Connect with your intention

Every moment, you are either connected with your deepest intentions or disconnected from them.   Call them your intentions, purpose or mission. You may ask, how do you know? If you are asking someone, what does this tell you?  It is the right moment to;

1) Let go of all doubt that you are not where you are meant to be

2) Recognize the power of reflecting without judgment

3) Meditate on appreciating something wherever you are

4) Visualize something inspiring and notice how it feels 

5) Notice what you see and experience as beauty spreads

What is really going on?

Some people tell you they sense time, as they understand it, is accelerating.  They offer their perspectives and interpretations.  They offer you opinions on world events.  They use words to judge and describe and exert effort to pin things down.  What do you see?  What is really going on in the world?  How do you sense things within yourself?  Why the impulse to question?  What happens as the thoughts cease?

What you choose to believe is what you believe.  What you choose to have faith in is based on your focus and a lingering spark of doubt that things may not be going well. The mind tells you reality is one thing while the heart and soul whisper another.  What about the Middle Way? Sense that place where contemplation stops. Be that now.

To ask what is going on is to quietly assume your own ignorance or lack of understanding.  Notice what happens as you shift from a restless state of mind to a serene state of being.  You see that fear and doubt underlie beliefs and faith.  You shift attention into knowing and trusting all is well.  Nothing happens.  Nothing fazes you.

Marinate in stillness

Notice what happens as you choose not to give an image or association to a sense of being. Sometimes it requires training to quiet the mind. As you simply feel 'I am,' you attune to an intuitive, subjective awareness.  It is unrelated to thoughts. You notice a beautiful, spacious, serene force that is always with you.  This is not a thing to pursue or seek.  A natural feeling finds you.  You do not have to travel anywhere. Be with it. Allow the external to continue.  Thoughts may arise. Witness everything.  See what happens. What arises? You need nothing to be in touch with inner being. As you detach from what you are not, you feel lighter and lighter.

How to make the most of now?

You could choose to see the bright side of where you are and your current circumstances. How often do you do so? Some people are the sort that bring sunny optimism with them even when its raining.  Other people seldom view anything positive in moment. What about you?

Imagine how your life feels as you detach from the drama, relinquish grudges and other hard feelings, and simply choose to see beauty and love inside self and others. What happens as you decide to sense advantages and blessings in all your choics and also to be aware of why you make them? Why focus on such intentions?  You decide whether to make the most of now and also how this translates into being.

For some people, this means cherishing every moment they are given in this lifetime, choosing to laugh off annoyance rather than allow self to get angry, doing more with less, cutting back on extraneous activities and detaching from relationships and conditions that no longer resonate with how they feel.  Be aware your choices reflect priorities.  Pursuit of material things, discrimination or complaining about where you are not or those choices that trigger continued discomfort, may lose their appeal. What happens as you make new choices?

Notice every choice you make is creating experience.  The clothes you buy, the food you eat, the people you connect with, the places you live, the physical things you use, the affiliations you create or discontinue, all of this reflects how you feel inside.  What messages about self-acceptance ordissatisfaction are you sending? How closely are you listening, hearing? Even now, you choose to Transform your life.

Shift your vantage point

You may forget that you experience the world through your own senses. Yet, you are conditioned to reach out into the world, to embark on physical journeys, in order to obtain or experience what you want.  Part of you feels unsatisfied. Its why you are here.

This is the stage of your journey which invites you to shift your focus.  You move from what is unfolding or could be unfolding in the physical world, to remember and recognize who you already are.  Choose to be that.  All the  fear, doubt, judgment opposition and complexity exists in the mind.  Let it go.  You decide on what level of awareness to live, whether you decide to connect with soul.

It all comes back to the base vibration within.  You may wish to heal illness, move beyond issues that no longer matter.  You manage to keep focus on what is beyond the distractions. You prepare to realize the solution to every problem you ever see.  As you recognize what truly takes place, you are the observer within, sense the misdirected action and core beauty.  Choose to Transform your Life.
