Notice what matters

Notice what matters is not what you think but how you feel and what this points toward.  Be aware why the urge to disagree arises, why you feel resistance or conflict inside yourself.

You are conditioned to assume that opposition arises in relation someone else.  From the moment you see everything and everyone you encounter in life is a mirror, the focus shifts.  Discover you can only ever be aligned or out of balance with true nature.  Any feeling of indecisiveness or restlessness points to denial of true nature.  Get in touch with deeper self.  You generate the questions and also hold all answers. It takes no-thing to go from here to here.

5 Tips to uncover your purpose

Many people are seeking new sense of purpose or deeper connection to what they cannot put into words.  You may feel restless, undecided about some path or course in your life. Consider these five tips to get in touch with what you are truly yearning for.  It speaks for itself:

1) Walk in nature.  Tap into your ability to attune to the grace of this moment. Everything is always speaking to you and selective awareness blocks out different frequencies or messages.

2) Do yoga.  Basic stretches or more advanced contorsions can squeeze what you are seeking out of your being.  When the student is ready, unexpected teachers and teachings appear.

3) Declutter your life. Now is the perfect time to pass on or get rid of what you outgrow or are no longer using.  This applies to physical things as well as outdated beliefs and ways of living.

4) Adjust the dial.  Whatever you typically listen to, allow yourself to hear what you tend to miss or overlook.  Listen to a new station or crowd.  Notice real reasons you tune out or tune in.

5) Appreciate silence.  Discover peace and tranquility are not only found during particular conditions.  They are ever-present, core states of being always accessible to everyone.

Heed 3 messages from Nature

Tranquility exists in the wilderness.  This differs from the noise and hustle bustle of a busy city.  Feel the difference and feel what is the same. To be in the countryside is to connect with inner nature.  Be aware you slow your pace, calm your breathing, and connect with centre of being more easily.  And yet, the quiet countryside can also seem full of unexpected disturbances.  Notice three messages you receive more clearly while immersed in nature, even a backyard;

1)  The peace often sought does not arise only in the countryside.  It is not imported from outside.  It does not mean to be away from trouble, noise or interaction. It is to be calm in the heart, come what may.  You allow or resist the peace and contentment forever accessible inside.

2) In order to cultivate flexibility and stability, simply stop looking for these qualities in what you view as the outside world. Feel life through the heart. Notice calmness and stability within.

3) Live your life whole-heartedly and you are aware of how you think and feel regardless of where you may roam.  Live life deliberately and whatever you do is fully expressed or not at all.

Be a trailblazer

Discover what it is to be a trailblazer.  Feel what it is like to be a pioneer in different areas of life.    Notice who inspires you, what evokes something new for you, what feels good. Focus energy and attention on what is flowing, on what is uplifting, creative.  Do the things that feel best often.  This is like entering into an intensely saturated bright world of light, from where meaning arises.

One approach to trailblazing is to Practice the Middle Way.  Investigate and penetrate the core of life and all things with an upright, unbiased attitude. Problems do not exist unless you imagine them into being. Everybody can allow or disallow the energy that is flowing.  See situations with ease.  See the playfulness of the vision, see what it feels like to be natural without resistance.

You can do things to blaze a new trail or, you can also do nothing so the existing trail or footprint disappears. Ease the way into true nature.  Explore causes, results, actions and your reasons for engaging. All you encounter is a guide.  Focus on what is fun to do now.  Milk it for all its worth.

Rediscover true nature & freedom

Many people experience what they feel is significant personal loss and instinctively begin to search for spiritual comfort and understanding. Finding meaning in suffering and change is part of the spiritual journey. As you are no longer controlled by thoughts and emotions, you no longer identify with them. This brings release. As you begin to see through illusion, let go of what is not real, true spiritual nature reveals itself. Be willing to die inside to feel reborn. Each time you let go of an ego delusion, an initially obscured spiritual quality or ability, arises into conscious awareness. Rediscover true nature and freedom. It is only ever a breath away.
