5 Hidden things you seek

Ever ask why you wish to be happy? why you associate happiness with doing particular things or being with particular people? Ever reflect on the underlying motivation to get from here to there or become truly fulfilled? Consider 5 hidden things you seek that all else is pointing to;

1. to feel on a deeper level

You may want a new career, a car, stronger or more intimate relations, a course training or qualification, a sum of money, to buy a home, be a parent, be debt-free, or realize another dream. Whatever it is, the journey to creating it helps you grow.  You savor moments of happiness and then, want more. Anything you think you want, whatever object or situation jumps into mind, you are drawn to the feeling evoked by the thought of having it.  What you really want are manifestations that reflect feelings of security, comfort, safety, acceptance and completeness. As you come to question all your wants, something deeper pulls you.

2. to get beyond self-concern

Initially, it may seem the key to happiness is to obtain new credentials, roles or experiences, but every desire is a pointer to what drives it.  Ask why your  focus is often on what's next? The urge to climb a hierarchy, be a leader, create and expand on identity, all arises if you suffer from an inferiority complex, grounded in sense of lack and neediness. To be free of this complex requires you not only see what drives self-concern, but also see how behavioural and cognitive approaches that are purely about affirmations and how the conscious mind thinks do not deal with the unconscious and the power of the superconscious mind. People want a quick fix for restlessness without investigating the deeper why.  This does not require them to see the root or deal with unconscious anxieties. Visualizing life shifts, taking a pill or getting a new role, are temporary measures and do not get you permanently beyond self-concern.

3. to be truly empowered

No shortcuts exist to getting fully beyond the ego's grasp. Mantras, affirmations and magical instruments are not the answer.  They do not bring real empowerment. Embrace a hero's journey.  Only by making inner demons conscious and defeating them are you free from blowback effects of unconscious forces.  They keep you secretly feeling small, limited to ego perception and understanding, at the mercy of the demands of internal and external others, (what the entire social system is based on).  This state of lack and sense of internal fear, desire and neediness, does not allow you to know what real love is.  Only by transcending the ego does the real power of love grow accessible.

4. to know conscious surrender

You are gaining insight into unconscious and conscious surrender. You can go into unconcious surrender in every aspect of life.  This is the power of being doing everything to us. Feelings, emotions, thoughts happen to us.  This is the very understanding of what s taking place.  The ego does not wish to surrender and the being does not have to surrender.  Once you understand, you know there is only one will.  There is not his will, her will, their will and God's will.  There is only one will, the divine or that which is.  Face the unreality of who you thought you were and disssolve all of that to find the truth of the supreme real that is not thinkable, imaginable conceivable in any way. It comes from a level of consciousnes beyond your ability to grasp or control or to know that you can only surrender in absolute humility.

5. to unveil the ultimate

Most people have a fear of not living life to the fullest. Those who want to love and to be loved suffer the most because they resist letting people and experiences in that echo this.  It hits there is no limit to the quest for expansion which is also unending quest for love. The key is to stop resisting life.  The moment you use a word to describe what drives you, a concept is created.  The feeling of being in love, complete inner security and safety is bliss beyond words. Being in love with "it" is being home but still growing, expanding into more of yourself. Every vision you have and experience you create is a hidden quest to receive and share love in new forms. Life is then an experiment in getting to know and understand yourself.  Every experience here is valuable. Unveiling the ultimate allows a new sense of direction and fulfillment to reveal itself.

6 Tips to accept true genius

Whatever your vision, the process of getting to experience it is well underway.  At this point, you may temporarily sense a gap between the vision and its manifestation. Ponder 6 Tips to accept true genius (experience a more balanced and integrated perspective):

1. Accept you have what it takes

Encouraging self-talk is powerful yet it only takes you so far.   Stories about other people offer solace but are not themselves a solution. Shift from believing something is possible to knowing and feeling its already here. You are not allowed to have the dream if you do not have ability to create it.   Be aware everything is accessible via resourcefulness and ingenuity.   You may need to learn or unlearn something or collaborate. What is required is fearlessness and creative vision. Rest assured, any dream can take shape for you.  The what comes before the how. Details of the unfolding and the physical timeline are up to you.

2. See beyond the obstacles

Never ask why something is happening to you.  Always ask how you can reframe and transcend within your present level of experience. You may currently only know what is happening through the five senses.  Sense organs only know things in terms of comparison which creates distortion.  This is not perception, and is not sufficient to know the issue as it is. What you perceive directly, viscerally is what you know.  The rest is your imagination.

3.  Trust your vibes

Your feelings guide you to do things that are not understood by the logical and rational mind. Allow feelings to guide you.  If you feel restless in an environment or no longer feel good eating certain things, find the courage to change your environment and what you are eating.  You'll dind that making changes in one area of your life trickles over to peompt changes in other areas.  This is about being consistent and true to yourself on all levels.

4.  Pay attention to how you are conducting yourself

Happiness or misery may seem to be arising within you. You not have to give anyone else the privilege of triggering emotions or deciding for you how you will interpet incoming energy available to you. If you give your power away, reclaim this power. You decide how to perceive and respond to everything.

5.  See value in negativity

Frustration, impatience and tension are all subtle forms of anger.  This is very powerful energy which can be harnessed and rechannelled in creative and productive directions. the choice of how to recognize, and direct energy that is constantly flowing through and around you, is completely up to you. Decide to see it as inspiring, otivating, a stepping stone to realizing more of your true greatness.

6.  Recognize your mortality

If the longing for salvation (to know the truth) is genuine, and you are constantly conscious of your mortality, you only do what truly matters to you. You do not waste a moment doing anything else.

12 Ways to master your fear

Resistance is fear in disguise. It has the power to stop you dead in your tracks, stagnate your growth, limit your perception and understanding. Notice specific experiences you reach for or deny yourself right now. Whenever you say you postpone anything, far more is going on.

Hesitation is fear in action. Fear arises when something threatens your comfort zone. You may tell yourself you do not have the time, the money, the freedom, the right mindset, adequate insight, to take advantage of what is presenting. Its all fear taking shape as excuses. Telling yourself why you cannot do something simply reinforces the fear that holds you hostage. The moment is here to address this and move through it.

Review these 12 ways to master your fear:

1. Shift focus from the future

Your fear is always about assumptions on what’s going to happen next. Thus, your fear is always about that which does not exist. If your fear is about the non-existent, your fear is completely unfounded, imaginary. The future is always pointing and guiding you to the present moment where intuition is the most reliable guide. If you have the urge to act, fear only holds you back if you are unconscious to the mind's tricks.

2. Decide why you are here

You must decide whether you are on this planet to experience life or avoid life. If you exist to experience life, intensity is required. Without it, you are not living fully. Using fear as a tool to protect yourself reduces the energy flow available to you to create. Once the visceral is gone, you are no longer really living.  You only live based on mental ideas or heresay. You cannot experience anything fantastic and ecstatic.  When you are fearful, you cannot experience wild abandon. You cannot sing, dance, laugh, cry, fall inor lose yourself in love. You cut yourself off from what makes you feel alive. You only sit, grieve, regret not taking risks.

3. Get comfortable with the unknown

Admit it.  You are taught to feel comfortable with the familliar, with what is predictable, or  perceived 'normal' though no such thing exists.  The more you accept life is energy in motion where nothing is permanent or predictable, the more you realize you are living with the unknown every moment and doing just fine. Be conscious of this and watch your perception of fear transform into excitement about the unknown.

4.  Let go of the urge to control

HUmans are taught that unless we can exert control, we must fear. But is it possible to ever have control? Even if you can swim, you can drown. A professional musician or experienced chef can still make mistakes. Give up the illusion of control, and you are free.

5.  Surrender

Surrender to what is is powerful, even if it seems 'way out there.' because as long as we try to change what is, we allow the mind's filtered version of reality convince us that is real.  In doing so, we cut oursleves off from far more.

6. Get rooted in reality

When you are not rooted (grounded) in reality, suffering happens. Suffering is always about that which does not exist.  When not rooted in reality, you are always rooted in your mind. Mind is – one part of it is memory, another part of it is imagination. Both of them are in one way imagination, because both of them don’t exist right now. You’re lost in your imagination, that’s the basis of your fear. If you were rooted in reality, there would be no fear.  If you are suffering the non-existential, we call that insanity. So, people may be in just socially accepted levels of insanity, but if you’re afraid or if you’re suffering anything which does not exist, it amounts to insanity,

7. Consult a Life Coach

Do you fear success or fear failure? A good life coach can help you examine what you truly want from life, and guides you to pinpoint the true origin of your fears. Its crucial to be clear on what you really want and what is actually holding you back.  Commit to loving the process.

8. Read & Listen

Reading a book, scanning relevant webpages or listening to podcasts that touch on your specific fear can open new doors on how you can get rid of it. Access motivational and inspirational work or glimpses of workshops about topics you recognize you are avoiding.

9. Get into the flow

Inactivity can be a sign from your inner guidance system telling you that you still have preparation to do. If you tell yourself you cannot do something due lack of income, it helps to see everything as the flow of the same energy.  Taking action to generate income begins with loving yourself and being true to who you are. Loving more, doing what you love and seeing everything as energy in motion, allows flow to happen.

10. Watch films & Youtube videos

Watching a movie, documentary or Youtube videos can be eye-opening. Sometimes it’s nice to distract yourself from your fear, but if you really want to, you can find loads of movies on the fear you’re dealing with and empower yourself to see your fear from a completely new perspective.

11. Identify the lesson

Fears are pointers to lessons we create for soul growth. Overcoming fear involves learning related lessons and moving ahead.  The Path of life is about identifying lessons, accepting and expressing more of yourself. This shapes all areas of your life; relationships, career, and far more.

12. Model a master

Connect with a person or people who have experienced the fear you have and also moved beyond it.  Spend time with them, ask how they did it, and explore whether this approach could work for you.  Discuss the nature of the process. You can learn a lot about yourself and the emerging master within.

9 Tips to reach a whole new level

If you do not feel motivated or inspired, your spirit is sick. You have not yet discovered what is huge for you, what can shift awareness and more. To transform like never before, ponder 9 tips to reach a whole new level;

1. Establish goals

Goals are a must to have direction and to consciously build momentum.  Creating measurables and milestones can help bring accountability.  The things that are outside your comfort zone are the things that achieve your success.  If achieving goals was easy, everyone would quickly reach them and there would be nothing left to motivate you.

2. Get over your childhood wounds

Part of you may linger in hopelessness, victimhood, fear, assuming a recurrent pattern is inevitable.  You may be used to blaming your past for your present. This is the moment to see this moment as a blank slate, to see through imaginary mental hurdles and get on with why you exist.

3. Deprogram the programming

People are programmed to hesitate, doubt, talk themselves out of doing what feels right, what would otherwise propel them forward. Those who are successful are willing to be embarrassed, rejected, to look foolish.  Its crucial to see humor in your programmed beliefs and to shift out it this.

4. Most rules are made to be broken

Rules not meant simply to keep you out of harms way are psychological tricks you play on yourself.  Each rule is a test inviting you to see the underlying reason why it is created and to recognize where you outgrow it. This is about taking fearless responsibility for yourself.  Be willing to ask for what you want.  Pull all the stops.

5.  Know everything is possible

Most people do not choose to focus intently on what they want because they think it is not possible.  Be willing to do whatever it takes. Trust.  Act. Stay up later. Get up earlier. Talk and act as if.  To experience massive success in the material world requires courage to set the bar high and be unafraid to get over it.

6.  Tune into whatever brings you the greatest joy.

If everyone did the thing they are designed to do, then everyone would be happy, the world would be in harmony.  This is about trusting yourself. The best advice is to focus on what makes you feel most alive.

7.  Meditate

In silence, recognizing what feels good, that is, tuning into your feedback system, is a subtle way you give yourself guidance. Meditation is patiently waiting for answers you seek to respond to your own questions.

8.  Know the world is plotting to do you good.

Challenges arise because the universe wants to test you, wants you to earn the reward you crave like the carrot dangling at a distance the end of the fishing line.  How committed are you? Knowing adversity makes you more human, more believable to your audiences and clients.

9.  Focus on Impact & Legacy

Changing the world or making a difference can bring money.  Action without awareness is not enough. Impact in the world that matters requires momentum. We need to take action.  Create on-line podcasts, on-line training programs, teach, do speaking engagements, explore uses of evolving technologies. Experiences teach better than concepts.

5 Tips to create and live the ideal life

You may not yet consciously know why you do all the things you do, but you are growing more aware of underlying motivations than ever before.  You nurture a vision of the ideal life, but your mind wonders how to translate an idea into physical experience in a practical way in real time.

Whether or not you consciously realize it, all you need arises with perfect timing. It can be no other way.   The question is, can you clarify the nature of your ideal life? What does it require for you to see and also to overcome self-created obstacles? Do you readily invest in mentors and avenues to expand your perception and deepen self-understanding?

Notice you feel inclined to shift your focus of attention and priorities because insights are coming to you from your future. This is about being aware of what it takes to unleash more of your untapped potential, allowing more of your emerging reason for being to reveal itself.

So, you encounter people and situations that invite you to pay closer attention to what you doubt within yourself. You can sense what feels right and what you outgrow.  To act on your intuition requires curiosity and courage.  Consider 5 tips to guide you to create the ideal life:

1.  Fearlessly feel the way

More people are thinking for themselves than ever before.   More people are thinking about and doing physical (external) yoga than ever before. Though other dimensions of yoga are not yet in the wider public domain, more people are curious about ancient yoga practice and meditation is growing more common. More than ever, people are paying attention to what they can do within themselves. This shows more people are willing to step into the unknown. Fearlessness arises as you explore reasons for your fear, and prove to yourself what is unfounded and move beyond it.

2. Balance inner and outer well-being

People are beginning to look at balancing inner and outer well-being as a connected science. You have to stop looking at what goes on inside as separate from the outside. Inner attitude creates all outer experience. Without individuals being well (balanced), there can be no well-being for a country or for the world. Well-being comes from self-understanding, life endeavours that reinforce this understanding and commitment.

3.  Be aware of sacred geometry

Planet Earth is not tied to the sun with a physical cable.  It is a geometric perfection.  Perfection of geometry holds physical forms in space. The entire practice of yoga (and meditation) is about activating your systems to align with geometric perfection.  Your food choices, other habits and inclinations are always pointing to the state of your energy systems.  The more balanced and authentic you feel, the more sacred geometry you notice in nature, the more revelations arise within you beyond words.

4. Live in an inclusive way

The human tendency is to view things in parts.  Its why people look at each other as separate individuals, with separate limbs and organs.  People also separate their state of physical health from the state of the economy, the nation, the environment, the ocean, ect.  To live in an inclusive way is to respect and care for everything as if it is interconnected and to understand that we share the same air, water, forests, ecosystems and all perceived separation is illusion.

5.   Shift focus from belief to seeking

To cling to beliefs is to be in a state of opposition and fear. When beliefs are imposed, a person has the choice to submit or fight back.  When you are seeking, you do not cling to ideas or impose them.  You grow more accepting and tolerant of diversity, levels of awareness and live by the view of do no harm, live and let live. A sense of interconnectedness arises and an ideal life is based on activities grounded in compassion.
