10 things to be more conscious

Regardless of where you are, you have the capacity to raise consciousness to new heights. Consider these questions. Allow them to set the stage for your gradual evolution:

1) What is a meaningful thing you could achieve today?

2) How must you think to make this happen or manifest?

3) Which emotions are you permitting to control you?

4) What thoughts and feelings would be helpful to release?

5) Why is stepping outside your comfort zone helpful?

6) How are your night dreams conveying useful messages?

7) Who are accessible teachers that you attract right now?

8) How are they empowering you to answer inner queries?

9) Which steps are you taking to raise new levels of awareness?

10) How are you choosing to love yourself and serve others?

What if you live in parallel universes?

Astral dreaming experience teaches that different levels of consciousness exist. Humans are energy beings. Inner energy or astral body, moves between worlds with or without conscious awareness. So, dimensions and examples of life exist beyond the physical. Presumed rules of physics do not apply everywhere. Alternative systems exist for functioning, communicating and interacting than those familiar to you. 

At the Big Bang, the universe exploded in more layers than you fathom. From this, emerged the mental plane, the etheric, the astral, parallel and holographic universes, and eventually the physical. The astral is part of the path back to the Source.

Earth teachings reveal the universe is infinite in all directions. Take that a step further, and you realize each direction has infinite universes. That suggests you could enter parallel lives.

In other words, the infinity of the universe is not limited to one level. Your life is like a television with different programs broadcast simultaneoulsy on different channels. Still, human beings fear or assume they cannot access other levels or channels. What would you say when you realize you do?

2) Some people live a parallel life on non-physical planes.

3) Your reality channel is a radio dial that shifts frequency.

4) Memories of unfamiliar places may not be past life recall.

7) Energy beings may not ascend from one plane, but many.

8) Division, separation and ego are illusions that blurr reality.

9) You permeate all matter on all planes, but resist the truth.

10) Each being expands into an experience of his creation.

How does an NDE change you?

Near-death-experience (NDE) is an offbeat phenomenon that perplexes some people, intrigues or scares others. A spirit dimension  can be hard to believe.  Many humans do not see.  Not everyone realizes to what degree fear controls the mind.

If the mind tells you to seek proof for things, then you may not grasp reasons you resist or distrust. To sense unseen worlds exist means you sense they are guided by their own principles, laws, and values.  You alter how you choose to think and feel.

Regardless of whether you recall having an NDE yourself, experiencers are teachers.  You learn what you are ready to accept.  How does the NDE concept or experience change you?

1) Returning souls relax more and surrender to the inevitable.

8) Cooperation rather than competition makes a loving point.

9) Browing knowledge and sharing it matters. This stays in you.

10) Love is the answer. Convert this truism to living truth.

Admit what is real & change everything

How often is a person oblivious to how he defines and narrows his own thoughts?  In this way, you starve the mind of the wisdom and companionship of soul.  You are creating the space to open to the life unfolding underneath what is not there. Admit what is truly real and change everything;

1) You are not defined by religion.

2) You are no external label or title. 

3) You are not bound by any land or sea.

4) Your origin and birthplace are nameless.

5) You sense and know all time and all worlds. 

6) You selectively forget what matters because you can.

7) You are nothing and everything all at once.

8) Your words reverberrate through emptiness.

9) You are beginning to give up what you outgrow.

10) You give up waiting and realize love is now.

Reach inside for the key

Analysis of dream submitted by P.

Dream- Herse driver stands on a beach beside trailer towing a dingy.  A man, woman and child leave in a larger boat. Driver waves goodbye, then, realizes he does not have a certain key. He drives a distance along the water and keeps family in sight. He heads them off where they have to pass closer to shore. Driver waves his arms to get their attention. The man comes ashore in relatively calm water. He jumps off the boat, gives a key and returns to family. Driver opens trunk and uses key to open the casket. He puts something inside. Then, he tries to run, but feels paralyzed and cannot move.

Name three key issues you grapple with now in waking life:

1) When to have children
2) Legal obstacles prevent freedom to travel
3) Family health issues (life and death matter)

Notice what stands out:

The herse driver represents endings and new beginnings. He transports a casket that symbolically contains something you have outgrown or no longer need. Part of you resists lessons available to help you move on. Deciding to appreciate where you are helps you to sense reasons to stop struggling. If the mind focuses on something or somewhere you are not, you miss the value of just being and opportunity to surrender.

To feel immobilized suggests your unconscious desires are not yet aligned or 'in-sync' with current conscious wishes. When ego mind imagines fear and soul echoes love, this can result in confusion. Misunderstandings about imortality trigger physical experience that humbles you and offer new insight.

Helpful people or guides are never out of reach. Your intution directs you to what you need. This includes family, support systems or, the appropriate moment for certain biological and other life choices. Your thoughts and emotions create your life. Boats symbolize coping mechanisms at your disposal. 

Part of you is ready and willing to confront the unconscious and whatever frightens you. That part is shifting your sense of reality and what is possible. If you are not completely honest with yourself and others about what you really want and how you feel, then you permit fear to control you and obscure truth.
