Challenge Yourself

Challenge yourself to  determine what would enable you to feel most alive and what prevents you from living this.  Breathe into your purest intentions. Identify the nature of your emotional triggers. Make a list of what stands out, which events, thoughts or actions cause you to cringe, or withdraw? Which individuals or situations evoke discomfort? To help turn things around, what would you ideally be doing or how would you ideally be functionning? What would the ideal breath look and feel like? Ask yourself to describe what affects your breath. 

What if you could come to tune into the rhythm breath and use it as a pointer to help you work through and heal these triggers? Now is the perfect moment to follow intuition...

5 Ways to greater joy

This is one exercise that is part of a group of workshop experiences created to guide participants to deepen theri authenticity. Reflect on 5 Ways to experience greater joy in life:

1. Understand Who you are

Meditate on questions like; 'Who am I?' & 'Why am I really here?'

 

2. Identify matters most to me at this stage of life?

Brainstorm, dream-vision, vision-board, use whatever means resonates...

 

3. Interact with those who live/ model or embody your ideal

Which books have you read? Which events have you attended? Where do models come from?

 

4. Explore obstacles to being yourself 

This implies examining; fears, frustrations, disappointments, irritations which point to belief in the illusion of separation. Only then can one begin to allow self-love to take root.

 

5. Write out and create the ideal vision of being you in the present tense

Where are you? What are you doing? Who is with you? How do you feel?

Be tuned in, tapped in, turned on

What opportunites are right in front of you? If you feel off course more than you feel on course, you allow yourself to focus on doubt, fear and negative energy. Fortunately, you can be off course repeatedly and still reach an envisioned destination.  All roads lead home.

Recognize these 10 things:

1) If you believe you are on or off course, then you are right. 

2) Everyone has to define and feel his own way to success.

3) Dare dream your ideal.  The how flows as creative inspiration while you draft the plans. 

4) Workable options always exist.  Allow them to make that dream more real.

5) Luck is preparedness meeting opportunity. You make your own luck.

6) Within every challenge is an equal or greater benefit.

7) Whatever thought you devise, the universe is telling you how.  

8) You are already creating the ideal scenario. You are receptive to it or not.

9) Everything is possible to experience in a healthy and positive way.

10) You are about to recreate how everything unfolds in your physical life.
