How does soul progress?

Every human being is at a particular stage of awareness and soul-level maturity. This is not a hierarchy in physical terms.  Rather, it is a series of phases of experience open to energy beings that choose to move through a range of choices.

As you begin to dissolve judgments, you slowly realize all experience has imperceptible, intrinsic value in the bigger picture.  You notice stages and actualize a journey.  This is not at all a linear evolution.  Human minds do not conceive of the nature of constant changes. How does one's soul progress?;

1) Fear and the victim mentality teach defeat and blame.

2) Anxiety and distress highlight impatience and despair.

3) Thoughts arise in all shapes and sizes to trigger clarity.

4) Frustration and anger suddenly offer broader perspective.

5) Revelations unfold in expanding senses and faculties.

6) Positive energy underscores love and high vibrations.

7) Experiences registered defy anything expressed in words.

8) Life lessons transmute into energy and new incarnations.

9) Souls come together or reunite in form for common purpose.

10) Spirit consciously transmute negative energy for others.

Choose to carry a lighter load

 As you evolve to accept what is, you are in the process of lightening an emotional load that disrupts your inner peace and natural composure.  You may not yet discern the reasons for your fear. Part of your lessons involve identifying what is and is not important.  Consider what it means to choose to carry a lighter load;

1) Discard the illusion of insecurity. Security is unconditional, ever-present love. Every human being can access it anytime, anywhere.  This includes you.

2) Decide forgiving also means understanding.  To learn to forgive does not mean you forget what has changed you. As you nurture different levels of compassion, you permits love to flow into every orifice, cell and part of you.

3) Recognize conceit is a face of fear.  One fundamental lesson is to eliminate all fear form the mind. This distraction takes different forms. As you move beyond distractions, you edge closer to equality, coexistence, harmony and all the love this entails.

4) Review what you have been given.  You have been given knowledge, conditions and assets that you misunderstand or miss altogether. This moment offers new opportunities to be grateful for what you have missed because the learning curve continues.

8 Ways to reframe emotions

Each human being has unconscious thresholds or limits they presume they can handle. This ranges from the amount of food you ingest to the emotional buttons that can be pressed without you losing it. Few humans have evolved to pure calm. You might presume this explains why you are still human.

Some people believe ignoring human-created limits will bring unimaginable disaster. Before you permit ideas to trigger a severe emotional reaction, consider 10 ways to reframe your understanding of emotion.What intrinsic things do you forget?

1) Anger. (opposite- Fear) Displeasure is aroused by self-delusion. To see though anger, view it as it is, dissolves its power. To believe reasons for torment is to invite them to manifest. Infinite peace already is. Energy transmutes as you decide to diffuse a situation. Awareness changes everything.

2) Struggle. (opposite- awe) This restless initiative evokes heavy energy as a way to balance an incredible lightness of being or free-flowing energy that also exists. Resistance notes a hidden growth process involving physical form and formless, nameless, indescribable things you push against now.

3) Guilt/ remorse. (opposite- love) Some people view this state as a path to healing and resurrection. Solitude stirs energy and strengthens the spirit. Attuning to love makes all else obsolete. Light heals anything you could ever fathom.

4) Grief. (opposite- joy) The bond that connects you with living beings is the same bond that connects you to that energy in other forms. That is, the degree of intensity of energy changes but not what is. You are connected in physical life, in illusion of death, to strangers, nature, everything for the same reason.

5) Pain. (opposite- delight) Another way to view this is to believe the ego collapses in stages. To discard the ego shell induces different levels of awakening. Soul rediscovers the depth of being indestructible and immortal, and alters form. Humans falsely believe they must lose in order to gain. Reality never changes, only perception and types of self-acceptance.

6) Anxiety. (opposite )To anticipate reasons for apprehension apprehension is a choice. You also have other choices among infinite possibilities that are unfolding.  Certainty, serenity and tranquility are within reach any moment. Just reach for them.

7) Disgust. (opposite- acceptance) Whatever causes loathing inside you actually reminds you of your good moral sense at the same time. You choose reasons why you relish and accept or reject. Revulsion always has ulterior motives. You express the opposite feeling to what you want.

8) Disappointment. (opposite--optimism) Any perceived failure of expectation assumes you had reason to hope in the first place.  To feel frustration or dissatisfaction it itself a wake-up call that you are not going with the flow of energy. IN truth, you never have any reason to feel let down. Be present and see.

When to withhold what you know?

Differences exist between consciously and unconsciously withholding what you know. Every being has multiple layers of untapped, inner knowing. Some mental images are stored, unconscious and inaccessible until one is consciously ready to accept certain realities. Reasons exist for inner brain privacy. You open up to new parts of self as you gradually dissolve fear.

In the physical world, the act of withholding information inside your psyche is often labeled. Does it reflect emotional wounds you are not yet willing to acknowledge or consciously resolve? This view does not always set the stage for non-judgmental confidants or supportive guides to facilitate healing.

Another view is every human being is soul energy, born with infinite, inner knowing that is obscured by ego. The density of energy, level of soul maturity, depth of insight into love, loss, and forgiveness, all influence what is shared and with whom.  Free will is the core issue that influences decisions.

Regardless of perspective, its common for human beings to feel indecisive about what information to share and when to keep silent.  People are scared of silence and yet, it never betrays. If you ever question what action to take, consider this;

1) Who is truly ready to hear? You may be aware of things someone desires to know. Yet, providing insight could cause havoc if that person is not ready to hear what you have to say. Evolve to discern what matters. Lao Tzu says, "Knowing others is wisdom, knowing yourself is enlightenment."

2) What is the motive? Where the motive is to help not hinder, then you are not denying the right of others to grow. To evolve to where you honestly identify core motive requires you overcome certain aspects of being human. Rachel Naomi Remen says, "loving silence often has far more power to heal and to connect than the most well-intentioned words."

3) Where are the lessons? Human emotional capacities include shame, guilt, envy, anger, and other sensations that invite a soul to examine available lessons. As one learns to open the mind, it is possible to learn to stop concealing intent. Caroline Myss reminds how, "You cannot change anything in your life with intention alone."

4) How do you mask thoughts? To be aware of what you think, hear and feel, allows you to step back from all the inner commentary and refocus your attention. During the process, you deliberately step outside what appears to be happening as a means to reconnect with your core self. Houssaye remarks, "Tell me whom you love and I will tell you who you are."

5) When is the right moment? As you learn to love others for what they are not what they say, then you move beyond the second-guessing that characterizes official , accepted human thought. The natural person is found beneath layers of beliefs. True soul patterns and innate abilities are invisible to beings who adopt social standards.  Some beings sense mental transition from unconscious to conscious transparency. Edgar Casey explains, "You shall find you have the key to telepathy."

6 Ways to feel good where you are

How often are you tempted to assume the worst? You see someone approaching and assume you must be in trouble or, hear about a forecast storm and already imagine accidents and fatalities, or being unable to get to work. Someone ill you know may be resigned to a negative outcome.  What about you?

When an event unfolds, does it suddenly evoke discomfort? Does your mind wander to thoughts that spiral out of control? If this reminds you of someone, these ideas are worth sharing. Consider six ways to feel good about your present conditions;

1) Realize choices exist. People can decide to feel happy for no particular reason just as they can choose to get upset or depressed about being where they are not. You live the life you imagine into being. To realize you exert power over your thoughts changes everything. No outcome is carved in stone.

2) Seek beyond the obvious.  The sleuth in you already knows blessings are found in not getting a particular job, being overlooked for a promotion, rejected for a training program or whatever prevents you from realizing a goal.  Not getting what your conscious mind thought you wanted brings you closer to what you are meant to be doing now. Events enable you to reframe experiences and stretch your mind.

3) Transcend emotions. Whenever you permit emotions to control you other than love and compassion, you are being distracted by something irrelevant to the bigger picture.  That is, fear, doubt, anger, frustration and the like, are based on misunderstanding. Simply shift focus.  Deeper messages are conveyed. Choose to look inside self to find what you need.

4) Address limits of human perception.  As you evolve, you grasp human beings do not perceive everything that is happening.  Many more events are unfolding than the human mind registers and understands in human terms.  Knowing this, you begin to see it makes sense not to jump to foregone conclusions related to fragments of reality you discern.

5) Every possibility already exists.  All knowledge, all discoveries, all mindsets, all verdicts and creations, are dormant energy waiting to be summoned by the human mind.  They exist in a formless realm until someone thinks them into form.  You draw from the universal mind by raising your awareness of it. Dr John Hagelin says, "All you have to do is hold your mind on the end result and imagine it filling a need, and you call it into being.  As you ask, feel and believe, you will receive." Love is always the answer to every question.

6) Accept you get what you need.  Views of needs that stem from ego are superficial and misguided. To believe you want something may in fact overlook what kinds of life experiences you truly require.  As you evolve to view each experience as a test of resilience, resourcefulness and wisdom, you gain more far from your own silence and self-reflection.
