices that resonate with your soul.  You no longer disregard meaningful lessons now.

What if life is not what you think?

Many people spend an enormous amount of energy believing what they think matters.  What if life is not thought? In fact, what if thinking obscures what the heart knows?

To know thyself is not the same as thinking about it.  Leave your emotional baggage and memories at the door.  Stop thinking.  It changes how  and what you see. Be aware of when you permit thoughts to control you.  Realize you have choices. Give up your assumptions.  How does it feel? Discover nothing is as important as you think it is.

From the beginning of time, human beings are taught skills and lead to believe they can become better than they already are.  All the while, the universe is sending you infinite reminders that you already are perfect.  Why ignore what the heart knows? 

Everything happens as it does.  Every revelation is interconnected in cosmic synchronicity.  Feel it.  As you remember what is means to be truly honest with yourself, you open to all you ever need.  You are willing to let go of all you are taught.  Allow yourself to see beyond patterns.  What a fresh experience evrry moment.

Why keep the faith?

As you look around, you may notice many people who seem discouraged, distraught and disheartened with what they perceive to be happening.  You may ask yourself why keep the faith amidst those things you do not control. 

Consider how the thoughts you harbour create the situations you experience.  When you cease to describe the world with words and labels, a sense of the miraculous emerges.  This aspect of reality is only temporrily lost if you allow self to be possessed by thought rather than using thought consciously.

Remember as each stranger helps you in passing because it feels the right thing to do and you can pay it forward.

Remember how it feels to let go of beliefs and judgments and sense everything happens for the best.

Remember the perspective you gain from choosing to recognize the blessings wherever you are.

Remember the sensation of inner peace that flows through you and allows clarity to emerge.

Remember the memory of healing from within in mysterious ways and knowing how does not matter.

Remember the timeless power of love that gently awakens you from unconsciousness.

Remember how conditioned beliefs give way to inner knowing and the need for nurturing faith falls away.

Find good where you are

Many people tend to voice negative feelings, to take energy and package it in ways that echo what they do not want to feel. Perhaps you do this. Perhaps you ask how to find good where you are.  Its never too late to shift your perspective.

1) Decide to find advantages in every experience.

2) Choose to drop the negative spin on things.

3) Decide you no longer choose to suffer.

4) Realize you need not perpetuate every pattern.

5) Know you are more than apparent conditioning.

6) Accept that you can shift behaviour by choice.
