Be the Phoenix that transcends cycles

Notice the phoenix is a universal symbol of death and rebirth. It echoes what exists beyond cycles of regeneration, deeper transformation, transmutation, immortality. Referred to as a "thunderbird" in Native American cultures, this creature is widely felt to shape weather, wield inner power and abundance.
As a dream symbol, the phoenix echoes we are each a portal to a new reality. As energy, we dematerialize and rematerialize or re-invent ourselves. Our projections reflect state of our inner world. Every moment, we are source of our own fire and ashes, embody courage to face challenges, know soul itself is indestructible.
So, essence of being continues after death. The energy of consciousness is eternal. Even though our current physical body, 5 aggregates (physical form, feeling, perception, mental formation & consciousness), this physical energy may disappear, wider consciousness is. Truth is beyond belief. Energy continues. Awareness linked to our individual body is impermanent as it depends on things to be aware of.
To go beyond ego’s false ideas before physical death, allows transcendence. Yet, until that uncontrolled (unconscious) energy is exhausted, the cycle of death and rebirth continues. So, after death, soul returns, maybe in a dualistic realm similar to here where pleasure and pain, fear and happiness are available. But in another uncontrolled rebirth, we might be reborn as an animal or in what we call hell.
Come what may, hell doesn’t mean an endless situation or a place we cannot escape. Hell is not a permanent state. It is also not something outside of us that we have to fight. Hell is a vibration of consciousness. Hellish environments arise from our consciousness, from negative projections. Thus, feelings and frequencies create our reality. Contrary to popular belief, hell is not a burning place waiting for those who deserve punishment. Nobody but ourselves puts us here. When our consciousness is ready, our hologram materializes based on vibration.
Rebirth, disease and death—these are basic human sufferings. But the nature of hell is extreme suffering that is far greater than the usual human sufferings. Despite its intensity, that state is also impermanent. It does not last and is not static and unchangeable. When the energy for that state of consciousness ends, another arises, until one stabilizes the cycles and is fazed by nothing.
Turns out, mental projection creates every experience, not belief. Discomfort may arise, whether you believe in it or not. It all comes back to energy vibration, frequency and inner magic. We are each like a phoenix that has unforeseen potential to unleash.

Release the thoughts

Everything you think helps or hinders innate ability to see things as they are.  Thoughts arise on four levels relating to ; a) the body, b) the mind, c) the soul and, d) the invisible realm.  Watch what happens as you realize that thoughts are impermanent and release them.  Holding on to them keeps you from seeing clearly.  Notice what it feels like to be at peace with and without thoughts.

1) Open the heart to all that can be known. Be receptive. Be aware that you are the only thing that stands in your way. Let go of doubt, fear and all that blocks panoramic views.

2) Practice discernment. As you cease mistaking the mind for Self, pain, pleasure, and suffering no longer exert a hold over you.  Accept it allwith grace. Joy is ever-present.

3) Notice when you confuse the Seer for the seen. To identify with the external is to judge, be drawn into emotion, illusions of ownership and power. This confuses a road map with the road.  Attain mastery of the senses.  Allow being true to self as if its the first time.

4) Look with the inner eyes. Perceive all the conditioned mind misses. Lose your fascination with the body. Be open to the Spirit within. Know the mind and physical world arise only because you dream them up. Be aware of how it feels to penetrate deeper into the essence of being.

5) Identify with your True Self. This is infinite, knows no boundaries, observes where thoughts take form and sees through the games the mind plays.   True Self is grounded in peace and is unaffected by external events.

Be intrinsic value

Every moment, the mentally- created you seeks what it thinks its missing while the silent observer exists in everything, needing nothing. How to end your sorrow?

Ever ask yourself what prompts you to turn to percieved authorities for direction? Ever wonder why you develop attachments, make judgments, and evaluations? What happens when you stop analyzing and exploring the mysteries? Who is the analyser and how is this different from he who analyses? How does it all come together?

Notice the investigator coming face-to-face with his own consciousness and moving to feel the wholeness of life. Be the intrinsic value the mind denies.  See what happens.  Questions answer themselves.  Psychological division is gone.  There is no such thing as mistakes.  Problems are all interrelated and stem from the same point.  Outward challenges are resolved the instant it is recognized you are not a separate individual. Pleasure is experienced temporarily and outwardly and joy is felt inwardly forever.

All inspirational quotes and situations act as a mirror to invite you to look deep within your own perceived fears, conflict and contradictions and see they come and go.

"The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed."-Buddha

Stop looking for what is missing

You may begin to notice you are searching for (or work to create) something you perceive to be missing.  Reflect on the seeds that prompt you to awaken. Consider what you do to stretch the mind.  What if nothing separates you from the innate joy within except conditioned denial or disbelief? What if you do not take pleasure in results? What if you stop rejecting what the mind does not want? Imagine the steadiness of an unwavering insight, or synchronicity , and so it is.  Reflect on the following Zen koan if you chose:

A MASTER who lived as a hermit on a mountain was asked by a monk,
"What is the Way?"

"What a fine mountain this is," the master said in reply.

"I am not asking you about the mountain, but about the Way."

"So long as you cannot go beyond the mountain, my son, you cannot
reach the Way," replied the master.

Re-align where you are

Some people believe themselves to experience one struggle after another in their search for happiness.  Notice that true happiness is not found in things that change, dissolve or, fade away. Pleasure and pain are polarities that balance out.  Realize contentment only comes from the self.  Rediscover who you are.  What matters emerges to tell you it never leaves you.  Transform your life through perception.
