Value nothing

Everything physical is transient. Allow all feelings to flow freely. Let them go. What is real is ever-present. The unreal gets in the way until you sense that events do not depend on you to unfold. The witness notices. Who is feeling? It all points to that which cannot be explained.

The essence of being has no inner or outer, no defined lines or boundaries. Every moment, it grows more conscious and recognizes nothing. You do not have to describe who you are for the heart to know. As you shift focus of attention from the mind to the breath and heart, you value nothing and sense everything. What is does not come or go. Awareness is what it is. How does it feel to move beyond dwelling in short-term intentions to be intentionless? Observe the process. How does it feel to have no expectations or attachment? Pure joy.

Expand spiritual growth

Some people ask how many levels exist in this dream?  Everything depends on perspective.  As strange as it may seem, you orchestrate exactly where you are and have everything available to you to complete the mission.  You have ability to heal yourself from past deeds perceived or incurred in previous incarnations.  Every lesson expands spiritual growth.  Your mission unfolds on many levels. Sense the love, the opportunities to show compassion, to act responsibly, to function in harmony and appreciation.  Experience the reason for creation of the universe. Feel the love expanding.  Learn and unlearn the nature of love.

Notice the presence of awareness

Some people say the curtain that separates 'here from there' is rising.  Other people think they are separate individuals and see no curtains.  One being sees no division, no separate person.  It notices the presence of awareness everywhere.

If you sense curtains rising, you may anticipate seeing 'the light' or all there is to see.  To respond in this moment from a place of absolute clarity is to realize you are responsible for what you see or do not see.  Notice how experience and focus of attention shift based on how you feel.  Mull this over.  Allow the vibrations to flow freely. 

Wholeness and unconditional love speak through you. Notice the sense of I am. Prayer is a conscious connection or merging with who you are and sensing the power of oneness. Awaken in the dream. Sense immeasurable light and nothing. There is no 'other' except in the mind.

Let the inner sun shine

Every moment beckons you to open up to deeper revelations about who you are.  What does this mean? Supposing everything; thoughts, feelings; events are all optional.  Focus of attention shapes everything. You have unlimited choices about what to recognize, live and experience.  Examine, reflect, do nothing or everything.

As you encounter perceived contrast, this reminds you of choices to interpret or not, to react emotionally or not.  This is a moment of decision. What stands out? Why focus there? What prevents the inner sun from shining? Thought. Let it all go. Nothing is as important as you think. What if nothing matters, but attachment, memory, desire selected focus or judgment? Stay still. Be the dream.

Notice subtle influence

Every moment, you resonate subtle vibrations that influence more of the unfolding than mind realizes.  What you choose to believe, and in essence, how you focus your attention, emits a field of energetic influence.  Every person and situation in your midst is affected. 

Consider how your perceived life unfolds when you feel good and your energy is high.  To feel confident and loving in one area of your life carries over to positively influence other areas.  Beyond this, you send out a field of influence that uplifts others.  You actually draw people into whatever level of consciousness you are resonating.  People find it easy or hard to align with true sense of self based on how you feel and what you vibrate.  You also decide whether to be affected by external energy and what you encounter.  Energetic influence is everywhere. Sense it.
