Stop looking for what is missing

You may begin to notice you are searching for (or work to create) something you perceive to be missing.  Reflect on the seeds that prompt you to awaken. Consider what you do to stretch the mind.  What if nothing separates you from the innate joy within except conditioned denial or disbelief? What if you do not take pleasure in results? What if you stop rejecting what the mind does not want? Imagine the steadiness of an unwavering insight, or synchronicity , and so it is.  Reflect on the following Zen koan if you chose:

A MASTER who lived as a hermit on a mountain was asked by a monk,
"What is the Way?"

"What a fine mountain this is," the master said in reply.

"I am not asking you about the mountain, but about the Way."

"So long as you cannot go beyond the mountain, my son, you cannot
reach the Way," replied the master.

What kind of world do you create?

Consider what it feels like to see as the mind and heart do alone. Consider how it feels to imagine you are separate from everything and then how it feels to be one with everything.

When someone is sick, notice your response or indifference. If a person is experiencing apparent challenges,notice whether you feel hardened and detached, whether you are conditioned to feel alienated that person or detached from what the physical senses tell you.

Now, imagine a world of balance and harmony. What are you doing to benefit others and also awaken to certain traits and characteristics within? Recognize that how you think and feel creates the world in which you live. At any given moment, you can choose another vantage point, another "way of seeing."  Every state is simply a state unless it is coloured or intepreted and judged by the mind.

See where you are helps you

Right now, you could list all the things ego mind perceives are uncomfortable or going "wrong" on your life.  Yet, you could also choose to find advantages about every circumstance. What is your choice? What is your conditoned habit? Are you ready for change?

Every moment is ripe for raising awarness of opportunities to shift vantage point. Give yourself the task of finding at least one blessing in every situation that bothers you.  Notice the change in your state of mind and being. Journal your reflections. Decide to focus on the growth that is emerging within you.  You are taking the responsibility to find inspirations to Transform Your life.

Do not fix what is not broken

The reflection of your world is changing based on how you interact and experience everything.  Notice where change is possible in your life.  What do you radiate out, through you? To go within is to reconnect with the divine connection.  The truth of who you are is peering back at you.  Right now, you experience aprocess that lets you know if you are out of alignment so you choose to re-align.

Ask yourself why you are prompted to fix what is not broken, to feel that something about you requires improvement? What if you let go of thoughts, ideas and beliefs that judge you to be less than you are?  Those things you see in the mirror reflect directly about your self-esteem and degree of self-acceptance.  To assume you are too something or not enough, is a misplaced belief you can change.

From the moment you stop exerting effort to be you, you stop pushing against the current.  You realize it is not necessary to go upstream to experience peace and to reconnect with who you are.  This is effortless.  You may forget you cannot help but be you. Let go of what people tell you that you should be, of those things you are conditioned to want.  Be receptive to Cosmic Synchronicity.

Find good where you are

Many people tend to voice negative feelings, to take energy and package it in ways that echo what they do not want to feel. Perhaps you do this. Perhaps you ask how to find good where you are.  Its never too late to shift your perspective.

1) Decide to find advantages in every experience.

2) Choose to drop the negative spin on things.

3) Decide you no longer choose to suffer.

4) Realize you need not perpetuate every pattern.

5) Know you are more than apparent conditioning.

6) Accept that you can shift behaviour by choice.
