Notice what you overlook

Every moment, your conscious attention and selective awareness leave things out. You focus on limited dimensions of experience. The mind has you believe in a limited nature of reality. Events that shape your life are simply levels of magnification absorbed through physical senses. This ignores infinite levels of interconnected sound, vibration and frequency that are ever-present. Mind only detects what it is ready and willing to accept. What you do not see or hear, i.e., the silence, is as meaningful as what you do

Notice what you choose to overlook.  Notice the thoughts and beliefs that selectively block degrees of seeing.  Underneath the layers of reality you choose to experience, exist infinite layers of awareness and points of view.  Notice what you lose sight of and who is forever present, noticing what is apparently left out but always here.  Be that.

"It's a matter of seeing the original meaning of all things. The world is full of all kinds of meanings. But our minds are so fettered by the lies and falsehoods they make for themselves, that they cannot see the beauty, goodness, or truth of those meanings. Only a mind that has become free can see such things..."

Let go of what is not you

Notice what happens as you let go of what is familliar, palpable and predictable.  Notice what urges you to cling and attach.  Notice what or whom captures your unwavering attention at this stage.  Silence and nothing actually speak loudest without the use of words.  Notice what is real and to whom.  Listen to that which has no name, revealing itself as ever-present.  Let go of what is not you.  Be still.  Feel the nature of balance.  Sense underlying meaning in all questions.

"You can only lose what you cling to." -Buddha

Be in the Moment

Be in the Moment. Listen to the silence. Identify with the soul right now. Know that more exists than the physical senses permit the human being to perceive. What you notice as changing presents itself in front of that which is static and unchanging.  Allow the feeling of being to consume and emerge and reveal itself.  Allow the thoughts of the person you are to die in this moment. Be the incredible timeless light that is here.

"The quieter you become, the more you can hear.  Realms exist other than the one we are meeting on.”Ram Dass

Allow the light to shine

Notice as something within is deeply touched and no words can describe the experience.  Notice whether your  external response grows devotional, philosophical or, shifts in ways beyond words. Notice from the moment you reach a place of stillness and contentment, no restlessness exists. Everything unfolds according to its destiny.

“Love is something eternal; the aspect may change, but not the essence." - Vincent Van Gogh

What flows naturally

Many perspectives invite attention and discernment. Validate the truth that is self-evident and that which everything points toward. Notice space that exists amidst what you are conditioned to perceive. Notice the gaps between your words and thoughts.  Be aware of what is left unsaid.

The mind voices its own ideas about what is natural. Consider the origin of thoughts and beliefs. The heart feels its way to what is natural. Notice its silent pointers.

That which is reveals itself as you let go of what prevents you from seeing with clarity. At that moment, questions and stories cease to exist.  Now is when revelations unfold. Be open to see.

"I am naturally taciturn, and became a silent and attentive listener."
-William Hamilton Maxwell
