Reach inside for the key

Analysis of dream submitted by P.

Dream- Herse driver stands on a beach beside trailer towing a dingy.  A man, woman and child leave in a larger boat. Driver waves goodbye, then, realizes he does not have a certain key. He drives a distance along the water and keeps family in sight. He heads them off where they have to pass closer to shore. Driver waves his arms to get their attention. The man comes ashore in relatively calm water. He jumps off the boat, gives a key and returns to family. Driver opens trunk and uses key to open the casket. He puts something inside. Then, he tries to run, but feels paralyzed and cannot move.

Name three key issues you grapple with now in waking life:

1) When to have children
2) Legal obstacles prevent freedom to travel
3) Family health issues (life and death matter)

Notice what stands out:

The herse driver represents endings and new beginnings. He transports a casket that symbolically contains something you have outgrown or no longer need. Part of you resists lessons available to help you move on. Deciding to appreciate where you are helps you to sense reasons to stop struggling. If the mind focuses on something or somewhere you are not, you miss the value of just being and opportunity to surrender.

To feel immobilized suggests your unconscious desires are not yet aligned or 'in-sync' with current conscious wishes. When ego mind imagines fear and soul echoes love, this can result in confusion. Misunderstandings about imortality trigger physical experience that humbles you and offer new insight.

Helpful people or guides are never out of reach. Your intution directs you to what you need. This includes family, support systems or, the appropriate moment for certain biological and other life choices. Your thoughts and emotions create your life. Boats symbolize coping mechanisms at your disposal.

Part of you is ready and willing to confront the unconscious and whatever frightens you. That part is shifting your sense of reality and what is possible. If you are not completely honest with yourself and others about what you really want and how you feel, then you permit fear to control you and obscure truth.

Grasp an unfathomable mystery

When something mysterious is drawing you into it, how do you describe it? Could this be a dream? Where is the exit? The sensation is beyond name and form, has no link to dogma, no label of a particular philosophy.  This transcends any words that can be used, and still, something is dying to reveal itself.

Untapped wisdom is awakening.  It is spreading.  Mystical sensations and events are available to any being that truly wants them.  Every moment, you are given opportunities to select among what comes your way. You prioritize, discard and ignore based on what you are ready to accept. In which ways do you already begin to grasp an unfathomable mystery?

1) Experience a sense of indescribable awe and wonder

2) Free the mind from human time and associated anxiety

3) Enter realms beyond the physical without fear

4) Explore the reach of prayer, meditation and loving service

5) Sense love as a divine musician composing and playing soul

6) Gain insight into unity, sensitivity, humility and balance

10 reasons to be grateful for difficulty

Energy is in constant motion. It takes form in relationships and circumstances that encourage you to explore emotional turmoil. The universe creates situations that relate to all your choices. This is karma in tow. Not everyone grasps the basis for karma. Consider 10 reasons to be grateful for difficulties;

1) It is opportunity to challenge your anger. Negative energy hides true reasons for upset. As you identify discomfort, you grow aware of parts of personality you can change, and shift mental focus to what you want to strengthen.

2) It draws attention to buried pain. Unless you heal root causes, suffering will not change. Only self-awareness permits you to reframe and heal painful memories. Knowing about your emotions and why you create them enables you to compare what you created before to how you feel now so you learn to create different feelings. This is a meaningful healing process.

3) It encourages you to heal a competitive nature. The desire to compete, to accept a challenge, to fight a court case, to defend your belief of innocence in any argument, all reflects deep-seated fear. Unless you address core reasons for inadequacy and insecurity, you fight misplaced battles you do not win. From the soul view, only love exists. It teaches how ego and emotion are measures of unacknowledged pain.

4) It suggests you to stop viewing self as victim. Contrary to popular belief, every experience you encounter is appropriate at a given moment. On some level you may not be aware of yet, you deserve every experience you get. When you do not choose to let go of expectations, you resist forgiveness of self and others and refuse to surrender to the moment.

5) It invites you to give up judging. No situation is good or bad. You attribute labels based on misunderstandings. You discover judgments obscure the truth. This  perpetuates discomfort and inner restlessness. You resist unconditional self-acceptance. You learn judging mirrors what you do to self.

6) It teaches how the soul communicates. Difficulty is soul's way of telling you healing is required. The remedy is not to withdraw from sources of hardship, but to realize how you contribute to them and learn to search inside the self for causes of apparent pain.  You are guided to speak from the heart rather than listen to ego-mind.

7) It teaches you to learn trust. Every experience is a test for awareness and faith in what you do not understand.  You are reminded it is not always clear why you exist right now. What matters is that you discern which parts of you prevent you from using your gifts to the best of your ability.  To develop deeper emotional awareness empowers you to make more responsible choices.

8) It teaches you escape is not the answer.  Part of you gets confused when you do not experience joy, harmony and enthusiasm.  Choosing to avoid difficulties simply means the emotions underneath them will create new hardships to get your attention until you listen.

9) It brings out support in those around you.  Uncondtional love and support surround you in unseen ways, regardless of your actions.  Perceived difficulties also invite empathy and understanding from people you know and do not. They offer love and support.  This teaches you what soul wants you to do-to love and accept all of self.

10) It prepares you to handle other hardship.  In some sense, each obstacle you face and work through can make other ones less intimidatng and easier to manage. You gain confidence as you reach each milestone.  You sense meaning and purpose in each hurdle.  Inner changes have already begun.  As you consciously intend harmony, cooperation and service to others, then you realize you exist to experiment with your life.  You figure out how to get out of vicious circles.

Mother Theresa's Prayer

May today bring you peace within. May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith in yourself and others. May you use the gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. May you be content with yourself just the way you are. Let this knowledge settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of us.

10 Alternatives to shift fears of 2012

Lots of researchers predict 2012 will bring the end of the world. Hurrendous upheavals are foreseen. What if 2012 does not turn out to be what humans fear? 7 Ways to make core adjustments

Human conditioning encourages you to continue living as you do without question.  Every person can evolve to recognize certain perceptions and behaviours would benefit from changes. Consider 7 ways to make core adjustments;

1) Tackle what you fear. Discomfort and restlessness reveal things that you deny or avoid. When you repress something, it gradually surfaces to reveal itself. As you come to identify the source of your fear, you are empowered to the truth as it is, that fear is all in the mind.

2) Recognize value in extremes. Emotional tailspins suggest you are not dealing with key lessons you incarnate in the physical to learn. To sense intense energy is no accident. It invites you to be more honest.  Anger is always misplaced and urges you shift focus back to love. Extremes point out you misunderstand who you are and why you exist now. Making hasty judgments about senses or emotion expands your insight into the power of fluctuating energy.

3) Re-interpret inner storms. When the mind is quiet and conditioned reactions subside, its easier to make sense of turbulence. Physical choices do not control you and neither does a passing environment. Perceived mistakes and reasons for resentment pave the way for deeper healing. Its an opportunity to review where you are and grasp intrinsic value.

4) Detect ego patterns. Assumptions about ego are misleading. Its not necessary to change who you are in relation to what you experience, only to dissolve negative reactions. One can evolve to discern absolute soul ego reflected through misplaced human ego, grow to act more maturely.

5) Reconnect with soul. As you meditate and take other steps to reach your inner self, you consciously link layers of the mind that are fragmented to delude you. An absence of mental discipline permits the mind to drift and dissociate.

6) Align energy and intuition. This helps one grasp how a soul pre-selects the person with whom to associate in a given incarnation. Despite this, soul does not exert absolute control over the body and must adapt to the personality and internalized conflicts of the body.

7) Tailor how you use energy. To reach a productive phase of contact with soul means you recognize options for energy expression. You shape the direction and intensity of vibration.  How you respond to negativity, whether or not you flinch at difficult conditions that present, determines how much energy remains to be used for other purposes.
